I love it no complaints especially my girl Brooke was friendly and did a great job. It’s just it’s so expensive to maintain for a luxury item every 3 weeks.

This is the first company i went to for my first few waxes and my first 2 were pretty okay but the rest NOOO! I never left this place with all my hair gone from my brazillian wax! One wax lady had sent me to the hospital from having huge bumps in my private part (it was hell) and the last lady that waxed me kept TALKING ABOUT MY WEIGHT (I’m really skinny) LIKE LITERALLY WOULD NOT SHUT UP ABOUT IT . But i found a better person to go to and I love Her (Vine A Kirk itch on Facebook)

Called for an appointment but was put on hold. After 6 minutes I hung up and redial to leave a voice mail. The voicemail was full and wouldn’t allow me to leave a voicemail….it’s obvious they don’t call anyone back.

Some waxxers are great, some not so much.. so find one you like and keep going back to them!

As an Esthetician I know how waxing is to be preformed, so when I lucked up and found Paris....I bought a yrs worth of wax passes. She is personable and accommodating, and definitely a No Hair Left Behind type of waxer!

I came here today for the first time to get my eyebrows done.. really regretting that decision. I don’t even know why my technician bothered asking me what I wanted. I told her I love the thickness and length and just want my brows cleaned up. They look completely different from one another, the shape is completely ruined and they are thinner than I have ever seen. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for 16 years and they have never looked this horrible. I would not recommend getting your brows done here. Im sure with everything else they do fine since its difficult to mess up a wax on other parts of the body.

Audrey Walker is hands down the best waxer I’ve ever had! She made it painless and easy. Her personality kept me calm and comfortable the whole time. She also introduced me to several of your products, which I am now hooked to, the pore minimizing body scrub.

I originally purchased the 9 waxes 3 free before finding out about the ingrown hairs. I bought the scrub and serum to help but I didn’t. Called on the 17th of October for Lauren the manager to not take the 2nd payment off my card before the 21st. She never returned my call and the money was taken off my card. She claims it’s a new system and corporate has to return my money. Totally Unacceptable!!

Brooke B waxed my upper lip, chin, and eyebrows today. She did a wonderful job and made sure to get all the hairs. She was able to distract me from being so sensitive by getting me to talk and think about other things. It had been a year since I went for a wax and I was sensitive.

I went to European Wax Center for the first time and it was a game changing experience. Amber performed the services for my brow and Brazilian, and she was simply AMAZING. She was great at explaining every step of the process before it happened to make sure I was prepared for what was next. She even provided explanation of the chemical makeup of the products she used. I could not have had a better experience. Amber was super professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her after care tips and product recommendations were excellent as well. It’s not what I expected at all. You walk in and it’s extremely clean and nice. The decor is fun, hip, and modern. I went in for eye brows but ended up adding on a lip wax due to reasonable prices. Brooke was gentle and kind. I’ll be back every 4 weeks now.

Paris is the best! She is at the Hyde Park location in Cincy. She does the fastest Brazilians and if you have them done, you know we how important that is. Her work is impeccable. Ive been going to her since 2013 and dont plan on going anywhere else!!!

It was my first time here a couple weeks ago to get waxed for my wedding. When you enter the door, the ladies that greet you are friendly and energetic and the place is clean (big plus right away). I had my appt. with Mandi and she was so nice and professional. I got a bikini wax and my eyebrows. The last time I got my eyebrows waxed was 7 years ago and was a traumatizing experience. I had been nervous and picky about having them done again and not only did she reassure me, but Mandi did spectacularly! I went to Kiersten at the ewc in the rookwood plaza. She was so good. She was so fast and I swear I got compliments immediately on my brows. So many I had to rebook with her.She was a pleasant conversationalist and directed me to something to finally fix my ingrown hairs. Ugh. Definitely recommend.

The staff at the counter were polite, though hardly discrete, when telling me they could not offer the bikini wax i had scheduled because that is reserved for women only So i settled on a full leg wax only to have the wax technician tell me i had the wrong underwear on for that. Ugh.I booked on-line and fully described my situation but i guess no-one read it or cared to call and cancel my appointment.They were polite but not transgendered friendly.

Last minute discussion to come to this location and definitely will be my last. Ive never been a fan of thin eyebrows. But that is what I got. My eyebrows wont be full again for months.

Overall, well priced and they get the job done, but not as thoroughly and cleanly as I have experienced at other places.I had read some poor reviews, but decided that this was the cheapest option and decided to try it out. It was 50% off my first Brazilian wax which made it $25. Cant get any better priced than that! It hurt like any other Brazilian wax, but it went by fast. I was pleased with the friendly staff, but I was disappointed to find two pinky sized patches of hair left behind and she didnt clean up the small wax remains. I dont regret trying it out, but I am not going back because I have had better experiences elsewhere.

Edit: The manager of this location has reached out to me and has done a spectacular job of making me feel like a welcomed client again. She went above and beyond and after speaking with her and seeing the improvements up front, I feel much happier and more comfortable coming here for my services (which have always been amazing).I have been coming to Rookwoods location for over a year, and have been going to the same technician for several months, and have enjoyed going to her so much, that I added another service and prepaid for my services for 12 months.However, the receptionists at this particular location are so poorly trained that on multiple occasions, my experience at this location is forever ruined--to the point that if I wasnt a prepaid member (and trust me, I will be NEVER doing it again), I am willing to drive twenty minutes out of the way to another location just to receive the services I have already paid for.Long story short, on multiple occasions they have really screwed up my appointments and have lost my accounts (which again, are prepaid). They dont want to give out the managers information if you have issue and are extremely rude (even though they want to be nice and stand when you enter).This type of service from what I thought was a respected and dependable company is unacceptable and really unfortunate because the technician I had was great.

This message is regarding this service that I unfortunately DID NOT receive. I had an appointment at 4:30p today. I arrived at 4:15p. After being questioned by the receptionist to present my ID that had been stolen with my wallet, I was reluctantly checked in. During the 25 minutes that I sat and waited for my turn I sensed the receptionist was getting irritated by the number of people coming in. Also, the phone was continuously ringing because she would let it ring until she couldnt take anymore then finally pick up the call. I sat there until 4:40p, after multiple people that came in after me were called back for their reservation before me. Being that I had another appointment scheduled afterwards, I couldnt risk missing it to sit and be ignored any longer.

Love the wax, and the experience! They make it comfortable and quick. Definitely coming back!

Go to the location in Clifton. I left with a patchy wax job and there were tons of hairs left covered in wax where there shouldnt have been. Never had this problem at the Clifton location, pretty disappointed.

Love this place & especially Audrey. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and curteous. I wont go any place else.
