This place’s service is really good. It was quick easy and also clean. They did it really well and nicely also they did not charge me anything. I had went there twice and still did not charge me. Honestly they have the best deals for tires. This place will be a regular visit for me. I had went there because my tire was popped there was a nail in it again they did it for free, I was really surprised that they did not charge me anything even though it was my second time. If I could I would give this place a 6/5.

I was surprised how friendly and reasonably priced this place is. The waiting room was comfortable, and my repair didnt take long. Overall I was very pleased. I only had a TPMS sensor replaced in 1 tire, but Ill definitely be back here if I need further tire repairs.

Truly worth the read!I would like to start by saying this store provides the highest quality customer service in the industry. Best balance and mounting in the business. They truly get it. I work in car sales and understand how customers can be so I am simple and straight forward during my visits letting them know what I need and no BS and they always execute and then some.I came in today after unfortunately rolling over a large screw in the road in my 2019 STI that somehow wedged itself head-first in the sidewall of my 3 month old Michelin Pilot sport 4S (expensive) tires. I unfortunately didn’t buy the replacement certificates (~$40 a tire). I put the tire in the trunk of another family vehicle and brought it in on my way to work today. I told the gentleman I spoke to, Jacob Goodman, that I was just in to buy a new tire and showed him the damage.Long-short, They ended up having that tire in stock and getting me hooked up, also allowing me to purchase 4 tire replacement certificates even though I was outside the 30 day grace period.Also gave me quite the deal on the replacement tire since the tires I bought were so new with only about 1500 miles on them at this point. Won’t go into too many details, but my man Jacob really made my experience 6/5 stars this time. A little kindness goes a long way in today’s world. Moral of the story, come here for all your tire needs and BUY TIRE CERTIFICATES!If you had a poor experience here, it’s almost guaranteed to be your own fault. These guys are top notch. Had a large bolt in my tire and it was quickly losing pressure. I went to Discount Tire on Fields Ertel. I received immediate, friendly service. The gentleman assisting me explained that there was a good possibility that the tire could not be repaired and I would have to get a new tire. They would look at the tire and let me know. Much to my surprise they were able to repair the tire free of charge! I drove off in less than 30 minutes. I applaud there honesty! They could have easily sold me a new tire and I would have been none the wiser. They will get all my future business!

You could tell the representative was over it. Blowing hard when he had to explain something to a customer. I almost left but remembered that Ive had days like that. I waited 10 minutes for the guy to tell me that they didnt have my size (205/65 15s) and would have to order them. I really didnt want to have to deal with this guy so I went to Monroe where they didnt treat me like I was annoying them.

This company does not want to work!I arrived,every is free,but they do not want to serve the client.I stood 40 minutes they didnt take one carto do,they tell me to come Saturday,but today is Thursday.At the same time I say that I. have problem with the wheel,but they tell me come on Saturday.Very bad services I the address,they dont want to serve the customer!!!

I dont typically post reviews but the service and sense of urgency from Justin and the team at Discount Tire was out of this world. I woke up this morning to a flat tire due to a large bolt puncturing through. I made an appointment and was in and out within 35 minutes. Justin and the team did an incredible job at assessing the flat tire, but also went above and beyond by letting me know how much life my tires have left. We discussed other options should my tire not be fixable, but thank goodness it was. Did I mention it was free?? I also noticed a handful of umbrellas in their showroom for the customers to use, should the weather be bad. Thankfully I dont need new tires yet, but when I do, Ill definitely be taking my business there. If youre looking for kind, quick, and reliable, Discount Tire is the place to go!

Was very impressed. The right front tire on my company van had a leaking tire. Tire Discounters on Fields-Ertel couldnt even look at it till the next day. Went to Discount Tire on Fields-Ertel, they said that they will repair the tire before they close. And they closed at 6:00pm. I got there about 5:00pm. Best of all, there was no charge for the flat repair even though the tires were not purchased there.VERY IMPRESSIVE

Tire Discounters? Never heard of her! Discount Tire offered me a much better price on tires and matched it with outstanding service!This place is awesome! Plenty of seating and coffee/water available with 1 stall bathrooms. Justin was phenomenal throughout the entire tire buying process, and helped me in many different ways. The appointment was easy, the tire decision process was simplified by having Justin explain the pros and cons to the tires I was deciding. Ultimately I went with his recommendation, and I love these tires! I just pulled a random stranger out of deep mud the same day Justin put new tires on! The level of service youll receive here is awesome. Every employee was professional and excellent.I told friends and family Ive never received this level of service in ANY setting, and I never expected this kind of service from a tire place! I normally go to Tire Discounters, but not any more! Discount Tire destroyed Tire Discounters in terms of service and price! TD couldnt get to where DT was price-wise. Easy decision for me.When I was waiting for my tires to finish, I talked with a few of the customers waiting. Most of them were repeat customers because they loved the service they get here. I have purchased tires for multiple vehicles and recently decided to get custom rims for my Ram truck. These guys were cheaper than any of the online stores. I even had a problem with the wheels I ordered (manufacturer error) and they promptly took care of it so that I was not without my truck. Very professional and courteous!

