One of the best car buying experience I have had. We came out to check test drive a car, the process was easy. I asked to take it to have someone else inspected and they had no issues in letting me take it. I returned the next day, had it inspected and came back with something minor and they agreed to take care of it immediately. We agreed on a price and I was the financing process was easy. Fantastic work from Matt and Mike, I got my first vehicle here with my dad a few days ago and got a 2011 Nissan Juke that feels like a brand new vehicle. The whole experience felt very relaxed and well handled. Previous owners had put on wrong sized tires and Matt was able to get us knew ones over night with no charge. On top of that they were able to do an on location oil change and a car wash. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, the whole experience was fantastic.

I called and spoke to Mike about a Honda Odyssey on Monday (2/8) that my family was interested in. He told me someone was test driving it when we were speaking and he took my number and told me he would call me back if they did not buy it. Not too long after we spoke, Matt called me back and said Mike told him to call me and said the van was back but the family wasnt sure about it. I told them that we couldnt come see it until Tuesday (2/9) because we were driving 3 hours to the location from Southwestern Pennsylvania and I asked if there was anyway that they could hold it for me and my husband and he said it was no problem!Tuesday morning came, school was canceled so we had to take our 3 daughters on the 3 hour ride. When we got to the lot, my husband checked over the van while me and my 3 daughters sat inside. Matt was very nice, he changed the TV to cartoons for my daughters and a little later gave them some coloring books and crayons!We ended up buying the van but really sold me on this small business was the kindness they showed my family and their honesty about the van we were buying! If I am ever looking for another vehicle, I will definitely make the 3 hour trip back to Next Step Auto Sales! 👍

I recently traveled from upstate New York to NextStep Auto Sales with the intention of trading my Kawasaki, for another Kawasaki that they had in there in inventory. The staff was kind & professional, the coffee was excellent, but most importantly, the motorcycle I was there to purchase was everything that I thought & was told it would be, and then some! Honesty goes a long way, but it goes even further when doing business.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst experience I ever had from a dealer. Went in knowing what I wanted and a pre approval. Car was $11,995 Matt came back to me and they the ONLY way I would be able to get approved was if I put $7,450 DOWN. Took my business elsewhere and was able to get into a more expensive car with less money down WITH the same finance company... ps Matt even advised that I would get a better deal at a buy here pay here lol.

We found a car we were interested in and contacted the dealer. We were able to go out right away and test drive the vehicle. The car was as advertised and in great shape. The buying process was smooth and we were in and out of the dealership quickly. Matt greeted us when we got to the dealer and made sure the car was ready for a test drive. The agreement on the new car and trade was a good one and we came to a quick agreement. Mike arranged for financing and had us in and out of the finance office quickly. All in all an excellent experience.

Do not buy a used vehicle from them. Never mentioned a/c didn’t work. When vehicle delivered engine light on. Cost 800.00 for repair , spark plugs full of water and fan was not connected ready to fall out. Make sure you take vehicle to mechanic before purchasing. I was way to trusting. A/C repair costing 1400.00. Never again.

I had such a great experience financing my first car at Next Step. I am a nanny and get paid under the table, most places won’t even give me the time of day due to the fact that I don’t have any proof of income coming in. Mike was ready and willing to call and configure what ever he could to get me in a car and finance it. I went in on a Monday and the following Tuesday he had me in a 2016 Ford Fusion with only 40,000 miles on it. The price was outstanding and came with a 2-year warranty. The car was clean and had no problems with it. He even printed out a CarFax report for me. However, there was a small crack in the windshield that he was unaware of and he gave me a phone number of a place that would come to my house or work and fix it for free. He was very accommodating. Mike and his staff weren’t like normal car sales staff they felt like family, they weren’t pushy and didn’t appear to be sneaky or deceiving. They were straight up about everything. I highly recommend Next Step if you are looking to get a good used car from people who actually care about you not just the money.

A week ago I had stopped by this dealership on my way home. I was greeted by Steve. I told him that I was looking for a specific truck and then we walked over to the truck line and looked at a few options. I was asked if I wanted to drive the truck and I said that I did. Steve went to get the keys for the truck and when he came back he had a cold bottle of water for me, I was grateful. After a test drive we went in to see what kind of a deal I could get. I dont have the best credit and when I was sitting down at the table Steve introduced me to Todd and I was told that they were going to do whatever they can to help me out. After filling out some paperwork Steve and Todd showed me some options that I can choose from. I was pleased to find out that I was able to get the truck and more so that I was not treated poorly because of my credit situation. At no time was I treated anything less than a valued customer. Got the car I wanted, however it is evident they were trying to hide issues (check engine light came on within 20 miles of driving it, ziptied foam to the frame under the car to dampen the sound of metal on metal due to an aftermarket exhaust hitting the subframe, missing reverse lights, dead trip meter light, did not inform me of a busted side mirror covered up with silver tape, heavily damaged front wheel and tire, vacuum leak at header). I fixed it all up and love the car, but they should have let me know. Most people can only get about $3000 out of this car. I paid $6200.

