Its well organized and clean on inside. But the building itself needs repair. It definitely needs some TLC

It was late on a Saturday night and I forgot to get my daughters hair for her braid appt. I called Moon and asked if they had the hair we needed. They said they did but were about to close. I told them I would head there and they stayed open a few extra minutes and had the hair ready to go for me. It was the exceptional customer service for me!! AND they gave me a rebate because I spent over $50. I will go back to Moon whenever I need anything else.

Moon beauty supply store is my store that I enjoy shopping at prices is so low you cant beat it I go there and I get my braiding hair and still have change left over to purchase other things to go along with my braiding hair.

Great selections for hair products, extensions and style tools. Some hairstyles I wear I can only find the extensions here. Not too crazy about the parking area (sits on a busy street), but the customer service and great selections make it a worth while trip.

Always hsve what I need

While this store has a decent selection of hair, I fear to shop here because their floors are really really weak; especially on the left side of the store. They are just one woodchip away from someone falling through the floor. Shop at your own risk...😕

Not the same, they have very little product unless your into hair. And they are expensive in the product they do have. Im talking Relaxers & Natural Products. Theyre more expensive than Sallys. I loved Moons back in the day when she ran it. Now its pricey without options.

Please fix your store. Its gloomy, and the flooring on one section of the store appears that at any time, it might collapse. This could result in serious injury to a customer or employee. Otherwise, the staff seems to be pleasant and they have a nice selection of products.

My wife bought me the wrong clipper blades. I didnt open the package and I had the receipt (which stated, refund with receipt only.) However, the cashier would not refund the blades. For some unexplained reason, clipper blades are the exception to their refund policy.
