They were closing at 6 I walked in at 5:30 asking for a king box spring to be delivered, they don’t deliver on sundays... he was soooooo nice to me and got off work and delivered my bed for free and gave me a discount on my box spring everyone else on the west side were rude and trying to over charge me! My box spring is great quality very professional quick and nice! Thank you sooooooo much!

Can you say bait and switch? I chose my bed inside the store and paid cash. The next day a box spring and mattress was delivered to my home in a dirty beat up pickup truck. Not very professional and thank goodness for plastic. The bed I chose was a good bargain at $350.00 but the bed that was delivered to me was not the bed I paid for. In fact it bore a striking resemblance to the first bed I was shown that cost $179.00. I called the store and they did bring another mattress. Better than the first one but still not what I paid for and doesnt match the box spring from the set they brought. I was told there is a sixty day guarantee if Im not happy but since its not in writing on my receipt I hope it will be honored. At that I wont get a refund but store credit. Steer clear unless you are choosing and taking your new bed home yourself.

I took down previous review. But still stand by do your research before purchasing. Read and re-read purchase agreement. We came to a medium with my purchase. And I believe the sales rep did what he could to rectify the situation. I have never bought furniture and it was delivered and I had to assemble myself unless an extra cost. Im still dissatisfied. But this is a lesson learned. And will not be a reaccuring customer.
