Make sure you review all paperwork before signing anything! No matter how long they have you waiting. Keep in mind once they have your signature there is no turning back. Although Mitsubishi is a great vehicle you will probably have a better experience at a different car lot.

During my recent service visit, my experience was really good! Compared with another dealership Ive dealt with, the service offered went above and beyond. They met all of my expectations and then some. Could tell by the receptionist and workers that they are all professional but you also feel comfortable. Here I go, I bought a 2020 Kia Forte from jake Sweeney kia and had a really good experience with the salesman, then my cousin started to look for a bigger vehicle for her growing family so immediately I recommended jake Sweeney ,so we drove down to Mitsubishi used cars and we get approach by Telma Linton she was super nice at first we start asking for cars and prices then she suggest we start inside ask if we wanted water or soda we said water and never gotten any, she told as to go inside and make as wait then she came back in and told as to come into her office we had two kids a 2 year old and a 12 year old witch has Down syndrome and autism then ask if we could leave the one with Down syndrome waiting in there so we said no,then at the office she began asking for forms of id and all those things but at this point we haven’t even been shown none of the cars we like nor we get offer to test drive any of them either as I Have done in the pass, I ask for a car, I test drive then we check credit,come to agreement and buy , instead she started been pushy and at some point told as she don’t want to wast her time or ours showing as a bunch of cars and not even qualified for it withs my cousin has a score credit of 735 we told her we won’t want to put money down if possible but we could work it out . Then she just got me worth up and I told her to just get whatever car she wanted, so that way we won’t wasted her time. The she replies (fine with me) and she went, so we got up and left as we drive out the lot,she approached and said you didn’t have to leave with out telling me, and continue saying she gave me one of the numbers on her social security number wrong so I can’t help her anyway, so in my mind I’m like didn’t you just ask if she been paying a capital one credit car and a macy’s card ?so I’m like if something went wrong how did she found that out lol, I think she was just eager to make as leave, so she can continue with her phone call drama that she had answer in front of as without saying excuse me , so I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere where they have better customer service and would want my money lol .

Although my situation was less than ideal, his demeanor and handling of the sale took so much of the negativity out of the experience. If at some point I trade up to the premium model, I would like to work with Brad again.
