Love Bath & Bodys new fragrance mist, Raspberry Jam Donut. I wanted it so bad that I went to the mall. I hardly go to the mall! Bath & Body Works usually has long lines outside of the store. This was not the case on the day I came. Paper bags were provided at the entrance to use as shopping bags. Sanitizing station is at the entrance too.I bought some Raspberry Donut Body Spray for myself and wrapped one up as a gift for a friends early birthday gift. I, also, bought more for myself and Strawberry Poundcake Fragrance with matching lotion. Buy 3 get 2 free deal was a plus. I even got two disinfecting sprays with a Hawaiian scent. The total price of products was $59, but it was worth it. I really have a difficult time finding a fragrance I like nowadays.

Was able to pick up a birthday gift and even for myself (which wasnt intended).

I love bb&w, especially during semi annual sale. Bought 6 small candles and 4 body sprays, all were 75% off. Great gifts for friends and family.

Love this mall location. Currently covid precautions has limited the number of people in store at once but I prefer it that way. Im usually in and out and can find everything easily. The staff is always helpful especially with candles. Im back every few months

Who doesnt find something that they like? This Christmas season they have the cutest gift idea, it has nothing to do with scents, lotions, etc its an ornament looking water ball type decoration, you can just have the light on with glitter floating or you can have the light along with Christmas songs and there are several songs. There are 2 designs, one with polar bears, one with Christmas trees. I just love them and the helpful, friendly employees are always there to assist you

Great Customer Service!

I had a digital coupon, but because it did not have a barcode, they would not accept it. Another customer had the same issue, and the manager was not helpful.Ive never had an issue using digital coupons at this store. Frank was really patient and nice. His service was the sole reason I decided not to cancel my purchase. I more than likely will order what I need online going forward. I want other potential customers to be aware and prepared.

Surprisingly, being a guy, it was really good. Intense with all the people, and overwhelming with all the smells. I was there with my wife, and apparently they have stuff for guys now. I told her if she picked something out she liked Id used it. So, we had a good experience there, from staff to product, and check out.

I was ok with my experience although they did not honor my coupon price on an exchange but as I was leaving I heard the saleman who assisted me at check out talking about me negatively behind my back. I guess he thought I had left the store but I hadnt. He was discussing a misunderstanding about a different coupon that he had explain to me differently than I understood it so I changed my mind about part of my purchase. This part of the experience seemed positive but I guess he felt differently when he thought I was gone. I did not go back and confront him but I wont be back.

I work in health care and they have the best smelling hand sanitizer. I also love the fragrance sprays, such light smells, never harsh or heavy! I honestly cant name a favorite, I have many!

Clarksville Bath and Body Works does not have the candle selection that stores in Nashville have unfortunately. The staff is friendly and the store looks really nice!! But they dont get the best inventory

Basic nothing special I usually purchase online during the semi annual sale and only go in the actual store for Mothers day gifts. The scents for the Winter and Fall season are great but the year around scents are kinda burnt out and seems like every summer its the same variety of Beachy scents... I dont know I find myself shopping at Victorias secret for body sprays now. However you can only find some things at Bath and Body Works.

Always good deals and coupons semi- annual sale is coming up Im sure they will not disappoint, the staff has always been pretty helpful and have positive attitudes

Really really wish they would put out sample smells or more candles next to each of the wallflower refills, I dont want to blindly buy a wallflower refill, not like the smell, and not be able to return it due to it being open. Other than that the people here are great!

Always a great fragrance & lotions spot to visit. Ive used their products for years! My new fav is their fragrance oil, plug-in, burners! My house smells great, now!
