I have a severe, rare disease that affects my GI and breathing and I have never been treated so rudely by a group of people. You do not have the right to tell me my health is less important. So incredibly disappointed with its staff and management.We were helped by Shaq and he was so kind and understanding, thank you for your help and being the only good part of this terrible experience

We were looking to switch over to a different company and had a great experience at this location. The store was clean and had sanitary supplies provided at each desk, so we felt comfortable and safe. The sales representative Gustavo was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous during our visit. He provided all the information we needed to switch over to T-Mobile and helped choose the correct products to buy. I highly recommend this location for people looking to switch over. In life, attitude is everything which they unfortunately lack in this store. They ignore you like you dont matter and they never solve your problems. If you have better things to do, I will advise you dont go to this store. They really suck

The wrong place to get your phone switched or upgraded.I had almost obtained a confirmation and walked out with my new phone when one team member asked if all the checks on my phone were complete. One service rep asked another, the other asked one more, they called their manager and another manager before telling me to go to the Apple store to obtain a confirmation letter that my phone didn’t have water damage since they couldn’t find the indicator. Essentially, the team was not qualified to evaluate and trade in phones. I immediately went to Apple and they completed a check and showed me where the indicator was to show to the T-Mobile team. They also confirmed my phone was in 100% good condition by printing out a verification letter. I took the verification letter and came back to this store and finally got my new phone. I came home to find that they didn’t activate my phone and only had turned it on. I had to call T-Mobile and back up everything on my own. Do not go to this store.

The team is not very knowledgeable on all the plans. If they are it almost seems that they try to push the most expensive plans. I would recommend people to do their research on what they want before they come here. Tourists/ people new to the city should be extremely careful.

The employees operating the store on May 25th (sorry horrible with names but every employee there was awesome) were all extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond with helping me and even recommended restaurants and places around Chicago I should check out. They gave me more information than any other of the locals I spoke with! Walked out of the store with a big smile on my face and a working phone.

I was in town for just a week and after Verizon told me that they flat out cannot help me I stopped by T-Mobile. The service was great, very friendly and knew his stuff. Only issue is that the plans start at 3 weeks or you must pay a hefty activation fee, Im use to getting travel plans in Europe which is much easier. However there was a 3 week plan for a great price, since I was there a week it was still the best plan as there was no activation fee, had I stayed 3 weeks it would have been a pretty good deal. Ill definitely go to T-Mobile first next time even if he options are limited, still better than the rest if not as good as in Europe.

The 4 sales girls all stood around in a huddle, talking to themselves, I looked around the store for 10 minutes no one offered to help, then when two gentlemen walked into the store, a little short sawed off runt white ( or Hispanic )girl ran over to help them, she was all smiles. I went over to the 3 remaining black girls to ask a question & one rudely told me I couldnt stand in front of the computer I then asked does any of them work here, to which one rudely replied We all work here to which I replied I didnt know it, I thought you all were Customers, because they stood in conversation with themselves all the while I were there, I told them they need a better system and left the store, what I should have said was T- Mobile needs better employeesAt least in that location.

Angel is possibly the rudest customer facing representative I’ve ever come across. His attitude was like something out of a bad sitcom. I asked if it was possible to activate a t-mobile plan on an esim, and he simply replied “no” with a blank stare. When I asked why it wasn’t possible, he replied “because you can’t” and looked away. He wasn’t interested in being of any help at all, and I’d go as far as to say behaved with contempt for his job

I went to get a new phone they forgot to activate the sim card so I had to take another trip. It w as another hour and half, than they did not give me a charging cable. Lost it. I do not recommend.

A store that actually knew how to handle a Jump on Demand trade in at the store. Don’t even waste your time going to the store on Harrison this one has it together; the one by Wingstop on Harrison is a joke.

Dealt with Angel as well today. I have never experienced customer service so rude. He was barely audible when speaking to me and seemed offended to just be helping me. Also, the atmosphere of this place is just awful. I walked in and no employee acknowledged I was there. One employee turned to look at me and just went back to whatever it was they were doing.

Danny and Gustavo are amazing and make me feel like a VIP whenever I visit. I first came here to switch my family from Verizon a few months back. It had a some minor issues, but these guys helped resolve those problems real fast.After that encounter. Ive gone a couple more times (once each month) inquiring about new deals that T-Mobile comes out with. Danny knows everything and satisfies all of your queries. Both of them make sure that your concerns have been addressed.This store definitely stands out among other T-Mobile stores. (Ive been to a few in Chicago and the staff have give me a negative experience)

I had a change of responsibility in my family plan and they did not inform me it was out of ongoing promo. They transferred all the lines to the new account without even mentioning or notifying this. When I found this out, I went and asked the reason. The sales guy was unable to explain so he called the manager. The manager took a look and started blaming me for not reading the agreement. Seriously? This is how you mention things to your customer, bluff them into something different and then blame them? This is the most insane customer service I have seen ever. I would strongly suggest to read and see what these people do on screens as they say one thing and do some other nuisance. You guys dont even deserve 1 star!

I had a bad experience. The sales person (Dorian) persuaded me to get an LG Pad with guaranteed no single peggy payment. However, when I found out that this is not true, I had a hell of a time to return it and take it off my account. Now after multiple call and email, as well as a trip to the store, the device had been returned to the warehouse per sales person instruction, but I still owe the device and is paying for it every month. Im transferring out of T-mobile soon.

Emily could care less about my phone that was stolen, she asked if I lost it after I just told her it was stolen and told me it would be too soon for me to get a new phone because my account was new, well the insurance approved me for a new phone, the opposite of what I was told. She just wanted to get me out the way. She was horrible

The sales representatives are rude and do not care for their customers at all. They rather chat with each other. But last week, I had the worst experience when one of the sales reps who was taking care of me took a phone call of her mother while renewing my plan. I will never go to that store again and strongly advise you not to do so either.

I traded in an old phone here. They didnt mail my phone to their return center for over two months. They are now trying to deduct money from my trade in value because it was late and possibly damaged in the two months that it say in this store.

Whats the point of having a warranty and paying for it if when there is an issue with the phone they are not able to fix it and the store manager send me to a Apple Store so they can check the phone, the phone had no damage even when I call customer service they didnt understand why the manager couldnt approve the process 😡😡😡😡 really considering in changing to a different company.
