Im a Senior and I really needed HELP... The owners were very kind. They tried to help me but both cars turned out to be good looking vehicles ... BUT... Both vehicles were in need of more help than I could give! ... especially financially. We got stranded twice once in middle of freeway. They were as is cars but ... I didnt realize that meant the car would STILL need to be repaired and parts replacements done immediately! Within 3 weeks I HAD to make the decision to let them both first was the PT cruiser then we tried the Jeep both had to go back.If you dont know about cars be prepared to take your choice to someone who is knowledgeable. Im STILL so sad. I couldnt do a car note AND $1200 exhaust and manifold , oil leaks ... My stars dont reflect owners just the cars ... !

I love buying cars from here and I would recommend that everyone go here. This is my third car from here and I have never had any major mechanical problems. They have always kept me in my price range for my notes and always work with me with my deposits. They are truly one of the few dealerships that wont jerk u around!!!

I went and purchased a vehicle from here on Saturday and the next morning to start my car the dealership had it remotely shut off I had. I was parked behind my mother in the driveway and we both had to go to work the following day and now her vehicle is blocked in, I called a let the owner know he had me do and 34 minuet troubleshoot and that did not work when I let him know the situation he said it is not his problem and let him know it is because I still owe money and on the car he then said he’ll have the car repossessed, which I never stated I would not pay I informed him it his problem. Says he’s been doing this for 15 years he knows more than I do. Me and my family just put basically 2,000 plus into the car that he had no care to even fix. He said he’ll have it towed while I’m at work, but when I got home from work the car was still there and he said that was because I did not leave the keys, he did not inform me to leave the keys, so he had a tow truck come and get the car and when I called and asked to see how long it would take just to see if I had to make arrangements to get a ride to work yet again and the women on the phone said I can’t rush them and asked if I wanted my money back I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life I would expect this type of nonchalant service from McDonald’s or a local fast good restaurant. What I don’t understand is why wouldn’t you do a thorough overall check before you sell a car to someone

I bought a Toyota from these guys back in 2011. Im still driving it! It has had relatively no problems despite being at almost 200,000 miles.These guys are pretty honest and up front. Thats a rarity in this business. You are more than likely going to get screwed if you shop at a typical car dealer.They keep reasonable profit margins on their cars and have low prices. You can even check the bluebook value compared to what they are selling and see exactly what Im talking about.Would definitely buy another car from here.

I purchased a vehicle that broke down less than 2 months. The initial experience was positive; there were good reviews online, the sales woman was nice, and my purchase was done in about 2 days. I was unhappy with my vehicle purchase as there were too many minor things I noticed going wrong after a few days. I literally feel like they put a Band-Aid on things and they all started showing after purchase. I had to replace the battery and windshield wipers the first month and towards the end of the second month the engine had issues and is no longer running. I reached out and while initially it seemed like they cared quickly I realized they sold me a bad car and could care less. I am in a loan with terrible interest per their financing and after telling the owner Danny that I purchased a car from him and I am unhappy, and I would like to exchange it for another vehicle- He said I would take your car but there is something wrong with it. YOU JUST SOLD ME THIS CAR! I did not have it long enough to run it into the ground and I have a large/long loan so I had no desire to ruin my vehicle. He then placed all the blame/shifted responsibility to the warranty I was sold by the finance company they provided. They do not want to fix the car as I have not had it very long and they are unsure of prior maintenance. So here I am-stuck with a car that doesn’t run, a dealer that doesn’t care, a loan that still needs to be paid and a warranty I’m paying for but can’t get assistance. Going to Dealz was the worst decision ever. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This was my first major purchase and the each catered to my needs making sure I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. Tikima is great and very professional in terms of getting your deal done! Danny (the owner) works with her to make sure you get a nice car with good financing even if other places couldnt get you approved. They have nice cars not that typical Buy Here Pay Here or bad credit(high mile, old cars)...they have Lexus, Toyota, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, and Ford and Nissan.

I originally made a good 5 star review of this place. Thats because I was hoodwinked and bamboozled by them. They totally tricked me and I fell for it. I bought a car thinking it was nice and after 1 week the check engine light came on. So I took it down there to be looked at and they gave me a hard time about it at first. I thought maybe I was being unreasonable but they cleared the light but didnt fix the problem. Then they claimed they sent me my title in the mail, that I never received and come to find out apparently shady dealerships will use this tactic so customers must go down and purchase one for themselves. Its only like 36 dollars but still, why cheat the customer. Now my car is once again in the shop because the transmission is shot and the clutch went out. But fortunately the car came with a powertrane warranty so the shop will fix it right? NOPE!! Apparently my vehicle doesnt meet the qualifications for the warranty. So now Im stuck with a $7000 car I cant even drive because Its continuously in the shop and the warranty I purchased is basically useless so... BY ALL MEANS STAY AWAY FROM DEALZ AUTO TRADE. With a ghetto ass name like Dealz and not Deals, I should have known better.

My grandmother and I put a ton of money down on a car here. I test drove it and it rode fine. The only apparent problem was the touchscreen radio didnt work. I asked what that was about and they gave me some bologna story just to get it off the lot. Come to find out the car has electrical issues. But the real icing on the cake is the fact that the car still had temporary tags on it and the engine blew out due to poor maintenance. This something that couldve been avoided had a thorough inspection been done on the car. Worst experience ever!
