DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! Ordered mattresses in the beginning of September and it is now almost the end of October and I haven’t received what I have paid for. Called several times and left messages on their voicemail they have yet to call back. Went to the location during business hours and the doors were locked! Thank God I used my bank card and may be able to get my money back...

Purchased a bed set APRIL 2020 never delivered . There is something really wrong with employees and where is the money going . The excuse of the pandemic and a truck not delivering. Better Business Bureau cannot reach them. Do not buy anything from them!!!

The owner himself and some woman that I wouldnt trust in my house delivered a bed to my home and completely destroyed our wall in the stairway while forcing the bed to come up the steps, they wont compensate us for a 150$ job we need to fix the damange theyve done because of their irresponsibility and ignorance. Theyve literally tried to offer us a PILLOW ! For the damages.. this is a joke!!! NEVER GET A MATRESS FROM HERE OR AT LEAST DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME.

I was looking to purchase my very first new mattress and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Went to a few places in west side suburbs and needless to say they were great but well out of my price range. I found this place and Katrina helped me find exactly what I was looking at in the other shops for a fraction of the cost. Thanks a lot guys.

This place is a complete sham do not pay for anything unless you can leave right from the store with it. Dont get anything delivered or back ordered because they dont have it in stock. You will be extremely disappointed with the customer service from this place ....still waiting on a matress ordered for my father a month ago and getting nothing but a run around

Very poor customer service i made a purchase right before thanksgiving and I Still dont have my mattress . I was told it would take one week for delivery then i was told every time after that it will be here today we are waiting on our truck just one lie after another and another and another. Then i was told by Katrina i will call you tomorrow to set a delivery time never got a call back so i called again guess what same song waiting on a dame truck again . Now i am getting pissed. I Called the owner left several messages. He does not return calls either. Wow their company customer service sucks. So as of 12/10/16 we still dont have a mattress and i was told again today by Katrina we dont know when it will be delivered . REALLY!!! NEVER AGAIN

Had no problems until I had them exchange a bed under warranty , took over 2 weeks to get a new bed and was charged $35 for deliver. Not the same mattress as I had. The guy that delivered the bed looked like he was messed up backed into my sister n laws car and he kinda chuckled and said he was sorry but he didnt have insurance. Very unprofessional, what company has people delivering in a uninsured truck.

I just got an expensive, comfy mattress at an amazingly low price.. Katrina was absolutely amazing!!!

Order a mattress with box spring and head board and paid it off in March 2020 and then found out they delivered to my old address when we changed it so they reordered it and I finally got it today and they didnt bring it in the building but left it by the doors and me and my wife had to bring it to our apartment ourselves. When they called to tell me they where here they said they cant bring it in. They riped the plastic on the boxspring

We just had a mattress set delivered-took both pieces out of the plastic to find that they were used, dirty, and torn. So disappointed!!!!!

Worked for him until I had to leave due to very unprofessional behavior from the owner...also had to constantly lie to customers about their orders ...he only actually places the orders when he has several making the shipping cost worth his time. Employees are instructed to give bogus reasons on why their orders are late
