Mo was genuinely concerned and was extremely helpful getting the issue solved remotely as I was unable to make it back into the shop. He even gave me a spare phone to use in the meantime. When it finally gave out , I appreciated his efforts so much i had to go back and shop with him. I broke my iPhone 11 pro screen:( I walked in here the guy does not have the screen but he have the phone! didnt want to let me down so he ended up taking the screen out of a brand new phone just so he can make me happy:) Wonderful customer service and really good prices almost half of the price they asked at the Apple Store.

Got my 11pro max unlocked and got new service

I came in with a iPhone XR from sprint it was blocked from sprint! the guy there cleaned the imei unlocked it and hooked me up with a new service under T-Mobile! it was under 20 minutes! You cannot go wrong with this place $$$

They have a great supply of phones, but they are hung up on making sales. I needed to fix my broken screen galaxy j7, but he related it was actually better to get another phone. 150 for a new screen isnt bad. However, a place out south does it fine for 120. You can find refurbished unlocked phones cheaper than this place. The guy there was hung up on saying to me he had a new, never refurbished phone, so you can charge me more? I walked out of there and found frugal options on Amazon. Also they accept CASH ONLY, hard pass. You can buy a refurbished galaxy s8 for over a hundred cheaper than what he was selling it for.Update, they called me the next day to relate their credit machine was broken. So...at what point while I was there did they tell me that? Never...seriously odd ideology of customer service. Overpriced overpriced.

It took less than 10 minutes for the guy to change my iPhone battery. Its only been a day so far and it works fine but they do give you a 180 day warranty. Exceptional value for money

I wish I can give them more than five stars,My wife and my father have been coming to this air tech for more than 10 years, my wife is always bragging how good this shop is! I never had to use them until I dropped my iPhone Xmas in the water!One hour later my phone stopped working, so I end up going to the Apple Store and here’s the crazy part they wanna charge me $450 to replace the screen and the battery or $300 to replace the phone! I did not want to do that because I wanted my information, shame on you Apple They did not help me, I walked into air tech today And this young guy name is Mo fixed my phone within 50 minutes (Yes people 50 minutes)He did the water damage cleaning he replaced the battery and replace my screen and my phone was Looking brand new with all my stuff in it, he charged me a reasonable price hey give me a free screen protector and a case , thanks to my wife for bringing me here and THANK YOU MO for saving my life 👍🏻

A part of the external cover of my smartphone opened so I brought it to this place. Originally Moe, the owner, told me it was a battery problem and charged $120 by cash. He changed the battery and it was returned to me. But the phone didnt start after that. The next day my wife and I were told that it was a motherboard problem and required a few days to repair. We need the phone before our departure to home.Moe told us that it seemed he might have damaged the motherboard. After repeated arguments, he agreed to return the original $120 then promised to repair and ship it to our address the following weekday.We were disappointed as we did not have the phone fixed and get the phone with us to home. We left our phone with him and not sure they really do what they promised. So far a big disappointment, and we’ll wait to see what they will do and update our review and rating. (Aug 10, 2019)Update (Aug 29, 2019) Still waiting for our cell phone repaired and returned. Moe says a little more time needed after repair work in California.Update (Sep 17, 2019) After receiving our call, finally Moe has returned my original phone. Also he included another phone for the late arrangement.Update (Oct 28, 2019) A reply from the owner I WAS TRYING TO BE NICE AS MUCH AS I CAN AND YOU GUYS TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THAT :(. True that he returned the phone for free and sent another phone. But (i) he didnt act for a month till we made repeated requests by phone (ii) despite the high tech shop, no e-communication was available with the shop. Both good and bad experiences.

I was onmy way to the immigration building today I saw Airtec Wireless I walk in the store was really busy and the guy said how are you doing sir I will be with you in 2 minutes and sure enough he was able to help me in 2 minutes he said how can I help you today sir I said I keep breaking my phone and Im here to fix it how much do you guys charge for iPhone 6 he said $89 thats include glass LCD and labor and it takes 20 minutes for me to get it done,and I was like are you sure u going to finish it within 20 minutes he said yes sir,sure enough it was done within 20 minutes and my phone look brand new ( really happy with the service my new favorite spot *****

Edited: First time getting a new screen for my phone was very disappointing as the screen cracked and did not function properly within one week after getting it fixed (1 star rating). Fortunately, it was replaced and installed correctly a second attempt for no extra charge and guy was nice enough to throw in a phone case. Price was fairly high, but I would say the service and quality of repair that I was given would be worth it.

I went in to get my back camera fixed, as it was shaky and making vibrating noises. The owner opened it up and informed me that the camera wasn’t the problem, it was the phone due to water damage and corrosion. He cleaned the inside for $20, which is apparently normally $50.Days go by and not only does my back camera still not work, but my front camera along with my flash and top earpiece go out. I return, and he immediately jumps on it and goes to work. He replaced my front camera and everything went back to normal. He did not charge me for any labor or parts after the initial visit. Now that’s customer service.
