Employees are always helpful and courteous. They always have what I need in stock and great prices.

I was looking for gel polish colors. Their options were limited in the brands my nail tech recommended. They didnt know what their next delivery would include. I was able to get acetone and nail files though.

Waited 30 mins after 10 an they still werent open

Theyre never actually open at 10 because no one is ever here. I stood outside the building waiting for someone to show up. The customer service is rude and unknowledgeable. Dont let any of them tell you what to do with your hair

I love looking around the store. There are so many items to choose from. Shawna always greets you with a smile, and very helpful as is every employee there.

Sally’s use to be my go to beauty store, but not anymore ! They have nothing on the shelves and they got rid of plastic bags which is dumb ...couldn’t get anything I been coming in for for the last two weeks still out of everything! Everyone blames covid! No it’s people being ridiculous!

I try to get here early so I can get my clients started and you are NEVER OPEN when you’re supposed to be. Get it together smh.

Went to Sally’s in western hills. Posted hours were until 7 pm. It was 6:50 when I arrived and it was closed. Don’t post hours your not going to keep.

At first the cashier really wasnt helpful and this happens alot not jist with cashier specifically it happens pretty much everytime I go in there they make me feel like I am bugging them at first but when I cont going to ask her different questions she then was extremely helpful and did a great job considering I spent like $60 there.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Sally Beauty because I almost always get professional help that I desperately need. I was at the Glenway location in Ohio and Mya was my personal expert helping me purchase every single item I needed from beginning to end..... going blonde to brunette!!!!! Also need to mention that her coworker this eve Shauna... was also amazing with her cust svc and the two of them were an amazing team! Laughing, shopping, feeling great vibes!!! What more can a girl ask for!!!

I had the best, most professional and caring experience I have ever received from a Sally’s professional. I came in with my friend whom I had spent the day with, (we realised we needed to pamper ourselves after dealing with COVID and stuff) Mya and Shauna were beyond helpful and patient. (We were pretty all over the place) you have to come see these awesome women, TRUST ME....Ya’ll are in good hands!!!

Me and brother were told to leave while under capacity. It could have been because we are Black.

The store manager is so sweet and cute but most of all very patient and kind with helping customers.

They carry BEARD oils not just beauty products... I use beard oils to keep my beard clean and groomed...Great staffGreat Service

This sallys is always under stocked!!!!! Then they are curbside service by phone only and the number constantly rings or is off the hook.

Poor service I went in the store today, I was not greeted or anything. Then In come two white women behind me and she said, hi to them and told them if they needed help to let her know. So I approach the counter and the same two women were standing there looking at earrings.One of the ladies said, were just looking and the worker told her, shes ok she can wait take yall time.

Waited on the phone for fourty minutes. Got fed up and called back, they answered immediately and did not apologize. Said that literally all I wanted to know is if they had orange hair dye. The woman was particularly rude with saying yes, as if I should have known their selection.They had no orange hair dye in stock. I drove all the way over there for no reason.

Tall black girl with braids is super rude everytime I come in store. Super blond lady with short cut always acts bothered. One lady with glasses never stops talking. I use to like this location not anymore.

I just wanna say I got the big tube of bleach from there and developer that didnt even fit my while head and then when I went to take a shower there was still alot of brown left and half my hair fell out which you might think thats my fault and you know what maybe it is but right now I need to blame it on someone else

The service was great and all but the lady gave me a blonde hair dye and said that the dirty blonde color will turn out 1 or 2 shades lighter. I color oopsed my hair and waited the time she told me to wait. My hair didnt turn out blonde at all it turned out dark brown almost black. Which really upsets me because I wanted my hair to be like a medium ash blonde. I will be going back when the store opens and hopefully we can resolve the situation. Not only did they say one thing and it turned out another but the older lady was talking down to me most of the time. Like I was an irresponsible teenager going no where in life. I do not like being treated that way. Hopefully the will refund me, as well as teach the sales women 1) not to treat your customers as suspects or low lifes. 2) actually know what their talking about and 3rd) not to promote something that is false.After my situation is handled I will never be going back to this location.

I only go to Sallys for a few cosmetic things. One of these days Ill ask about the dyes and maybe get rid of my ridiculous hair bill
