This review is for Courtesy’s body shop. A friend recommended them to me, and I cannot speak highly enough of the awesome team there. After a minor fender bender, my Toyota Corolla was in need of a whole new bumper. Kelsey and Adam did a fantastic job of getting me scheduled, and ensuring the repair was done absolutely perfect. As you can see from the pictures, the replacement and paint job were done exceptionally well. It looks just like factory original work! Having been in a previous accident of the exact same nature, I can say without a doubt that Courtesy’s auto body work is superior to other body shops in the area. After my last bumper replacement at a different shop, I noticed the seams were not completely flush/fitted properly. It was so nice to get my car back from Courtesy without a single imperfection! I also appreciated the great communication, and that my car was finished on schedule. They also addressed an issue with my sun roof, and now it doesn’t leak anymore. Very happy with the work performed and would definitely recommend Courtesy Body Shop to others needing body work.

I just purchased a used vehicle from them. It was the easiest, most efficient car purchase I’ve ever experienced. I went in on the defense and fully armed, ready for typical salesman tactics. I didn’t have to pull anything from my arsenal. They weren’t pushy and they didn’t waste my time. I was out in under an hour after I decided I wanted to buy the car. They deal in volume car sales and they don’t work on commission, which I think helps. I saw a van on their website and decided to go to check it out. K.C. was amazing! He greeted me when I walked into the sales room and provided a no-pressure experience. He showed me the van, let me play with all the buttons, and then sent me on my own to test drive it. The van was exactly what I wanted. K.C. was never pushy or tried to offer me anything I didnt want. We chit-chatted about what I was going to do with the van and he seems genuinely interested in my plans. I bought it right then and there.Ive only bought one other car in my lifetime and K.C. made it an easy and stress free experience. I highly recommend them!

I would not suggest this place. I was interested in a Honda Ridgeline, but I took it to a mechanic to have it checked first. The tires were 7 years old, but in good condition and the axle needed to be fixed, which my mechanic said it was not a big deal and he would give me a discount. My wife told KC this information and the dealership never brought it up again. Two days later my wife was in the middle of a deal with KC and agreed on a price for a Honda Ridgeline. Out of nowhere KC sent a text that said, I asked my boss. He said we cannot do that. Thanks for the offer we appreciate you looking with us. We have taken the truck offline and we are going to put it through our shop to do proper inspection. I called multiple times and stopped by the dealership, which I did not see the truck anywhere, not even in the service section. Never heard back from the dealership at all...it was very shady. If you want a used vehicle, I highly suggest that you go somewhere else.

When it was time to buy a new vehicle, I was able to quickly test drive numerous vehicles, get historical information on them, service records, and was not pressured to make a decision over the couple month period that I looked at cars. Was quoted a price of 250 ended up paying 450 and the service doesnt didnt fix the problem. Have to go back 10 hours of service needed a car and was told I would have to pay for it they couldnt even give me a $25 rental very disappointed

I bought my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid from them and they were very accommodating. Im a truck driver and so I had to use my sis n her husband to look at the vehicle, test drive it, cut the deal and give them the down payment I gave her. All in the same day. Then when it was time to sign the ppwork Dan came out to meet me on an off-ramp because I couldnt drive my rig to the dealer. I finally got a chance to drive my own vehicle this past weekend from OH to PA to NY and then back to PA and the ride was smooth. Honest mechanics with fair prices

Brought my car in for an oil change and brake lights and ended up spending close to $900.00. Told me my car wasn’t running right and to bring it back in. Didn’t give a proper heads up on what they were going to do/how much it would cost. Wasn’t aware that you’re supposed to sign off on repairs before they do then. (Completely illegal not to, by the way. Wish I knew that beforehand.) I guess they’ll take advantage of naïveté even if you’re a regular. So basically they did all of the repairs and then said “okay, pay us.” I’m not doubting that the repairs might have been necessary, but I would have liked a heads up. I’m moving in 6 days and wasn’t expecting to pay that much and I got screwed over.Won’t be coming back. These people are sleazy and WILL scam you.

I appreciate this place and how they have handled my repairs in the past but was completely taken advantage of today. Dropped my car off to have a coolant leak looked at and see what might be causing it. I called a few times and they said they had not gotten to it yet, okay no problem. After a few hours I called back and it turns out they had ordered the part and were going to fix the car without any communication with me on whether or not I wanted to fix it, what the problem was, or an estimate before ordering. Again, fine. They said they would call when the car was finished. That did not happen. I had to call again, this time 20 minutes before closing since the hours on the website are not updated, and they say it is finished (but never called.) Could not make it to the shop in time. Frustrated and disappointed at how they handled things today.