We had spoken to a salesman for a few days on a purchase of a car they had, worked out the deal and agreed to pick it up the following day. So the day we are to pick up the car, we call our salesman and let him know we had left home and were beginning to make the 3 hour drive to their dealership. Once we are an hour away (2 hours into our trip) the salesman calls to notify us they sold it to someone else.In days of online shopping I would choose another dealership.

Overall, bad experience. Yeah, Todds nice, name me a successful sales person that isnt. However, I never got my car in the time they promised.I went in, saw the car I wanted and made a deposit on it. They took my phone number and drivers licence as part of the test drive process and neglected to tell me my deposit was only good for 5 days. (Its not mentioned on the deposit slip either and as a process engineer I helped them by pointing out that it should be mentioned on there. They said they would make the addition/correction, not sure if thats happened yet or not) I went back two weeks later to purchase the vehicle (I thought) cash in hand! It was LONG GONE! They claimed they called me, but they never did and didnt have the phone records to show it. I didnt have a missed call or a voicemail from them either. So that was lie #1. Then, I gave them a second chance (still asking myself why) and let them keep my deposit on a second vehicle I didnt want as much as the first. This was a Saturday and they said the car would be ready by Tuesday, it wasnt. Wednesday, nothing. Texting back and forth with Todd like children. I went back on Friday and Todd said it would be ready by Saturday (the next day), guess what? It wasnt. I finally had enough and took my deposit back, huge waste of my time and I need a new car really badly....Of course I told them that. The extra week was hell for me with respect to my commute to work, i told them that. either they dont care or they dont listen, but I doubt its the latter cause I was very repetitive and negative according to Todd. Anybody on here that can still be positive after all this?A week of harassment? Lol, its not harassment if I was promised the car a week ago, its disappointment and yes, frustration. My cashiers check was for 7 grand and you know I had cash with me too. After everything I described above (you guys taking much longer than you said you would) I expect a very professional sales team to come down off the price to make up for it, significantly. You said the out the door price was $9200 for the same type C300 but it was 3 years older (2008 model vs the original 2011 model). Im not here to embarrass myself, just giving the facts. I dont see the 2008 in your inventory yet, lets see what price (fact) you list it for.10/25/18 -I made this post three weeks ago and they still havent added the car they were going to sell me to their website. Wow!! What a great place to get a car! I truly cant express how great Steve treated me. I bought a car from them and it was having some issues the next day so i gave steve a call.He had it towed to his mechanic and is fixing it for free with no questions asked. Aside from how he treated me after i got the car, he also held the car for me so i could come look at it.On top of that gave me a great deal on the car. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. This is definetley a great place to buy a car from.

This place is great. It took them a few days to get me approved, but Todd Boothe wanted to get me the best affordable price possible on my 2015 Malibu LT. He did have an approval but it was over my budget, so he tried for another lender and came back with a monthly payment under my budget target! That approval took longer because of my situation. I was in an accident and insurance totaled my old car I still owed on. After the value was paid, there was still about $3,000 left. I had initially spoke with Steve, and wanted to see if I can be approved to roll that balance into a new loan on a used car, but by the time I went to visit Next Step, Todd took over (hes the finance guy), I had decided to not include it on the new loan. So from that point he went to work and in 4 days, I was in that 2015 Chevy Malibu with affordable payments, a low interest rate, and a great term. (60 months compared to the 52 months I still had left on the totaled car!) So, only 8 more months extra still isnt bad.Todd Boothe is the guy you want to see. Steve was also pleasant and friendly to deal with, and neither of them were pushy, but Todd really wanted me to remain patient and promised he would find a good deal on the car I wanted. A promise like that is usually not easy to do, but in this case, he was a man of his word.The car has 46K miles on it, and is in great condition, even though the Car Fax showed it was previously in an accident. Must have not been that bad! It was (and still is) super clean, brand new tires, and runs like a charm. I am using the free 3 years of On Star and obsessively use the remote start on the phone app for cold weather. They have a mechanic shop within the same building so I am pretty sure thats where they service and fix up their used cars.I highly recommend this place. You will not be swindled here!

Found Next Step Auto through Carguru. When I found the car I wanted I called to see if it was still available thats when we connected with Todd and were glad we did. He seems to be the most honest used car saleman Ive ever met, really concerned with what we needed and made it happen.Thanks Todd we are still very happy with our Fiat 500 C.

The guys here got me in car i wanted for my price and payments. The friendly staff made ot easier for me to let go of my old car ive had for many years. They also offered me a great trade in price i couldnt get anywhere else. For sure a 5 star experience for me and my family.
