For those of you who have been as lucky as I am to be dealing with moving during a pandemic it has not been fun or easy. Besides the fact that everything is on back order and taking forever to ship. This should be a fun and exciting time for people like me, but unfortunately it has not dreadful. The one thing that has truly fallen is Customer service it’s absolutely terrible and no longer exists.All of that charged at my visit the Mattress Firm from the moment I walked it I was greeted and welcomed. As previous reviews have noted, my customer service was quick, efficient, and transparent. My in-store guide was Rebecca who immediately showed me the mattress choices that were present. I provided her my preferred firmness of mattress, my immediate budget, and type of mattress. She then showed me the in-store deals and discounts of their current mattresses and asked a few questions such as Do you sleep back, stomach, side? and Are you thinking about a mattress for a short-term or long-term? These were also helpful questions for me since I never considered them. In 10-15 minutes, I was already paying for my new mattress. Rebecca simply shared the fine print since she wanted me to know everything about the returns, delivery, and smaller details. When I paid for my mattress (as of July 28, 2021), they were performing free delivery to my door (not bringing my mattress inside due COVID). Huge plus since I do not wish to pay shipping.

The staff at this branch was great when I visited on May 16th! Rebecca helped me find the best mattress, listened to my feedback on ones we tried, with the best deals to stay within my budget. Some of yall could probably use this advice, but it helps to be a patient customer sometimes.One hiccup was that my mattress was distributed a day late due to Memorial Day weekend, for which I would have appreciated a heads up, or that they would have taken that into account as I had ordered this 2-3 weeks beforehand. I was a little concerned coming in to this Mattress Firm. I know that the employees would be pushy and aggressive. I had the opposite experience. I went to the store three times before I decided to buy a bed. Each time the interaction was consistent. Rebecca and her team was very laid back, knowledgeable, and you could tell they were interested in finding the right mattress for me. When I identified the $5000 Tempur-pedic as the best bed for was concerned about cost, Rebecca immediately recommended a bed other people said had a similar feel and was a 1/4 of the price. Today I went in to this Mattress Firm location with my girlfriend to get a new cushy, comfortable mattress. Anthony helped us find the best option for us! We didn’t feel pushed or like any of the employees were trying to pressure us. We ordered a 10” memory foam mattress that will come in a box. Anthony got it all set up for us and it will be shipped to the store over the weekend! We’ll be able to pick it up and not pay shipping costs. We don’t have the mattress yet, but the experience in the store today was excellent! The service in the store (and especially Anthony’s help) was great! We were reassured that if there was a manufacturing defect, we would be able to exchange the mattress in the first four months. Highly recommended!

The store has robust COVID precautions in place, so I felt comfortable trying out various mattresses to find one that would be right for me. The mattress was delivered less than 48 hours after I ordered it, and the delivery men were professional and courteous and did a nice job setting up my new bed. Phil welcomed my girlfriend and myself with open arms and asked all the right questions to understand what were looking for before he even offers us a choice.
