Great experience. Was overwhelmed trying to figure out which mattress to order online somewhere, particularly since I have a very picky back- I know many online companies have guarantees but the logistics of trying to return a mattress online felt really stressful . decided to check these guys out to try the nectar. It wasn’t for me but they made it incredibly easy to pick out something else and they came and traded it out and dealt with the return to the company for me. Just received our mattress today we bought a few weeks back. The whole buying experience was nice. No pressure sales and Joey took time to show us multiple mattresses. After checking out a big name furniture retailer we ended up here. They carry some lesser known brands but they get good online reviews. I definitely would check them out. My wife and I went to the Strongsville store. Liz knew her stuff, answered any questions we had, was never pushy, and suggested something that greatly helped.We are side and back sleepers. We would try mattress A on our sides AND back, then switch to mattress B, on our sides AND back, to compare.Liz suggested we try mattress A on our sides, then switch to mattress B, on our sides, to compare. Try mattress A on our backs, then switch to mattress B, on our backs, to compare. This might not sound like that big of a deal, but it helped a LOT.We bought the mattress on a Friday. Liz said it would take 7 to 10 days to deliver. There was a mix up with my grandson, who lives out of town, and he came to pick up our old mattress, later that same day.So now, we have to sleep on the sofa and recliner until the new mattress comes. I call Liz and explain the situation. She tells me she will see what she can do. In 5 days, on Tuesday, they are ready to deliver.Ed and son, friendly and polite, set up the adjustable base and mattress in 10 to 15 minutes, tops. We couldnt believe how fast they did everything. They put booties on and took them off so they didnt track in the snow. Very careful and professional.What do we think of Rock And Roll City Mattress? They ROCK!

Bought a mattress for 1950. Sides sag horribly. We didnt like it at all me or my bf and called to let Joey know.... Something is wrong with this mattress. He asked for pics so I sent them and he said he would call me back since the store hours were closing. Never heard a word back and waited a few wks. I should have done more research before purchasing. Guess will take it as a loss.

Best mattress store ever very friendly staff

My husband and I purchased a bed back in December and Lisa was great helping us find a bed. A few weeks ago I noticed there was a seam that came undone so we talked about going to back to the exchange. I also found that the bed was too firm so we also took advantage of the comfort guarantee they offer to exchange for a different mattress altogether. Joey was out of town when we came with the bed issue a few weeks ago but he was there today and he made the process so easy and you just know that customer service is their priority. Thank you Joey and staff for making the mattress shopping so easy.

Really great experience of buying a new mattress. Our previous mattress lasted only about 5-6 years despite being highly rated. When we started looking for a new mattress we new we wanted to go with a memory foam or combination type mattress and started looking around online. We liked the idea of the Nectar but I was wary about purchasing a mattress online without trying it first. We found out that Rock & Roll City Mattress Company had a Nectar on the showroom floor (the only store in OH where they have them to try). We did not end up getting the Nectar but another mattress from Brooklyn Bedding which is fantastic! Joey is a really nice guy and was not pushy at all. He clearly knows all the ins and outs of the mattress industry and takes great care of his customers! Aside from having a nice collection of memory foam options, they also have a great selection of traditional spring mattresses. Their prices are very reasonable and compared to other stores we went to are much cheaper for the same quality (the one we purchased, a King size for around $1200 was comparable to a $4500 we tried at Mattress Firm). We were able to purchase the mattress today and are having it delivered tomorrow! I would highly reccomend anybody who is looking for a new mattress to go see Joey at Rock & Roll City Mattress! Ive already told my mother to go there when she is in the market for a new mattress!

Went to Rock and Roll City Mattress today in hopes of just trying out the Purple mattress. Went in and was helped by Karen who led us to the mattress. We immediately realized that the Purple was not for us, but began looking through the store at other options. Karen was so helpful and led us in the right direction in finding not only what we needed, but what fit our wants. We had looked at the other big name mattress places, but after our experience today we are surely Rock and Roll City customers now! Thank you to Karen for helping us out today. Purchased a mattress last week that was delivered to my house before I could even buy a new set of linens for.... After using the mattress, I really didnt care for it as it was a gel style bed. Thought I would like, but that was not the case. Called R&R and they happily exchanged my mattress for a different style, no problems whatsoever.Customer service is top notch.! Very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend working with Tommy and JR as they were top notch!

I had a wonderful experience buying a mattress here. The sales staff actually asked me questions about my lifestyle, how I slept, things that seems super relevant to determine the correct mattress for me. They had multiple model recommendations ranging from very affordable mattresses to higher end models. I ultimately ended up selecting a mattress that would have retailed at other comparable retailers for about $2000 for only $900, including mattress box spring, the metal frame and two king size memory foam pillows. I cannot speak highly enough of this merchant and their awesome service!

I stopped by Rock & Roll City Mattress a few months ago when I started looking for a new mattress. I went to several other stores and tried other mattresses but I kept thinking about the Corsicana Wrangle hybrid mattress that I tried so I came back to Rock & Roll to lay on this mattress again. It was the most comfortable of all the mattresses I tried at all the stores and the price was unbeatable at Rock & Roll. Joey Jr. and Liz, both times I visited, were very kind and patient and allowed me to just hang out and lay on the mattress for a while -- with no pressure to buy right away. They may me feel at ease about the whole process and Joey Jr. is very knowledgeable about the mattress industry which also instilled confidence in me to buy a mattress brand I had never heard of and from a store that I had not history with. Joey, one of the owners of the store, was welcoming, attentive, and asked good questions for us to help select the right mattress. The order and delivery process was quick and easy. We ordered the mattress late Friday and it was delivered early the next day. Delivery men were professional and helped set up our bed. They also disposed of two mattresses for us.

I was a bit nervous walking into this place as we have previously bought mattresses across the street and just assumed it was another hole in the wall, however, we met Joey Jr. And he was just so friendly, so knowledgeable and so easy to speak to. We went to look for a mattress on Saturday 2/23/19 of course I googled places to shop for mattresses. Original Mattress Warehouse came up . I drove over to State road. I missed the driveway, but I looked up and I was in the front of Rock and Roll mattress. I googled the reviews, and they were great. We went inside and was blown away. The service was beyond great, the mattresses were all high quality. We left with an amazing deal, with no problems with delivery. I cant explain how happy I am. I recommend this store to everyone.

Wow is all I can say! Joey Jr. Is an awesome sales rep who gets you in a bed that is comfortable for an honest and reasonable price. I even forgot to get my change from him after paying and he called to tell me that I forgot and sent it with his delivery guys. He couldve pocketed my money but he was an honorable and will definitely be getting my business in the future along with my strong recommendation to anyone looking for a mattress!
