Everyone was pretty nice, but an employee had a black completely see through mesh mask that made me and my friend very uncomfortable seeing as we are in a pandemic.
Brittany is amazing!! I came in the store to return some items that did not work for my skin type and she processed my return, helped me pick a different skin care item for myself, AND since I missed my birthday gift due to the lockdown, she also gave me my gift of the popular bumbum cream that I’ve been on the fence about for a while now! So excited to try them all! Hope they all work for me!
Abby and Amanda are awesome!!! I came in to get my free birthday gift (this was my first time) and they were so kind and helpful!!! I will definitely be back and theyre the reason!!! Not rude or judgemental like some other stores!!! Theyre extremely welcoming and friendly!!! Best employees there!
Love their customer service here. They are friendly and down to earth compared to employees at other Sephoras and Ultas. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they seem to be out of stock on a lot of items and out of popular shades in foundations and powders. I know this is a small location inside a jcpenneys but I wish they carried more brands.
I was in a rush and wanted to find a lip color quickly. The young lady asked if I needed help and I initially waved her off but later decided I could use her advice. She came over and helped with a smile, answered all my questions, and helped me pick out additional items I forgot I needed until I was checking out. She wasnt pushy at all and was extremely helpful! I wish I could remember her name, she was dirty blond and about 53ish and curvy. She helped me pick the perfect perfume sample for my special day. Im only giving it 4 instead if 5 star because they had several items out of stock at the time. Overall great experience and will be back again!
When I asked one of the sales associate about the Rihanna fenty brand, one of the managers approached us rudely and said we cant talk about that. Ive never heard of a store that sales a product say that they cant talk about it. She needs to learn customer service skills.
I always get the best service in this Sephora! I love Sephora anyway so it may be a little biased but they just always help me get exactly what I need.
ALWAYS sold out of Fenty. I check every month so I don’t have to drive to Nashville or order online. Whom ever is the stock manager should be downgraded to a different position.
