Kyla did a fantastic job with my hair and I am obsessed with how it turned out!

So I was excited to get my hair done because I haven’t done it in a while. I decided to go to Ulta. I got there and had to wait a while because Candida was still busy with another client. I didn’t got bother much even if it was past my appointment time. Then I sat next to her other costumer which wasn’t done with. I told her the highlights that I wanted and the color and it’s the picture I attached. So mid process she stopped to continue with the previous costumer, which I found really unprofessional how she was doing both hair processes at the same time, after 30min she came back to continue with my highlights. She left them another 45 minutes (knowing the other highlights were already sitting for 30min).So at the end she DAMAGE ALL MY HAIR. All my hair is chewy and is not even the color that we decided nor that I picked. I have patches in my hair where there’s no highlights. It’s horrible. Horrible work and organization. When I was seeing her breaking my hair with a brush I knew something was wrong. She asked for help to another person who decided to just change the brush and I said no.I started crying. I was looking at my hair Ruined and chewy. They didn’t finish drying my hair and decided to call a manager. Which they wanted me to pay for the process and fix it when my hair is 100% damage. I decided not to and left the store crying with wet hair and damage hair.(The uploaded pictures of my own hair is after I did a treatment on my hair, I couldn’t even brush it at all) NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. It’s the worst hair work I have ever had!!!

I like this store. They always have my skincare needs when Target and Walmart are out of stock (which is often!)Customer service is spotty. I have had only authentically nice interaction from an employee there. Others are lukewarm, or have made me want to hurry up and get out of there. Kind of cold.But I dont visit the store for them. Just my moisturizers.Thanks and good day.

I had an AMAZING experience at this location, Alan seriously deserves a raise. He was so kind and helped me SO much from finding the perfect foundation match to helping me find the exact shade of lipstick i wanted, his customer service seriously made my day 100%! better and i’m definitely shopping here again!

I went in one day looking for the tint/stain for your eyebrows. I was greeted at the door by a male and female dressed very professionally with a disgusted expression on their faces. I wasnt done up or anything fancy, I had just gotten up a few hours prior and worked a double the day before so I wasnt Ulta approved apparently. After I had been asked what I was looking for they replied that they didnt have it nor would they and that maybe I should try sephora because it was probably more of my speed and a little cheaper needless to say I hadnt shopped there before and I certainly will never step foot in again. If I couldve rated this 0 stars then I wouldve.

The brow bar is so amazing! Awesome customer service, they map out your brows to fit the dimensions of your face. I got a wax and tint, I love Chrissy!

About two months ago I came in looking for some hair products. I have been having major issues w my hair breaking/splitting/splintering. No matter what high end product and expensive tools I bought it wouldn’t stop. The woman who helped me find the right product was amazing. I believe she used to be a hairstylist and is now a manager. I hope this finds her. She spent time with me asking about my health, medicines, diet, appliances, products, dye, etc. to help me get to the ‘root’ of the issue. Well she nailed it. Finally my hair doesn’t look/feel like garbage. I know this is just a little thing in the gran scheme of life. However, it has brightened my life. Thank you for helping me.Also, they are always so nice about helping me with returns. It’s hard to find the right products but they make it easy.

Giving a 4 stars because appreciate businesses like this locally. Can surely find everything beauty here. rewards and membership with additional discount is a plus. I was there to get some shampoo gift sets. Asked the associate at the register if theres any left. She replied: I have no idea. This is not good (zero star). Theres always someone who does the minimum.

I deliver to this location and a couple of others and every crew is always super nice and pleasant. This makes any drivers day all the more pleasant.

I got a haircut yesterday at a place other than Ulta. I was not happy how it turned out.So I came into Ulta today to try to get it fixed the way I was hoping it would be.I just want to sayASHTON, ASHTON, ASHTONis a miracle worker.I showed her a picture of what I was hoping to accomplish. She was very, very, very patient with me, and listened as I try to describe what I wanted done. She stopped often, and let me look in the mirror, and asked questions.After having a bad experience elsewhere, it was such a relief to walk out of Ulta with the haircut that I wanted.

They have all your makeup and haircare needs. Less expensive than department stores and lots of people to help you!