Ive always found some wiggle room when buying a used car. The thing that got me was that Ray just ingored my offer, even after i followed up. I got a fair price on a Chevy Tahoe. They had already reduced the price over the past couple months, but were able to give me more of a break by upping their trade-in offer to me. KC Markley and Dan McCord were professional and easy to deal with.I already used their shop, which was great, but now can recommend sales as well.

At first I was a bit apprehensive, because you know what car sales men want to do...Sell a car. But a certain individual named KC helped to get me the best price and the most effective vehicle for my needs, he called what bank he could to get me a great monthly payment and on a 2016 with only 22,000 miles on it! And told me he would help me and he did, he even told me if anything happens you bring that car right back and we will take care of you! Great group of guys in there.

My girlfriend bought her car from Courtesy Automotive and enjoyed the experience. She spoke so highly of them that I decided to purchase a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee through them and Id definitely agree. Ray was helpful and not salesy at all during the process. Exceptional body shop service! Staff goes above and beyond. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done, hes straight forward, works well with insurance company, timely service, car looked new when I got it back. They vacuum the car, washed it and the car looked as though it was never in a collision. Perfectly matched the paint color. Very knowledgeable, and professional. When picking up the car he doesnt just hand you over your keys and say bye. He opens the car door for you and holds it till you get in. Reasonably priced, great location. Definitely recommend.

This was the dealership my family went to since the 1970s or maybe longer even.It used to be Courtesy Chevrolet...Last time I took my vehicle there a few weeks ago , unfortunately , I left some money in the ashtray , which conviently disappeared..Numerous items were tossed about the vehicle and this person also went through a tackle box looking for something..Little did they know they missed a brand new quart of Smokey Mountain Blue Flame shine down in a bag..I will never go back to this place again, & ill make sure everyone knows about it as well..

I bought my car here about a year ago. The process was fast and easy, and the people here are very trusting and let me try driving it alone. The financing process was low pressure which was much appreciated. Admittedly I didnt haggle the car price but it was already so low relative to KBB that I honestly couldnt find anything to haggle over, not to mention the car was (and still is) in remarkably pristine condition. Havent had any mechanical problems with the car since I bought it a year ago either. Couldnt recommend this place more.

Adam at body repair helped me out and got my car looking good as new during my lunch break and didnt even charge my neighbor for the trouble. The personnel at Courtesy are a rare breed. A dealership who has the goal of selling cars and not cleaning out the customer. They will work with you, tell them what you have to work with, and you may be surprised.

Bought a 2014 Dodge Caravan and was treated well. I was very nervous about the transaction because I have not had good experiences with car dealers. They gave me a good price, called to help schedule an appointment to take care of a recall on the car and got a duplicate key reprogrammed for me when it went bad. Have not had to have any repairs yet but I believe they are genuine. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Called in an was kindly greeted to set up for an oil change in less that 5 minutes with same day service. Spent about 20 minutes in the waiting room with my 10 month old. There were freshments tv and wifi. All the staff were kind and kid friendly. Was sent home with goody bag

I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Courtesy for a little over a year now and couldnt be happier! I had some major issues occur all within a 6 month time frame in which I jumped service centers because I couldnt find one I was pleased with. After going to Courtesy for the first time, I provided all of my invoices for the work I had done previously and they informed me that most of the repairs/replacements done, I should not have been charged for because they were all under warranty. So, not only did they help get my SUV back to working properly, but they also were able to point me in the right direction to getting my money back for repairs/replacements I shouldnt have been charged for to begin with!They have been so helpful and pleasant to work with. They have quick turn around time, which is so nice since I only have one vehicle and typically need to wait on it to get finished. They are always busy, but seem to work people in when needed, which is also great! I would recommend Courtesys service center to everyone!

Called this morning at 913 am to see about a car on the website, no answerEven that, given that we traveled from IndianapolisArrived early afternoon and was told they sold the vehicle an hour before we arrivedAsked about any similar vehicles as we were not stuck on the one we saw on the internet and given the positive reviews about this dealershipThe salesman said no without looking at his inventory and basically brushed us off without asking any questionsNo other customers in the showroomNoted the vehicle is still on the websiteWill look elsewhere

Highly recommend shoping here and getting service. They dont jerk you around like other dealers.
