Laura Ortiz is a representative that stole my credit card number on Friday 10/23/2020 at the above mention Cricket store. She used my credit card at WalMart,com, my bank had to STOP payments and close my account. I went by the store to return the phone and terminate the contract but was told I could ONLY return the phone. I let them know how uncomfortable I was with me doing business with them. I spoke to the District Manager Sandra, she advised me to file a police report and she would file one also but apologized several times saying there is NOTHING she could do but return the phone and she assured us that is NOT there policy and it hasnt happen before. I left out with the phone and very dissatisfied. They even told me to call the 1800 number. A few minutes after I left the store the District Manager Sandra V and someone higher up called and wanted to work out a deal asking me NOT to file a police report let them handle it. I tried to do that when I sat in that store telling the story over and over again but by now I had to report this to anyone that can STOP the next person from being a victim. As of now I have called filed a report with the 800 number for Cricket, consumer fraud with the City of Chicago, The Better Business Bureau, Google review, Facebook and Instagram anywhere I can get results. This store is very unprofessional and there computer system always have a glitch. I am very dissatisfied with the services and concern given today, Apologies are nice when they can rectify a problem.

I came in today to get a new phone on a sunday and the hours for the store is 12pm-5pm but when i got there it wasnt open. Thats really misleading especially when someone needs a new phone or help. I called 8 times before coming. Horrible.
