Anna White did a fantastic job! Patient, gentle, thorough, and extremely nice. She took my preferences and how I like to wear my hair into consideration and gave me so much useful advice based on her experience. I am so happy with how my keratin treatment and cut turned out! I would definitely recommend her services as she is truly a wonderful stylist.

Leah does such an amazing job! I came in for a full highlight and trim and I felt like she took her time but it didnt take forever like it does at some salons. Leah is very friendly, sweet and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Book with Leah if you want great hair!!!

One of the main reasons I like this place is that you can schedule your appointments on line. I like to see my options. Jim Alford is a great stylist and spends a decent amount of time cutting my hair.

Not sure why I cant give this five stars hopefully that shows up correctly... Only go there. Elizabeth is my girl. She will make your hair beautiful and the way you want it to be. Talented beyond belief.

I really appreciate that Debbie came all the way back to do haircut for me after she knew that the appointment I booked was mistakenly not confirmed by the system. And she learned I’m traveling today and she cared to make me happy before my trip.However I should say: The haircut was fine (I was looking for something more attractive). But the blow dry was definitely below my expectation. My hair at the end looked like I did it at home not a beauty salon. It was missing the professional touch I see every time I do my hair in the salon. Also, the spray she used at the end made my hair so sticky and stiff that I couldn’t run my fingers through it. I felt frustrated when I got home and washed my hair and blew dry it myself!! In all the years I have done my hair I have never had to do this!What made me feel worse that this morning I gave my feedback to the receptionist at W salon and all he had to say: thank you for letting us know.Seriously?! I washed my hair after I came back and blew dry it myself again and that’s okay!That was a disappointing first time experience at W salon and far below my expectations considering the reviews I read.

Where do I begin . Krista Taylor has done my nieces hair since she was 6/7 she is now 13. Krista has done so much more than an amazing job on her hair. Being a young girl today looks mean the world to them . Tynasia loves Krista to death . Will not let anyone touch or suggest anything about her hair but Krista . At least once a month we make a half hour trip just to get pretty and see Krista. From the bottom of my heart , Krista thank you so much for giving her the confidence and time that you do with her. You have a life long customer with my little brat .

I came to see Susie Rail on recommendation from my fiance. I dont always love getting my hair cut because I have a hard time explaining (or even knowing) what I like, so I sometimes feel a little overwhelmed. This experience was totally different - Susie was awesome. Lots of fun to talk with and she asked me questions about my hair before asking what I wanted to do with it, which I think helped a lot. I absolutely love the cut and she gave me a couple helpful tips for low-maintenance styling.Overall an awesome time and I felt really at ease. Thanks for the great service!

Just had my first haircut there this morning and it was the best experience Ive had with a haircut in my life easily.I had Susie Rail and she was fantastic she asked all the right questions made me feel welcome and comfortable in a matter of seconds. On top of that did a great job cutting my hair which is no easy task with my tangled curly locks.Cant recommend highly enough.

Debbie was incredible! She listened to what I was saying and she took the time to look at my hair and understand it. She doesnt style basee on a one note technique. The salon is beautiful, easy to get in and out. It was easy to make an appointment. I described the kind of stylist I wanted and the receptionist thought about who would be best for me. So considerate! Soooooooo happy with my hair cut, the personalized service and appointment availability.

I take both my daughter and I to see Elizabeth! I cant imagine going to anyone else to deal with our curls. After many years of extremely sub-par hair cuts, finding Elizabeth has been such a blessing. Having her cut my kiddos extremely curly hair has changed her self confidence, I cannot say enough positive things about W Salon.

I was looking for a new hairstylist and found W Salon via a google search and thought based on the good reviews this is the place to go. While the staff was super friendly and the salon is very well kept, I was very disappointed with the haircut itself. I had to point out how uneven the sides were at the end and at home I found more strands that were longer than the rest and cut it myself. Overall I feel like I could have gotten this quality of a cut for $10 somewhere else...

Ok first , I NEVER review anything , but today I am so excited about Debbie being my new stylist , that I had to share ! Today was my 3 rd visit to Debbie , and she continues to blow me away with her short styles ! I love short hair and have learned the hard way many times that not all stylists can do a good short cut . I went here twice. My cut was fine, but the experience was not what you would expect from an “upscale” salon. They charge a lot, but don’t do anything beyond wash, comb, and cut your hair. I have really long, curly hair and Elizabeth had me in and out in 45 minutes the first time and 25 minutes the next time. She spent longer on the man before me. Their website described the deva cut as more involved and time consuming, but she didn’t take any extra time. I got my hair cut wet the second time, but they still charged me for a deva cut. I had to ask them to adjust the bill and they were not nice about it at all. It’s not worth the money. Other salons are much more service oriented.*As you can see from the tone of her response, the exaggerations, and outright lies included vs the tone of my review, this is not a salon that understands that they provide a service. Sometimes, people aren’t satisfied. You can respectfully explain yourself (which I received no explanation for why my appointment started more than 15 minutes late and ended 35 minutes early) and/or try to satisfy your client. If you value your time and take pride in your work, then use the whole time allotted to provide a service worth the value of your price. This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to post a review. Hoping their spirit of confrontation can end here.
