Went hear today to get my phone screen fixed and overall had a great experience, the worker was a nice guy and had my phone done in under an hour. Also, some pretty good prices too! I suggest going to this iPhone repair shop.

The staff was very knowledgeable and professional and they replaced the broken screen on my IPhone in 20 minutes! Also, I walked out with a newly used iPhone XS that I was able finance through their store. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a good priced used phone or phone repair service.

I shattered my employer supplied iPad about a month ago and had a unsatisfying experience with a different company, I broke my work phone figured give them a try..I was very happy the time frame I was giving was right on. Busted up my phone up pretty bad so I was expecting the type of repair to take several days if not a week. It was also a Google Pixel 2 which most shops do not have screens in stock and must order, adding more time. So I was pleasantly surprised and happy when CPR got it done the same day! I called in on a Thursday to order the screen, dropped my phone off Friday afternoon and within 2 hours it was done, at a reasonable price as well! A good experience overall :)

This is a real gem of a business. Matthew is not only an extremely talented repair technician but fair, compassionate and a hard worker who gives honest feedback on prices and general technological advice in regards to phones.There’s no corporate BS, just person-to-person repair and advice. I (WAS) disappointed with the service I received before hand due too a misunderstanding but the manager was so understanding and kind, although the situation caused me some stress they completely showed that they care about me as a customer and I will definitely be coming to them again with any other technical issues. Was able to get an online quote and schedule repair for same day. Understandably the quote is an estimate but actual repair cost was $100 more than quote. Though off putting, the quality of repair and grear customer service received, off set my feelings on the extra cost. Thank you.

They were great. I had broken my phone they got all my lost data. I highly recommend them. They got all my info off the broken phone onto my new one in a short period of time. Really nice people in there.

This must be one of the WORST places for you to have your device repaired. I went in to have the cameras protective glass repaired. They did the job within 3 hours, but when I tried to zoom in with the camera, AND Scan an item after repairs... it WOULDNT. When I contacted them about the problem, they informed me that I only asked for the repairs, not to realign the camera/scanner. THAT would cost me more!! This is nothing more than a business who will Nickel and Dime an unsuspecting customer out of hundreds of dollars if you allow them to. I wouldnt recommend them at ANY COST. They wouldnt even look at my phone again unless I paid an additional $75. Please, save your money and go to a more reputable establishment.

Excellent customer service! Before replacing phone, I took my 3 year old Galaxy 8 ($840) in to confirm it was not the battery, etc. No diagnostic fee!!! Turned out to be a bad charger. Bought new cord for $14.00. They could have sold me battery but they were honest. Very impressive! I would definitely go back and refer all my friends.

They were able to fix my nintendo 3DS which I thought was impossible. They didnt over charge . The overall price was lower then what they originally quoted me. Id highly recommend them.

They gave me a fair quote via email and completed the repair in less than 2 hours. The repair in this case was a cracked glass and LCD screen for a Samsung Galaxy S9. I took my phone in to get my Samsung galaxy s10e to get the back glass replaced and was told a cheap price then when I went to pick it up they were charging me way more and the guy had a huge attitude and tried giving me my phone without the screen

Phone needed new battery. Told phone was all good when I picked it up Tested at home and charger would not charge and the SIM card was not recognized.Told to bring the phone back in which I did . Repaired again and assured it was all goodagain. Now the mic doesnt work and the battery life is worse than the original. I do not recommend this business

CPR Cell Phone Repair was the only place north of Sacramento that could repair my Google Pixel 4XL screen and they did it for $100 less than my insurance deductible!! Awesome job, quick, and super communicative along the way! I totally recommend them to anyone needing a repair job!

I can’t believe this place is still a business after how badly they treated me and my grandmother as I’m a vet and my grandmother has a hard time hearing they overcharged her and when I tried to confront them they said it was lunch time and locked the door holding her phone as ransom basically. Get this after looking into it I came to find out this is a franchised business I can’t even explain in words what they left my grandmother feeling and she now has given up on even having a cell phone that took years to get her to use in case anything ever happened to her please think twice before going here or any of these franchised CPR stores. I really don’t do these google ratings, but I felt this was the time to save someone else from these shady cell phone repair stores that only care about $ and not there customers.

I feel that those one stars are probably friends of the competition around this small town, because I’ve been coming here since college to get any kinds of repairs on my computers and phones, and these guys have always been amazing. My phone screen has been broken numerous times just because I don’t like to protect it with cases, and my phone is repaired in about an hour and a half. Always friendly, and sometimes they don’t even charge me for minor issues, which is pretty awesome.

My iPad wasn’t charging. I called CPR Repair. Matt told me to bring it in, and he had a way to run a quick diagnostic for free. I took it in and it turned out to just need a battery! Which is good because apparently many things aren’t even worth the cost of repair, compared to just buying another. Matt was awesome! Honest, and upfront about everything. He had it fixed within 24 hours and it’s been about a month, and it’s working just like new. Thanks Matt! I thought I’d have to replace my iPad, but you saved it!

The experience was wonderful. I brought in an iPhone to be repaired from water damage. The owner couldnt guarantee he could fix it, but he tried. He kept me posted from time to time about the phone. One week later, he told me he couldnt fix it after he tried everything. He then didnt charge me for the deductable which was nice of him. Still would do business with this company.

Excellent service. iPhone wasnt charging so I figured power port needed to be changed. Took it in and they checked it, cleaned it and got it charging again in under 10 minutes. Asked how much and they said no charge. Will definitely support them when things do go out.

What a great experience. My phone was smashed so I took it to the mall who said 300.00 and would order the part. When I called CPR he said thay was about the price and he had one in stock. Took him a hour and he said it wasnt as bad as he thought. I left with a new screen, glass and a 60.00 case for 275.00.