I have recently moved to Clarksville, but have gone to Ulta for years wherever I have lived. This location is by far the friendliest location I have ever been to. I had only ever called on the phone or used “pick up” here (until today) and had a great experience both times. Today I actually went in to shop. As I started browsing I was immediately greeted by Alysha (sp?)and she asked if she could help me with anything. Well I had a ton questions and she was so eager to truly help me without the sales pitch. She tactfully recommended great products that were better suited for my personal skin’s needs and features than what I came for. She was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. She probably spent an hour with me and didn’t seem annoyed at all. In all my years shopping at Ulta in other cities I have never had an experience as excellent as this. Alysha is certainly a valuable asset to this company.

This was my first time coming here and i was extremely happy! I wanted a very specific scent and Jessica did everything possible and even ran all over the store just to help me find something even remotely close to my request. Don’t EVER get their credit card. You’ll never receive a bill but even if you are on top of it and pay it off every time you make a purchase the payment process is ATROCIOUSLY COMPLICATED. And made even worse that the system never recognized my social or any of my information, but when a customer rep would talk to me they always confirmed it was all correct in the system. By the time I finally was able to put in my information, I got confirmation of payment, never thought of it again, never received notice that my payment actually didn’t go through. But when I did finally call them because i thought some scammers were trying to imitate them, they told me it was all MY fault and “how could you put in the wrong bank account number? Take responsibility”. This credit card company was seriously what made me close everything having to do with Ulta. I used to think this didn’t really happen and people were just careless or lazy, but after receiving no mail, no email, just calls some two months later from a random spamy type number and a suspiciously unprofessional personal I can confirm the ULTA ultimate beauty card is a full on SCAM.

Manager had such Outstanding service. Went above and beyond to make sure I received excellent service for my Hair cut even gave me a gift since I had to wait so long for my appointment.

Worst salon experience ever. I had an appointment with Chris for a balayage on my medium brown hair. Spent $140 and 3+ hours for him to ruin the color and not even saturate my hair properly with bleach. The results were splotchy, cheetah prints of brown and orange on my hair in several different places and an all-over yellow, brassy mixture of several different colors. My clothes were also bleached in the process, which is ridiculous considering I paid for an advanced stylist. I have bleached my hair myself with better results.I came in a few days later for the salon manager, Kyla, to do a color correction. I explained to her my issues with the color and showed the different splotches and areas that were uneven. She was uninterested in my complaints and and instead deflected blame on me for not understanding the process of going blonde, which was never mentioned by the initial colorist. I asked specifically beforehand that the color would be cool toned, and that I dont really have a preference of how light the color turned out, so long as its a cool color. She didnt seem to understand why I would be upset that my hair is now several different colors and mostly yellow, instead of the blended bayalage I asked for. She was very passive aggressive while dying my hair back and never apologized for anything. My hair still isnt back to its original color.There really shouldnt be stylists working there with that little regard for what the client actually wants. Coming in my hair was completely natural and had never been dyed, you would think that would have been a blank canvas for an even color. Never again

I took my daughter to the salon because we messed up her hair during quarantine out of boredom. Kyla overcharged us and messed it up even more! She put a toner on and didn’t bother to tell us it was a two week temporary fix. I was charged $100 for a 2 week fix. I took her back a month later to Christopher and he did an AMAZING job!!!! He recommended highlights instead of a toner. Her hair looks so good! Highly recommend Christopher Page!

I went into ulta a couple of days ago and was pretty clueless on what products I wanted . I usually stick with a brand that this store does not carry . Joshy helped me out and picked every product out perfectly . I was hesitant to try it all on when I got home , but everything Matched perfectly and the look was on point of what i wanted ... all without trying it before leaving the store . I will be back ! I’m so pleased with all my products and service

Awesome store, love the staff and great selection. The way they have the store set up its very creative and helpful. I love the points and rewards you earn and free birthday gift. I just hit platinum and the rewards Are pretty sweeet, you earn 2x or 3 xs points with purchase. They have a pretty fair return policy and system. Only wish they shipped for free for platinum members under $50 but it is what it is.

Alan is THE best manager there is. Everyone that works there are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they arent 100% sure about how the product will work for you, they call in the expert in that area. Love this Ulta store!!

