Steve has taken care of our vehicles for over 10 years. He and his staff get the job done right, are extremely fair on price, honest, friendly and communicative. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. If it doesnt need to be done, he doesnt do it. They have a great reputation in Anderson Township for a reason.

I have taken my car here a handful of times. Always impressed with the experience. They never try to oversell repairs and the charges always seem reasonable.

I got my car checked out about a month or so ago because my power steering came on. Spoke with Susan, who helped get me in on a Saturday and checked the issue! It was a sensor that was going bad, they figured out the issue didn’t need replaced right away. Just got it fixed just to have it done and dropped it off at one location I had scheduled. The part didn’t come in right away or something, but Susan and some of the guys ended up getting the part and getting it done for me as soon as they figured out it wasn’t getting done. Susan helped me so much and knew her stuff at the front and who to get it done!

They are affordable and do honest work. I love the crew there! So welcoming and get the job right the first time. We go here for all three of our cars. We wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

Had the splash guard come off of the underbody on my Ford Escape. I scheduled an 8AM drop off, spoke with the guys at shop upon arriving, and they had me fixed up and out the door in no time. Super friendly techs and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Anderson Automotive service for many years. They are the best, the work is excellent, the prices can’t be beat, they get your car in quick and repair is done expeditiously. They only fix what needs to be fixed and will tell me if it doesn’t need fixed. Great customer service. I won’t go anywhere else.

They are amazing!! ⭐️ Had my radiator two belts and brake serviced. I stopped in first thing in the morning and they fit me right in the same day in between other’s. Got the job done in a timely manner and even worked with me on the prices. WELL WORTH IT! Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and informative. Check engine light was for a faulty fuel level indicator. Mechanic explained in great detail the issue. They provided a quote for the repair. They did not pressure me to get the repairs. I would DEFINITELY recommend Anderson Automotive East.

The mechanic did not listen to me and spoke down to me. Maybe he was having a bad day personally. The girl in the office and the owner made me feel as though I wasnt dumb. I will go back for all my automotive needs.

I found this place about 7 or 8 years ago, when my daughters van broke down close to their shop, they have been awesome ever since, I live on the Westside of Cincinnati and they are on the Eastside, if I have problems with my car, I take it to Anderson East, they are the only place i trust, I send my kids there because they live or work on the Eastside, they love them for being so honest, even my ex goes there now, lol, I tell people about this place all the time, I wish they had a shop on the Westside, because I would get all my oil changes there. The only issue I have with them is, I live 30 miles away, lol Keep up the good work Anderson East, thank you.

Steve and crew did a great job on fixing my noisy muffler. In and out in less than an hour. Made great suggestions as to what was needed and didnt try to just replace everything like the dealer wanted to. Repaired what was needed and it should be solid for another 4 to 5 years for the test may need work. Thank you. Wish Id found them years ago! Its my new and only go to place for car repairs and service.

This is the only shop Ill ever go to when I need work done on my car. Came in for the first time by a referral, and now Im the one referring people to it. I have had instances where a shop just wants to take advantage of people who dont know much about cars, but everyone who works at Andersons is helpful, attentive, and straight up honest.

My family has gotten their vehicle serviced here for years and they have always done a great job. Just got my car aligned after a few other shops tried to overcharge and it’s driving great now!

I ordered the prime rib with a seeet potato and Caesars salad.. All was good except the prime rib. I got more fat than beef.. Very disappointed..

My car tire was losing air and as I was able to make it to Anderson Automotive East before I was completely flat. The guys came right out to check out my tire and found that I had run over a razor blade. They immediately offered to repair it for me and had me back on the road within 15 minutes! This is one of the only places that my entire family and I will trust with all of our cars. Very rarely would we take any of the cars anywhere but here. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and they are extremely reliable.

My 75 year old Moms car would not start. She had forgotten her phone and a helpful passerby took her across the street to this place. They told her she had an old battery and it needed replacing which cost more than 180.00. When I found out the next morning I knew I had replaced the battery in October of 2018 and the battery was not old and still under warranty. I went to Anderson Automotive East to ask the man about it get the battery back and show him the receipt and he immediately got defensive and told me to have the battery tested anywhere. He said it was a bad battery. So I did. I took it Monday to have it tested after he charged me 8 more dollars to give me back my own supposed bad battery. It was a good battery. If someone will take advantage of the most vulnerable in our society they will have to problem to do it to you.

Just had another company truck repaired. We thought the computer had gone bad, but it was just a sensor that needed replaced. This shop is so honest that customers can always expect the truth. They will never try to sell you something that you do not need. There are only a few independent automotive repair shops out there, and we are so glad Anderson Automotive is here. Steve is awesome! We highly recommend them!!! The franchise shops seem to always want to rip customers off.

Anderson Automotive is by far the best automotive repair shop Ive ever been to. Both this location and the other one near Salem road are full of extremely helpful and friendly mechanics who actually have your best interest in mind. I have been there several times now over the past few years and every single time they have taken me into their garage and physically shown me whats going on with the car and made me feel comfortable That the repairs they are doing are necessary.This past time I was told at a different shop that my car needed a new axle. I took it to Anderson Automotive and they explained/showed me why it wasnt necessary. They could have just taken my money and done the repair but they instead took the time to educate me free of charge.If youre someone who doesnt know much about cars, have no fear. They will not take advantage of you. Look no further than Anderson Automotive for top notch auto repair.

Went to Anderson Automotive after a friend recommended it. This past visit they let me know I desperately needed a new alternator or my car would break down shortly. They got the alternator in from Eastgate and replaced it within the hour. The parts and labor were very reasonably priced compared with other shops and they told me to call with any issues because the alternator is under warranty. Im still a relatively new customer, but will definitely continue to come here because I feel Im getting the best care for the money. Always appreciate that they explain repairs and look out for customers. Thanks!

I was having some problems with the clutch in my wifes car. I was told by a few people the clutch needed to be replaced. I priced it out at over $1,500.. I took it to these guys for a second opinion and they took care of me. They fixed the minor problem and they charged me a more than far price.

Honest, reasonable prices, thorough, and when I had an issue with a previous part installed, they stood by their warranty. I live a half hour away from them now, but I still dont even consider going anywhere else.

Sold family member a $180 battery when the one in her car was 3 months old and only needed a charge. Took advantage of a stranded elderly lady.