Its never a great feeling to have to come to a tire store in the first place but these guys will take great care of you. Hit a nail on the road and was losing air, they did a great repair and rebalance in 30-45 minutes. Couldnt ask for better, professional service. Will most definitely recommend and come back when its time for more work.

Not impressed. Good price and speedy service, but not at all tidy. Greasy fingerprints and handprints all over the passenger seat. Had to buy fabric cleaner to clean it. Left the trunk in disarray. Took the tire iron out to get to the wheel lock, but left the pieces and door scattered in the trunk. Not even sure why they went through the storage compartment in the trunk but they obviously did. Looked like they went through the glovebox too for some reason. And the tire pressures were uneven, so I had to use the compressor at home myself.Pictures barely do it justice. Used to like Discount Tire up in Michigan years ago. Wont go back now.

This location has large parking space and enough area to accommodate cars lined up for tire pressure check. The staff are friendly and courteous. My preferred place for tire service also.

I dont trust many people with my Jeep, but when I upgraded from 35s to 37s I took it to them to have the tires mounted. The price was a bit steep considering that I purchased the tires online from Discount Tire Direct, but in the end I was very happy. They mounted and balanced all 5 in about an hour. Balancing a 37 tire isnt the easiest thing to do, but the team here nailed it and the Jeep rides smooth at all speeds. Id definitely return for my tire needs.

Friendly, courteous and quick. They patched a rear tire I didnt even buy there for free. I did go there knowing I needed two new front tires and they priced them and ordered them in for me after already patching my rear tire. They were definitely the cheapest of the 4 places I called, including Costco. Be aware though, they ONLY do tires. No mechanical services like brakes, oil, etc. and they dont do alignments.

I went in for a slow leak in my tire and discovered a screw lodged in the tread - right before a long trip. Steven informed me that plugging this was a free service, which was a pleasant surprise! Beyond that I couldnt believe the high-level of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by Steven, Jason and the whole team. It was by far the best customer service Ive received in a very long time. This was my first time in but will not be my last. They EARNED a new customer and I will pass this along to others needing tires or service.

I ordered tires and made an appointment for 11 am two days later. They called me the next day to let me know the tires were in. I came in with my van the day of my appointment and waited while the tires were mounted. They pulled the van in the bay to put the tires on at 1 pm. Once my van was on the lift and the old tires were off told me they didnt have the tires I ordered, but would sell me a more expensive set for the same price. At that point I was going to miss a full day of work instead of a half day and just wanted to get out of there. The next day my tire was leaking so I brought it back and they aired it up. Turns out they cracked my rim and I had to have it fixed elsewhere because they denied they had anything to do with it.Later I had a tire from this set that needed a patch and I came back here because I had road hazard. I dropped the tire at noon and they promised theyd call when it was done and Id have it back by 3. Then I called at 4 it wasnt done. I called at 5 and it wasnt done. They finally fixed it at 7 pm.I reported this all to corporate and got a form response but no apology.

I have been going to Discount Tire for 10+ years starting in Columbus and I am glad they have opened a store in the Cincinnati market. The staff here is very professional and will work quickly replace tires. I had the tires replaced on my car in 30 minutes. The prices here are also very competitive. I recommend that you give them a try.

This is my new tire place! Justin was amazing! He even asked me if I was OK when I discovered the flat. He offered many options from the least expensive to the most expensive. I went somewhere in the middle. He offered me a cold bottled water while I waited. Later, he told me there was a nail in another tire. I asked him to please patch it since I was going to sell it in a couple of months. They did that for FREE! He could see I was surprised. Fast repair, honest people

I came in because one of the tires on my husbands car needed replacing. They replace the tire for a very affordable rate and even though the tires we had were from Costco, they allowed me to purchase insurance for them- for only like $50- so now, if anything happens to any of the tires (even the Costco tires), we just come in and they replace it for free! So amazing! Never experienced such awesome customer service.

The staff here was SO wonderful and super friendly. They got me right in and had my tires on in less than 30 minutes! The have comfortable seats while you wait and even offered bottled water and coffee. Love the Tires for Lexus RX I can notice such a difference! Would highly recommend this store to everyone!

The manager was so kind and encouraging towards his team, and the general atmosphere was uplifting and positive. Bought 4 new Yokohama tires from these guys last year and have been very happy with them. Dropped in this morning to get one of the lifetime tire rotations that they offer.
