Seriously the BEST cookies EVER!! After seeing the very highly rated reviews I was excited to come here for the first time and it did not disappoint! They have a weekly rotation of flavors. When you walk into the store you’ll find a lot of staff baking fresh cookies while you’re there. There is a display of all the cookies available and some are served warm. I tried the pumpkin spice and monster cookies. Both were served warm and were absolutely amazing. I’m not even a big cookie lover but this place has me converted into one. It’s about $4 per cookie and totally worth it they are large. They also offer catering for smaller cookies at $1 each but you need a minimum $50 order.

What a great cookie place. The flavors rotate weekly, which is a good and bad thing. Good because there’s always something new to try, but bad when you have a favorite and can’t get it again.Every cookie I’ve had has been delicious, and the cookies are so big that we usually get just a few and cut them into quarters. Even though I could eat an entire cookie at once, they are huge and rich, better to be eaten a little at a time :)

Ive heard great things about this place so I decided to try it and Im so glad I did. Their cookies are so delicious and Im not usually a cookie person. I love how they have four new flavors every week. Its hard not to just try them all. The staff was friendly and answered questions I had about the flavors. The store was very clean and inviting. Absolutely incredible. I don’t believe I have Ever had a bad experience here. The cookies seem a little pricey initially, but once you try one it all makes sense. Fantastic deserts, open late, and curbside pickup. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a taste for chocolate chip cookies but where are my chocolate chips? I told the girl who gave me the box that I wasnt happy with not having chocolate chips on the cookie. Her response was shrugged shoulders as she replied they are probably hiding then she closed the box. For $4 per cookie there should be more chocolate chips visible than 2.

We visited Crumbl for the very first time in Cleveland TN the other day and had a FANTASTIC experience. The cookies were warm and fresh.I cannot say the same about the East Brainerd location. We stopped in last night for a box.The cookies are stale, oversalted, and just flat out bad. My daughter says they taste like they’ve been sitting out for days.I’m so disappointed. An entire box of six sitting on my counter and no one will touch them.I’m tempted to bring them back for a refund but this location is 20 minutes from my home.I feel like this is a staff issue as well. The Cleveland location had young staff but they were VERY polite, professional, and they were handling the product with care. The cookies there were AMAZING!This is not the case in East Brainerd. The staff looked miserable and were throwing cookies around just to get them out the door. It wasn’t even busy.Get it together East Brainerd!

Hands down, the BEST cookies i’ve ever had in my life.

Before this summer, I had never had Crumbl nor had even heard of Crumbl. When I told this to my friend, she was astonished and brought me a chocolate chip cookie. Eating this cookie was a game changer for me as since then, I have bought cookies for two consecutive weeks. The Chattanooga store is more than just a bakery. Both times I’ve walked into the store I have been welcomed in with open arms. When trying to choose which flavor will be best to try, the staff are always there to help me. I can’t wait to see what this week brings!!!

Our couples love Crumbl Cookies ! The flavor profiles are amazing and guests love them! Our couples really enjoy doing these as end of the night favors for their guests to be able to take home and really enjoy! Working with Jim in the planning process he was always responsive and professional !

Omg. Not only are the cookies amazing they switch it up weekly. There’s never been a menu that comes out and nothing on it interested me. The quality, the value the taste I could go on and on but you just have to see for yourself.

The cookies are good but the associated needs to know how to use the app when you receives a giftcard online. It was not a good experience. I had need there twice to receive my cookies and the associated didnt know what to do. Thumbs down

There arent many cookie options in Chattanooga so I was happy to see this store. Its a bright and open layout, very clean. They are dedicated to cookies with a variety to choose from as well as tasty toppings. I had a chocolate chip and sugar cookie. They were thick and dense. They chocolate chip was pretty good and the sugar was okay.The service was great and the staff very friendly.This is a premium cookie shop and the cookies are priced accordingly.Parking is free in their lot.Solid cookie experience.

Last Xmas 2020 my sis n law brought cookies from crumbl and I have to know the name of this cookie. It was the best cookie I’ve ever had in my life. It was an Oreo cookie with white cream cheese peppermint flavor icing. Can anyone help me out here? I’m pretty sure their only available during holidays 😢

We got there and ordered two cookies. As we stuck the card in the girl then told us they were out of one so I exchanged it for a basic chocolate chip. We stood there for 15-20 minutes as they handed cookies out to people who came in behind us. I stared at the kids behind the counter until one finally asked the name and we told them. She looked at another kid and asked who took the order off. The kid said I did my bad. She then told us they were all out of the cookies and only had sugar left so I asked for a refund and left. That’s what happens when children run the store and there’s no managers or older employees. Terrible service. No offer of a gift card for their mess up or anything.

I love crumbl cookie! They always have a clean store with great costumer service. Also lots of fresh flavors with great options. I have to stop my myself from ordering every week but it is very hard not to. They always have something new to try and I fall in love with all of them. My all time favorite is the Oreo cookie or Red Velvet.

I got a box of these as a gift and fell in love. Made to order I received a box of 4 warm cookies that were all incredible. They change the cookies they have so it may be a different experience at times, but if you have the chance you won’t regret trying the red velvet cookie. Affordable for the size and amount of cookie you get. Definitely a must try!

Crazy delicious humongous cookies. Theres only a couple flavors they keep consistent (like chocolate chip) every week, and I love trying the new flavors. Ive never met a Crumbl cookie I didnt thoroughly enjoy.These also make great gifts. I had some delivered as a surprise, and the recipient was so thrilled. They come in a beautiful pink box that you can put a custom message on.

THE COSMIC BROWNIE COOKIE WAS PERFECT. It was like a part of my childhood put into a cookie that was warm and comforting. I placed my order online and then ended up being late for my pickup time but the cookies were warm and tasted as fresh as ever. This was my first time ordering but definitely will not be my last.

My fiancé visits here every week and he loves the weekly new flavors. He is a cookie fanatic. This week he bought me a banana cream pie cookie. It was so good, I had him go back and buy two more the next day! Lol. The cookie was buttery and flaky but soft and the filling taste just like banana pudding. I hope they bring this flavor around again. Might go back and get another before the week is over. So yummy!!!

This place is a gem for people with a sweet tooth for cookies! The cookies are about the size of a DVD, but very thick. They always have chocolate chip (served warm) and frosted sugar cookie (served chilled) on the menu. Every week, they have four new cookies though, and this week included a cornbread cookie and a buckeye brownie. I wasnt sure about the cornbread cookie at first, but now I want another one because it was amazing! The buckeye brownie cookie was fantastic too for peanut butter and chocolate fans. They also sell milk and water, as well as a few flavors of ice cream that I havent tried yet. The employees all follow mask protocols and you can place your order through an app or through their self-service kiosks. Overall, Id give the place a full 5 stars, and I HIGHLY recommend going here if you have a large sweet tooth.
