I have ordered cookie cakes for years.... The cake I ordered this time is by far the prettiest cake I have ever bought from Great American Cookie Co. The worker who took my order was very detailed when taking the order and the worker was very kind when picking up our order today! Excellent service and very happy with the outcome of the cake!!!

I have ordered cookie cakes from this company for many years and absolutely love the cookies, however today I went to pick up my order which I placed two days ago and was told it would be 20 minutes until they could get the cookie decorated. I asked for a it to be ready by 1:00 pm and it is now 1:41 and I am still waiting. I have reservations for the party at 2. I am very disappointed in this experience. While I am at it my husband tried to order a cookie cake for my birthday in April and was told they were out of cookie dough..what? This is your whole business! It seems like this company has really gone downhill since the new owners took over. It will probably be a while before I order from them if I do again.

I just spoke to the MANAGER at this incompetent place to verify an order I placed yesterday. There was NO order on file!!! She was the rudest person I have ever spoken to so I just cancelled all together. Come on Great American Cookie Company, you can do better than this.

Went to this location on 3/18/17. Ask the employee did a particular brownie have cream cheese in them, so said that the cheese cake brownies didnt have cream cheese in them😕😦😲This person was so lost and she worked there. Not friendly at all. And if the product says cheesecake, Im pretty sure cream cheese is in it.(stupid) didnt want them anyway, looked old. Will never go back to this one. (NEVER!!!!) Employees are clueless.

Just went there to get a cookie after waiting for them to put the brownies out, which they still hadnt.I asked for the biggest cookie in that batch and she ended up giving me a small cookie instead.So I asked to trade the small one in the bag for the bigger one I asked, but the lady said that they use the same size cookie dough scoop to make the cookies and didnt do the trade, so now I had to leave this nagative review.

Never have I ever paid for water but today was charged 25cents(no big deal) BUT the lady behind the counter had an attitude when I politely asked why was I charged extra. I then because of her rude demeanor text to speak for a manager. She tells me theres no duty but the district manager is here. (correct me if Im wrong but thats a manager clueless) She then yells Dad and he walks over with an attitude as well. Now mind you I am not being irate or irrational just more curious. We ask for the District number and he goes to the back and calls the police. This big fat jerk Jay Beutgereit and his daughter Elizabeth had the nerve to call the police because a customer was curious about being charged for water from a company that doesnt have a history of doing so. Weird!!! Im in the mall 2-3 times a week and I buy from them at least twice a week. Lesson learned and money saved because never again. Plus employees are usually pot heads who have no knowledge of when cookies are actually supposed to be baked and ready.

Ordered cake online Wednesday morning to pick up Friday at 12:15. They called me 10 minutes before pickup time and said they couldn’t make the cake because the manager quit a week ago and was the only one who could draw the horse. Thankfully my daughters party was Saturday but I paid full price for the plain cookie and they threw in icing, but I decorated it myself. I’ll never order from them again.

We came in on 2/13/14 around 6:30pm, We got 2 cookies and a brownie. Both cookies were hard and stale. Not happy!
