The Non-Dairy Strawberry Struesel was soon good! I love the cinnamon granola in it.

If I could have left no stars I would have I will never go back to this baskin robbins location almost 6 dollars for a sundae and the ice cream scoops were so tiny then young man at the window got a attitude with me when I questioned my scoops he stated all sundaes come with kiddie scoops never heard of it my friend got a banana split she said hers was the same they will not get any of my money Ill go to brusters

I love Baskin Robbins especially this location because there is a tollhouse there and the cookies are so good.

My husband got me a banana splitAbout a 1 1/2 ago. It had more nuts on it than ice cream..I am not a happy camper.. all I can say is go to dairy queen

I was very excited about coming in for the first time, but I left very disgusted. I have never had such a bad food experience in my life. The green haired employee was making my shake and she spilled it and then raked it off the counter and poured it back into the blender!! She was going to try to serve the contaminated ice cream!! A manager stood there and watched the whole time!! She would not even wash out the other blender!!! I walked out and left without a shake because I feared about getting Covid!

They had a small selection and the brownies are not what was on the reviews before hand.

Only the drive thru was open. One person was taking orders as you drive around so it was ready by the time you got to the window. Great service

We went in on an add for free scoop if icecream but the coupon was for some other company. The manager Corson at the Chattanooga location stepped up and made us a deal of there own to make us happy. I must say it was a great experience and the team was helpful. I recommend you stopping by to see for yourself. Thank you Corson for the great experience.

Great staff! Quick service! Love this location! Be careful in the parking lot on a busy day though. Its tight and not many people seem to watch where they are going. Also, if there is a line in the drive-thru, you cannot drive around the building to leave. You have to wait until the line clears.

Ice Cream was good but service could be a lot better. Had a staff of 5-6 but only 2-3 were at task while others were in their way.

I saw someone dealing drugs there by the counter. My favorite flavor of ice cream is the icing on the cake ice cream it makes me really full but it is good. I reccomend this place to anyone who likes generic flavors of ice cream. I wish they had superman flavor like they had at this place in Florida.

Love this location because it is joined with Nestle Toll House cookies. Get a warm cookie and ice cream sandwich, cookie cake by the slice, and several different cookie options plus the same great 31 flavors! My kids like to visit as well!

The staff is ALWAYS greet you like they are glad you came in. So many places act like they wish you had not bothered them..... Ice cream is amazing. My grandchildren love the new ice cream sandwiches.

I love coming to this location. Though, they do seem to rush you a bit on your selection, it is hard to argue with fast service.

Wish they had my favorite flavor all the time, but its a great place to take the kids for a treat! My littles think its so fun to look at all the different flavors and try new things!

Always a great experience

The people on staff when Ive been there have been fun and helpful. I got to UTC and I like this BR better than the others. They have way more options to pick from than most of the chains around... this one has 48 flavors, so youre never short of options. Despite some negative reviews, I havent had an issue here yet. Definitely would recommend.

Terrible service. We stood at the counter for around 10 minutes while 4 employees worked the drive in and never even made eye contact or said a word to us . finall one employee asked the people behind us if they could help them .Completely tried to skip us. Every employee there looked miserable. Regret spending our money there.

We love going to Baskin-Robbins! They have so many flavors to choose from. You can get ice cream cookie sandwiches, ice cream cakes, and cookie cakes.

Honestly a very pleasant experience. All employees staffed that day were extremely helpful and genuinely nice. I was asked multiple times how my day was and how my week was going. This wasnt like a normal chain experience. Ive been visiting this particular BR for almost a year now and I can say with confidence thats its improving, be it with cleanliness or management in general. For those reading my review looking for the facts that arent involved in costumer service, this BR also boasts a near 50 flavors! More than most, if not all nearby BRs. If youre looking for a quick, friendly, tasteful experience WITH ICE CREAM this location is the place for you!

I ordered a large milkshake and noticed that the milk they used came from a dirty looking half gallon and get this, IT CAME OUT IN CHUNKS. Does the health department know theyre using expired milk? The icecreams fine but dont order anything with milk unless you want to be sick!

Employees are rude and I asked questions about the treats they serve I got low one word answers. There was a young boy that was laughing at the window. Asked for a manager that never came. This place is a joke. Hire respectful people to service customers.

The milkshakes/malts are made with slushy milk(partially frozen) which gives you a thicker shake. The slushy milk sometimes comes out like chunks of ice. Not spoiled milk. I have worked there in the past & I know how it is done at this store. They do not serve spoiled milk. If by chance it is, please notify the sales clerk and have them check & get a different jug of milk to remake it.

This Baskin Robbins has the friendliest staff of any one Ive been to. My kids and I have been frequenting this store for years and the employees are always very helpful and the ice cream is always great! its definitely the best ice cream shop in town as far as options, hours and taste. They also have a very convenient drive thru and an endless variety of cakes. My only problem has been trying to find a parking spot on the busier days, but that wont keep me from my Jamoca Almond Fudge milkshakes. I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins to all ice cream fans.