There was an issue that had to be fixed so check out took a little extra time but the lady was super sweet and gave me a sample pack to thank me for my patience, which was unnecessary but still greatly appreciated.

She’s absolutely amazing & super kind/helpful. I called to see if they had my moms favorite shampoo/conditioner in stock for the Jumbo Sale event & she said they did BUT she even put them aside for us which we totally weren’t expecting. We were very pleased & impressed with her thoughtfulness of the customers. She didn’t have to put them aside for us because we didn’t even think to ask, but she still put them aside :) She was also the only one who greeted us in the store & who gave assistance as well. So thank you Haley for being a super sweet & helpful employee! We appreciate you!

Got my eyebrows done for the first time here and I was disappointed with the results. Not worth 22 dollars. But as far as staff an atmosphere it was a good. Definitely was able to fix with brow powder but still. No.

The person who my daughter and self were greeted by was a very kind helpful young man that was so helpful bit other than that was shrug off by all other employees.For spending such a high amount on make-up for my daughter and asked at counter as checking out if anyway since it was my our first time shopping and always see coupons but had non at hand if SINCE price was so high any discounts validly be used on stores helpful coupons and answer was 👎...I have my paper receipt getting ready to return my high items.Must be all the young teens working getting and giving friends a high score.I would rather travel out of state when on vacation and get help and the right gifts and discounts on spending on certain brands..😞

Selection, selection, selection!!!It doesnt get any better than Ulta. Their rewards program has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. Make sure you sign up for it.Store is well stocked. But if something has run out feel free to ask if theres any in the storeroom. They are willing to go the extra mile for you.The store is clean, well lit, and eSy to navigate.

The store is awesome, but I don’t recommend getting your hair cut there. I was so excited to chop my hair off and get a completely new style, instead I got an average cut with someone who was not the stylist I booked, and for whatever reason, she refused to do the cut I asked for. So I basically have my same old hair just shorter. 🙄👎🏽

I like this store, staff are always super friendly and nice. One associate spent almost an hour with me trying to find that oh so elusive perfect foundation shade. Sales are always good. Only down fall is sometimes their stock is low and it can be hard to get what you want.

I am pretty ignorant when it comes to makeup. I found one brand I liked and stuck with it, despite the price. I went in today, and a super nice fella with a beard (I wish I could remember his name) helped me find the perfect shade in a brand way cheaper. He also made sure I left today looking flawless.

I came here a couple weeks ago on a Thursday to find a foundation to wear for my wedding. I brought my maid of honor and bridesmaid with me (we were all wearing masks) to get their opinions, and because Im not the most makeup-literate. My wedding was only 2 days away, so I needed to find something quickly.We were trying to select a shade of the Benefit foundation, and due to COVID there were understandably no testers to try. We were stuck between two different shades so we decided to ask a nearby sales associate. Instead of taking one minutes to help us, she told us to download the Ulta app and use the GLAMlab program to choose products. Then she said If you need help beyond that, Im happy to assist you with shade matching! and she spun around and walked off before we could say anything. We were confused because we just wanted her professional opinion between two shades of the same product. The store was almost empty and she wasnt helping anyone else.So I downloaded the app and took a photo of myself for GLAMlab, and all the suggestions the program made for me were hideous. I couldnt find the Benefit products on the program to compare on my photo either. We looked around to ask for help and there were no sales associates to be found except for the one at the register. After several minutes of frustration fussing with a slow, glitchy app and then being ignored, I just chose a shade and checked out. Luckily the shade I chose ended up being perfect, but that was no thanks to the sales associate or the Ulta app.Im still giving 2 stars because I do love shopping at Ulta, but this location leaves much to be desired with their customer service. Whats the point of having sales associates on the floor if theyre just going to tell you to download an app instead of helping you? Its not like I asked her to show me every single brand of foundation in my shade, it would have taken her one minute to look at the products I was holding and tell me which shade was better for my skin tone. Why couldnt she just help me? Im hesitant to shop at this location again, the staff needs better customer service training and shouldnt be telling customers to download an app to fend for themselves.

