I was very happy with the customer service I received during my last visit in the store. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store. The At&t Sales Rep was very attentive and had an answer for every single question I had for him. The best part is he also saved me $800.00 off my new phone I purchased.

Salvador is not only the best manager, but also one of my best graduate students. He is destined for great places and endeavors in the future. For being such a young man he is an inspirational individual for me and the future generations to come.

Salvador is the best manager around. He took his time to review our bill that was messed up by one of the other representatives and he fixed it. He was smiling from the very beginning and up until the last minute. I will definitely be a loyal AT&T customer thanks to him. Give this guy a raise. He deserves it.

Roger was a great. He figured out what was wrong with my phone and fixed it. He also took the time to look over my plan to make sure I was not spending anymore money than necessary. He even checked to see if I was paying too much for other services. I will always go to this store only. Its always been a great experience. Everyone there always treats my family and I great!!

Picked up a new iPhone 11 for my wife. We went into the AT&T store today to activate the phone and get assistance transferring her data from the cloud onto a new device. AT&T store rep Chris was very helpful throughout the process. We had a good experience during our visit and left the store satisfied customers.

Store and people were great. I think they did their job exactly as they were taught. Very nice and professional.Why the one star?Original bill- $150Joined up with first net, as a first responder, was supposed to be $142, as I was shown.Not true.New bill total with both is 169.62.Wouldnt have been bad if I wasnt told something different. 2nd time this has happened in two different states.This is a top leadership problem from way up in corporate. PeriodThis contract ends and 36 months and I will be leaving AT&T then as well.First net isn’t bad, service. Just AT&T has a problem with giving us the correct cost of what we are buying. I did not know my true bill until the second pay period of being charged.

AT&T does not work well in Chico! We recently relocated from the Napa Valley and were told when we visited the AT&T store in Chico that we would receive great reception, well we do not, even though i live less than a 1/2 mile from their cell tower located at the Tackle Box restaurant. The store manager Roger, even visited my house to make an evaluation and I have not heard from him since, no reply, no nothing!! I have also recently moved my mother to the California Park section of Chico and she is less than 1.5 miles from the store and she receives little to no signal, i can not reach her most of the time i try, if you need to be able to communicate with a loved one in the city of Chico may i suggest another carrier besides AT&T!!!!!

This store is amazing with the workers they have in there. We bought phones in The Red Bluff which turned into a major disaster. 19 days later we came to Chico store and ran into some amazing people who fixed our problems. Rodger was a god send along with Chris and Rey. We’re so thankful for these 3 people. Next time no small town stores Chico is the place to go.

Ken waited on us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He set up our phones and transferred our information. He helped us leave with one more phone than we came in for. Fro encouraged us and Lucky also helped by making us aware of the Veterans discount we were entitled to. We felt very well taken care of.

Before coming into the store I was extremely upset with my bill and I had the intention of canceling and leaving to a different carrier. Thankfully, I came across Salvador. Tony Ahn provided customer service above and beyond what was expected. His knowledge, professionalism, and expertise provided my father and I with every single question that we needed answered. We walked away with more knowledge about our service plan, equipment, and monthly charges. We were able to get brand new devices, screen protectors, and phone cases. Tony even made sure to professionally place the screen protectors on two phones before we left. Fantastic customer service!

Do not deal with these crooks. I only gave 1 star because you have to. They do not care about your needs and will tell you anything to get you to switch things all around and swindle you out of money. Stay clear from this store . Kenneth was very vague on details but quick to get us set up and be billed , in the long run costing us money and time. I have been an att customer for well over a decade and am so disgusted by this recent experience, I will be switching to verizon as well as canceling my att direct tv. Kenneths reply to that comment was okay fine.

My travel with my new phone has been a long one. My first phone I had problems using a little bit to small, so I traded it to for the note. For some reason I got charged for the phone I give back. Thats when thing became a mess.Good news after all the trouble I went back to the AT&T in Chico today and

The representative was very helpful and was able to get me the plan that was just right for me. He was able to answer the question about what I was getting and what I was going to have to do to get hooked up at home and what to enter as far as information the different things I would need to finish.

I had been searching all night and had a cart ready to purchase online but I still wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into. My visit at the store was more then I expected and great. Ken was a great help with helping me get a new phone and for my husband. He was knowledgeable, and consistent with my entire purchase. He made the experience easy and even better I purchased all my accessories and more. He even explained the old vs the new bill in a way that made sense. It was the best visit and will not be the last, until I have a upgrade of course. Ken was a wonderful person to work with.On a side note, the next day we did encounter one of our phones wasn’t excepting the sim. I managed to run in with my kids. Salvador Nunez Rep was just as wonderful, even tho I didn’t have the phone that wasn’t working he managed to help me and assure me my take home sim would work and if not to come in for a quick visit with phone in hand. He was super kind specially with my little wildlings causing mischief and made sure I was happy leaving. I appreciate both reps for there customer services!!!!

My experience with Chris at the E20 was by far one of the best ATT experiences I’ve had! Helpful, articulate, honest, and I could tell cared about my experience. This was a complete 180 from my experience with a gal at the Mangrove store from the previous day, who was apathetic, nonchalant, and refused to talk pricing, numbers, or financing with me. I was very uncomfortable and there for 3 hours. My quick interaction with Chris made me feel supported and like I wanted to continue service with ATT.
