Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They gave me an inhaler that doesn’t work and when I tried to call to get it corrected I stayed on hold for 30 minutes. Of course they hung up on me while I was on hold and I had to call them back. Since they refuse to answer the phone I will be driving up there to waste more of my time. Run from this pharmacy. It’s not like they want to actually do their job anyways. Making 6 figures to bs all day.

My perscription is late even when they have had it for a week. They will tell me it has to be ordered and it will be another 3 or 4 daysI am convinced they dont know how to order and run a pharmacy since this is a repeat issue every month 😒

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Whoever is the manager of the store should be fired! I will never shop here or get a prescription here again! I’d give negative stars if it was an option.

The wait was a little bit longer than expected for a walk-in appointment. I just know Ill be sure to make an actual appointment time to be seen.

Music and intercom system is so loud that I had a hard time having a conversation in the pharmacy. Yall ask so many questions, too! I wanted to shop more but the noise ran me out.

Dont bother making an appt for any vaccines. Made an appt. Waited 30 minutes past my appt time. To only be told they didnt know when they could get to me. Why bother offering services with an appt time if you cant commit yourselves to it.

The slowest worse pharmacy ever. It seem like they have to go cook the medication in the back but customer service is pretty nice

They told me the express window didn’t work. Waited 40 minutes in line inside to pick up s prescription at Tiny Town location bc Madison St didn’t have my medication after I tried to pick it up their twice. This is why I am switching to a Publix. This is my last Walgreens trip. This place sucks!!!!

What is the point of making an appointment if you are still required to wait in the long line…

Pharmacy closes to lunch in the most random hours. Will not use Walgreens for my prescription needs any longer.

I tried getting a prescription filled. 3 hours later after I made a scene they decided to fill ot then. Tried one more time and now her name is screwed up. Never again. If there was a zero i would score it that. Publix is now my pharmacy of choice

This location is a joke! Their customer service is horrible. Not even the management seems to know how to smile or say thank you or have a nice day or anything pleasant. Ive had nothing but issue after issue with this location. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere after today.

Good Golly Ms. Molly!!! Shes the best pharmacists tech in town. Stand up gal, always helpful, always kind and great with special needs people like myself ( I suffer from entitlement issues). Shes the only reason I choose to keep my prescriptions here at this particular Walgreens. If her manager is reading this, YOU BETTER GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!

Rude pharmacy and they never ever are prepared. It’s always something causing a delay in picking up your prescription. They don’t check voicemails or prescriptions sent electronically. I have never not once went and my prescription was ready when it was supposed to be, always have to come back.

I used to be a very loyal CVS customer, but since Ive moved to Tennessee Ive got the prescriptions and got other items at Walgreens and let me tell you, they are very good at what they do. Whenever I have a question about the medication or drug interaction, I will call and they always help me out. Keep up the good work!

Always a good stop with friendly service.Photography center is great at making sure customers are happy. Mr. Cole in the pharmacy makes prescriptions less confusing and stressful. Glad this is close by for us.

The healthcare clinic is there to serve the community to the best of their ability. My girlfriend and I went there because she wasnt feeling well at all and based on what she was describing, the on duty medical dude was more concerned about her well being than the money. He told us this is out of my scope of experience and I highly suggest seeking a higher level of treatment... possibly ER (which is what it came to later on) He wanted her to feel better... and was not so focused on payment like many others. This clinic is definitely recommended.

Not so much the store. Just the photo department. Theyve not gotten my order multiple times and when I got photos back heads were cut off and there was poor customer service with trying to get my photos. Will not be ordering photos from here anymore.

Always get in an out quick. They accept apple pay which makes it that much faster.

The one star is solely for one doctor at the walk in clinic; not Walgreens the store. The store is great. But, the petite blonde female doctor at the walk in clinic is very unprofessional and rude. Every time I go there, whether its for the clinic or just picking something up at he pharmacy, she comes out complaining about something in front of the patients. I dont think she is even capable of smiling. If I have to go to the clinic and I see that she is working, I immediately leave.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The main pharmacist is so rude and condescending to the point I nearly left in tears. I went to Publix and they called and had all my prescriptions transferred over for me. It’s a shame because this pharmacy has the sweetest pharmacy techs but I will not go back because of the main pharmacist.
