Used vehicle dealers always give me the willies, especially when you know that they arent exactly telling lies, just not stating the complete truth. The loan agent was remarkably frank and helpful.

Recently purchased a 2011 F250. Mark was extremely helpful in answering questions before the sale and providing additional photos and video of anything I asked for, as I was 500 miles away from the truck before purchasing. Mark continued to assist through the entire purchase of the truck and stood behind the free 500 mile delivery which worked excellent for me. The truck arrived as described in all the pics and videos. I will look here again in the future for another truck!

All Out Diesel is great, very informative about each and every vehicle. They have top of the line trucks and also have outstanding deals. Both Chris and Mark went above and beyond any other dealer and described each truck in great detail and told it how it was straight up. This is a very trustworthy dealership, I highly recommend them.

These guys seemed like good guys at first but from the time I pulled out with my truck about 15 min into my drive back to pa a check engine light came on over a couple week process I had to take it back and buy a tuner for it the did do labor for free but why did I have to purchase something to make the truck right, which it did not fix the problem barley put besides from the drive up to them and back twice around home I only put a100 miles on the truck in the month in a half I had it and had nothing but problems and the truck has been in the garage ever since and I have a $10,000 bill to pay on top of the $28,000 I just paid for the truck and $1200 for the tuner ... Once I started having problems these guys were no where to be found and were rude . Not the way to run a successful business, my advice is to stay far far away !

Warning do not buy from Chris he will sell you junk that looks beautiful dont get me wrong very nice trucks if you have $5,960 to put into a $38,000 dollar truck that didnt even make it home. Do not be fooled by Chris owner of all out diesels he knew my truck had issues and sold it to me anyways. My engine was completely smoked 10 minutes down the road from his shop. The engine was filled with diesel fuel, which Chris stated they added a little to much oil and it would be fine. Said these things hold a lot of oil. Truck held a lot of fuel in the engine and little oil to blow up so quickly.

Bought a 2011 f350 from them. Was very pleased with the truck. On my drive home I found that the windshield wipers werent working. Called Mark the next day and he told me to take it to get fixed and they would help me out. Found some other problems while at the dealership and had them fixed. I sent the bill (which was not cheap) to Mark for him to look over. The next day Mark informed me that he was sending a check to take care of the bill. Im sure any other business would not have done the same. Mark is a stand up guy and I would do business with him again.

Bought the truck over the phone, when Chris arrived with the truck, it was exactly as described. No problems with the truck what so ever. I have never had a salesman go out of his way to help with the sale the way Chris did. I highly reccomend, and would buy from again.

First of all they had moved and hadnt changed the address on their listing. When we finally got their the sales guy didnt seem interested at all that we were there. The truck we came to see wasnt even there. When I asked about the delete they did on one of their trucks he told me they dont remove the EGR because it isnt cost effective to do so. You dont finish the job right because it affects your bottom line? Wow! I asked about the 2011 Ram 3500 they had there and if it had the High Output engine that Cummins made in 2011.5-2012. He said in all of his years in selling diesels hed never heard of it. 😳! He was disinterested and half asleep. In the other times I have called about another truck they dont have any info and dont bother getting back to you. Not sure they really want to sell trucks to educated buyers. Unimpressed!

Was told truck was mechanically sound. Needed front end work. Chris was kind of arrogant. Prices arent anything to get excited about as their either overpriced or mediocre. Would not buy from them again. Only reason I bought in the first place was because I drove 10 hours to check the truck out.

1. Showed up truck was dirty.2. a/c in truck dont work.3. was told truck was mechanically sound.4. Was left sitting at Mr tire waiting on the truck.5. Left with truck on less than quarter of a tank.6. After less than 1000 miles off his lot, THE TRANSMISSION NEEDS COMPLETELY REBUILT.7. Called Chris about transmission, he says if it makes you feel better I lost money on your trade. (Which was a good running raptor with 70k on it.Chris seemed like a good guy, treated me ok while I was there, but sold me basically a lemon of a truck and wiped his hands clean of it when I contacted him.I HATE to leave a negative report. But the proof is in the pudding.Id suggest go find a good running truck and put your own 3k in tires/rims and a lift.If Chris would have worked with me on the truck, or said thats not acceptable coming off my lot lets take care of it, I wouldnt have posted this.And Chris knows my number and if all out wants a good rating they know how to contact me. This could have all been avoided but hes letting trash vehicles off his lot. Im letting buyers beware.Id delete this post and give a good rating if he accepted and didnt allow a truck in that shape leave with me, but as of now, hes ok selling a truck like that.Yes, I drove it before I left. Seemed good for the 10 min drive. He sold it to me telling me multiple times it was mechanically a sound and good truck. It Didnt turn out as told.

All Out Diesel has the best trucks!! Ive had trucks from outfits around the country and none have even come close to the truck I got from All Out. Ill never get one from anywhere else!