The benefit brow bar is AWESOME! They do a great job on brows! My favorite person is Tayna! She makes them look flawless! She’s so amazing she always remembers little details about me, which I love!! Now, as for the rest of the store...if you need help finding a product don’t count on anyone helping you much. My friend and I were there for about 40 minutes hunting around for makeup to wear to our husbands’ military ball and we didn’t have any luck. We tried to look for someone on the floor, but there were no workers to be found. We eventually left out of frustration and ended up buying some cheaper lip gloss and lip stick on our way out. My friend would have bought a few other products, but since there was no one around to help us she decided against it. I think it’s important to have staff ask customers if they need help with anything. Helps us feel welcomed and it also helps us find what we need!

Asked a girl for help finding the right shade of foundation since I dont wear makeup. Got home and it was way to dark. Went back to exchange it and they guy put the wrong one in the bag and my husband went back to get the right one. Giving them 3 stars because I also got my hair trimmed there and a deep conditioned by Elizabeth and she was amazing.

Huge inventory and well-stocked. Customer service is lacking. Im the type of shopper who likes to look at everything and I take my time to test products and pick them up to read ingredients, etc. When I was there, a young blonde headed lady kept following me around and watching me. She asked me like 4 times if I needed help. No! If I did, I wouldve asked. I dont think she was trying to help, I think she was judging me and the vibe she gave off implied she thought I was a shoplifter. I ended up spending $400 and I wont be back because I dont want to be followed around while I shop and feel uncomfortable. Customer service at the check-out line is severely lacking as well. They need to learn to smile.

Asked if they had time for an eyebrow wax today. Girl was really rude. Scoffed at me an said “actually I’m booked up for the day”. That’s cool girl. Glad you’re booked but you don’t have to be hateful about it. Came in around 5:25 6/26. She was the only girl at the benefit bar.

My first time, great selection! Elizabeth took care of me back in the salon, she listened to what I wanted... perfect! Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I went there to get my hair done and left with exactly what I told her I didn’t want, then after holidays they refused to fix it or give me my money back would not recommend getting your hair done there !

The store and the products are great, clean and organized, However, Many employees in this location need training to be more personable, or just friendly to EVERYONE that visits or shops in their store. Coming into a makeup store is sometimes intimidating for a first time customer. Creating a welcoming and helpful environment can improve store conversion and welcome a high diverse customer volume, it can also encourage people to return. I haven’t returned since my first visit and i don’t think i will. I came into Ulta to purchase makeup, skin care, and hair products, I was not greeted, at check out the person ringing me out did not say hi, or thank you and rolled their eyes but surprisingly greeted people walking in, asking for help was awkward and employees seemed pressed for time, I’ve had better experiences in other Ulta Beauty stores.

About my recent purchase, though I am satisfied with my products, the customer service is beyond unprofessional. I bought over $200 in products at this store and at the time I was checking out, the lady who was checking me out was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional I expected a little more from this company considering the customer was so bad. The only thing I ask it was for a free sample is not the hard you guys carry a lot of drugstore and high end makeup PLEASE PROVIDE SAMPLES TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Went in not having a really good idea of what products would be best for me. I was immediately offered help and was walked through everything, including proper skin care. Ciara was absolutely amazing and gave me some awesome tips on product use and makeup application.

This store and salon are the best! Super friendly and helpful. I got my hair done for the first time in a few years (because I usually have issues with salons) but I got my hair done here and the lady was so sweet, gave me compliments and made my hair look amazing! I only paid 67$ for a root touch up, hair wash, toner, blow dry and a style! I will be returning to this salon and store for all my future hair and product needs. I do recommend this salon and store!

I love this beauty store so much. Everyone is so helpful and polite! I have gone in for a few of their facial services, including a microdermabrasion, and just had my hair styled and cut by Dida the other day. I asked her to bear with me because I was anxious about getting my hair cut and she did the best job ever and listened 100% to her client! I recommend Ulta to all of my friends for salon, skin care and makeup services.

Good Store. Very clean - seems understaffed and I find it to be over priced on a lot of products. However, hairspray and hair product sales are fantastic at this place!

I never knew they carried high end guy stuff, but they do. I take my daughters in there all the time and we always get great customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and they always go the extra mile for my daughters. The store manager Kristy even took the time to color match my little ladies and they had a great time being girly. Great store, great customer service, and great management makes for a top notch shopping experience.

