I visited this store today and I have to say I will not shop anywhere else for now on! The girls working there are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sale and that helped a lot as I really wasnt sure what would be best. I wasnt sure of my shade and the girl was completely right on its perfect!! Great customer service skills and friendly..Thanks girls!

I’m not one to ever post reviews but my most recent experience was less than acceptable in terms of customer service. I often order online and recently received a busted compact powder (Sephora brand) that I tried to exchange in person. In the past, I’ve chosen the exact color match, taken it to the counter and easily swapped with the permission of the cashier.Today I was required to show confirmation email(s), drivers license, debit card, phone number, etc all to learn that I’ve had “too many exchanges” at the JC Penny Sephora (the only one close to me) and I would have to send product by mail or take to a different Sephora location?? Directions were very unclear.Perhaps if my make up didn’t arrive busted in the first place I wouldn’t have had “too many” exchanges but I regularly have to replace damaged powder upon mail arrival. And while I understand there’s likely a process in place for exchanges that were never followed previously, the process in place/being followed now isn’t ideal.I was also told that I couldn’t do an exact exchange because the powder I bought on sale for being a ROGUE member, would no longer apply and I would owe a $4 balance.The first cashier I encountered was professional, polite and seemingly new. He had intended to let me easily swap but his trainer bossed him throughout the entire exchange process and instead of helping him, she continued to say “you’re doing it wrong.”As someone who has been in customer service for 12 years, today’s experience was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. I have consecutively spent enough to be an annual “Rogue” member but will likely be switching fully to Ulta brands/products for business.I’d doubt this ever gets read or acknowledged but if it does, please work with your employees on their customer service.

I went in today because I wanted to buy some Fenty beauty for my birthday. I needed someone to help me with a shade match. No one would help me. I was really surprised, as this is not something Ive ever experienced there before. They were all too busy talking at the register. Guess I will take my face and my business across the river. Very disappointed.

They literally wheeled out my fiancé in his wheelchair, without his permission, and threatened him with calling security. He was simply there to buy me a Christmas present, and that’s how they treat a disabled person on his own?I’ve reported the incident, they did nothing except sent an automated apology letter. Seriously messed up

Has a very limited supply of what youd need from an actual Sephora. Very cramped and hard to navigate through just drive the extra 10 miles to Louisville to go to a real one.

Emily the manager has to be the most unhelpful out of the rest of the unhelpful staff in this store. I will never give this store my cash. She didnt want to help because she was getting ready for closing and I was the only customer and the store had an hour to close!!!!

They take forever to get things in stock, and when you check online to see if somthing is in stock, its always wrong! Update the info please!!!