I went for a micro dermabrasion facial. I got a 30 minute facial from Jose. He was great and very welcoming...but the facial wasnt what I expected. He used the equipment on me for a total of 3 to 5 minutes..then I sat with a mask on for the remainder of the time. This facial was 55 dollars for 30 minutes.. you can get more for your money else where. I hate to a little negative because like I said Jose was such a sweet heart but to be honest Ive recently got another facial for 65 dollars for an hour with the same products

The brow bar is great and Ive had an awesome experience in the salon with Kyla doing my hair.

Im really impressed that they have been displaying more cleaner products. The only downfall in my opinion is I dont like how strong the perfume scent is when I walk in. Other than that I like that if I need to get a nontoxic, cleaner product I can get it.

Always have had a great experience with the salon. I take my mom there whenever she is in town too. She has dementia and they are always so patient and sweet to her.

Im not a big make up person or know too much about it but every time I came in everyone was friendly and they helped me choose makeup I was looking for that was great for my skin. They even put it on me so I could see. Ive never had a bad experience and I love it!

Dissatisfied with customer service. I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything and politely told the associate that I was okay and didn’t need any help at the moment and he proceeded to say “well, good,” in a very sarcastic sounding tone.I’ve never felt like a burden more in my life than today and I never usually review places. I felt this occasion warranted it though. Yikes.

I typically go and get my eyebrows done at the brow bar and the same girl has done them multiple times. She always seems annoyed that she’s at work. Today I went and was shopping around because she was busy so I came back when she was close to done and I when she finally acknowledged I was waiting to talk to her she said “is there something you need” and shocked I asked if she had room to do my eyebrows. She replied “nope not today sorry”. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the brow bar in Clarksville to anyone else in town if she’s the only one they are going to let work there.

They offer salon services too, hair, makeup, brows, and skin. If you go to their website you can browse the different types of services and their prices. The ladies and men of ulta can even help you find whats right for you so dont be shy to ask them for suggestions they are willing to help as mich as they can.

Horrible customer service. Today is my birthday♡! 30th Birthday at that. I came in for my Birthday gift. I could not find my email and asked if she could look me up through my rewards. Alan is the person to see! He’s very knowledgeable and personable. He is by far my favorite Salesman/Manager. Any time I go to Ulta he has always been kind and knew exactly what I needed with very little explanation.

Last Saturday I stopped in to see about purchasing new foundation. After many years of coloring my hair red.......I had grown it out and it was now grey. I knew I needed new foundation and other make up essentials. I was prepared to spend quite a bit of money that day. NOT ONE sales associate spoke to me. Yes I was in their presence while they were chatting with other ladies....not one person spoke. After spending about 30 minutes piddling around the make up area..... as I was about to leave, I thought..........Im gonna see if the check out ladies will even speak. Again, NOT A spoken word by any employee. Needless to say....money was spent at the Mall that day. Shame on Ulta ! You might sell great products but you do not have great service.

I had to say something about this store I work in retail. So I get how it is. I walked in and instantly was greeted the girl saw I had a baby in tow and when I asked her for help she helped me with no hesitation even matched my color to my skin. Like physically put the product on my face and explained everything she was so kind. I came in wanting 2 specific things and got them plus more! The manager I think his name was Alan and I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! seriously why can’t there be more humans like this in the world. Even the lady ringing me out was super nice and understanding. I kept going back for more stuff so that I could actually use my coupon cause I had a digital gift card from my lash lady. So I needed to make sure my balance was over a certain amount even with my GC. Seriously y’all need more managers like Alan everywhere please and thank you!

I went there for the first time a few weeks ago and I received excellent customer service. I was asked several times by different reps if I needed help and when I was finally ready for some help the lady that ended up helping me was incredibly nice and very patient with me. She did my make up and gave me some application tips.

I really liked the variety of items they have. The pieces are ridiculously expensive. But I guess thats where we are with make up now. They do not have any items by Fenty, but they do have a variety of other items. My favorite is being able to browse without being bugged by the workers or being followed around.

I went in needing my hair completely fixed from damage over years of extensions, bleaching, etc. Alexis was completely honest with me and made me so comfortable. I came in saying I just dont want to cut my hair and left with a long bob feeling so fresh and mature! this will be where I go from now on!

Staff are great - Im an Urban Decay junkie, and I got my fix- was in and out in 10 minutes. Even with mask ans social distancing, it was a pleasant, stress-free trip.

Poor customer service. Upon entering the store 4 associates were standing at the front and not one welcomed or asked if I needed assistance. Come to find out one of those associates was the store manager. Appears that they spend more time on themselves than they do customers. This has been my experience each time I shop at this location. I gave two stars because the product I needed was im stock and accessible. Other than that Ulta should not only focus on their appearance but customer service because it is poor quality.

I have had a pleasant experience at this Ulta’s salon before, with Brooke. However my most recent experience, with a different stylist, was much different.I had scheduled an appointment to get my hair done and arrived 5minutes prior. After waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment, the stylist informed me that it would be an additional 30-40 minute wait as she was still working on her current client. I could either wait or reschedule.I explained my situation to a woman upfront, and asked if I could have a different stylist cut my hair seeing as this is the time I had arranged for someone to watch my son and was counting on getting a haircut. She spoke to the stylists in the back and informed me that nothing could be done.The staff had no interest in making my situation better. Their only solution was to come back another day or wait an hour past the time I was scheduled, defeating the purpose of a scheduled appointment. I do not recommend this Ulta’s salon unless you can schedule a time with Brooke. Clearly the other stylists are not capable of scheduling properly.

Victoria and Gabby where my sales associates and they were amazing! I will be back to that store because of them, it was like shopping with a friend! The best shopping cosmetic experience Ive ever had! The store is lovely, but they really need more educated employees... I asked an employee if the store carried any duo fiber stippling brushes other than the one japonnesque brush I had seen, and she stared at me with a blank look. She asked ME what kind of brush that was! Then after me explaining the products you use with the brush she showed me fluffy powder brushes.... She seemed very aggravated with me because i did not want to purchase the brushes that she showed me...Very disappointed...

I Went in to the Clarksville ulta salon to see Brooke on a very short notice since my hair was left a disaster from another Ulta Beauty salon in Hopkinsville (so beware)!So I went in to the Clarksville ulta salon and she right away sat me down explained what she was able to do to my hair to make it one solid color again and started the process!My scalp was pretty sensitive since the last stylist which was the salon manager (at the Hopkinsville salon) had me sitting on bleach for 1 1/2 the previous day!So she used products that weren’t going to irritate me or anything which I gratefully appreciated!She was absolutely AMAZING! She dyed and fixed the mess I had and also cut and fixed the horrible cut I had as well!My previous experience I had at the Hopkinsville ulta salon had me in tears, but thankfully I left this salon so happy and feeling beautiful again! Thank you again to Brooke and the ulta staff for fixing a mistake they didn’t do!!I have been complimented for my hair color non stop!I have added a picture of my before and after.Thank you again!I will definitely be coming back to her from now on!

Customer service was perfect. I was greeted by many customer service reps in the store. The place was very clean and well organized. I saw many products I really wanted. I didnt find the Morphe palettes but I found Hempz Citrine Crystal and Quartz Herbal Body Moisturizer. It had a very bright and sparkling citrus scent ...very lovely. It had a citrine bracelet wrapped around it. I got it and the matching hydrating mist for the face and body. Perfect for hot sunny days. It made me think of salty and sultry nights on the beach. With the coupon and store discount, I saved $10. I took one star off because I thought some items were too pricey.

Very helpful for my wife. They took time to show her how to apply and remove her makeup.

I spent quite a bit of time there today and thank goodness I knew what I needed. Those folks have no product knowledge.I also spent over $150 bucks and the girl that was at my cash register never offered my free gift with purchase nor did she offer to redeem any of the points I have accumulated. Thank goodness I produced my platinum member coupon I had. She acted like she was inconvenienced to deduct the percentage off.As I stood in line waiting to be checked out, I wondered how she was getting customers out as quickly as she was. Now I know...She wasnt fully doing her job.

Love this store! The staff are super friendly and helpful and their return policy is awesome.

Staff was not friendly at all! No one acknowledged me when I walked in but as soon as other customers walk in behind me they were greeted and assisted. Other instances such as this, made me not want to ever want to come back. If I could I would leave zero stars.

The employees are always ready to help.
