It took me a while to find a trustworthy place to bring my car to after I moved here. A lot of places I went to before either tried to sell me services I didn’t need or overcharge me. I think they have fair prices and good staff. I am always pleased with the job they do. I will be back!

I have to say that these guys were an absolute blessing for me. Michelle was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met and she did everything in her power to help me. Steve the owner was a true blessing to our family. We were on our way to Florida from Michigan. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and with three children ages six and younger, it made for a brutal drive once we hit the warmer climate states. We called about ten places from Cleveland, TN and once we got to Steve’s place it was a true blessing. He told us to come right in even though it was close to closing time. He was kind. Offered coloring books for the girls and great conversation while we waited. This place was a true blessing. Recommend for anyone needing repairs.

Great bunch of guys! We were in Chattanooga on a shopping trip when our brake caliper went out. Being a long way from home and not knowing a good place to get it fixed we called around various shops in the area, none of which could get to us that day until we called here. They sympathized with us and got us in even though they were busy. We were on our way in just a few hours. The truck is working great. I highly recommend this shop!

Excellent service! These guys are car heroes! I had an alternator go out on me while on a road trip. They had it replaced in 2 hours and it was late in the day. I was blown away with how fast, efficient, and affordable they were. I was able to get my family on to our next destination over the holidays. Great work. Highly recommended.

Every time I have gone to Precision Tune Auto Care I have been treated professionally, respectfully, and kindly. The men who work there care about the work they do for the customers and want each one to be satisfied. I have had excellent service and I completely trust them with the care of my car.

This is where I go with serious automotive problems. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The services were OK but the guy doing my oil change spilled it all over my engine. Because of that oil leaked on my garage floor and you could smell it while you were driving. You know people are going to make mistakes sometimes. I will still probably go there for my services.

As a women it is hard trusting ppl to work on your car.I absolutely trust and love that the mechanics as well as the owner is great. Absolutely amazing thank you all for being warriors !

AWFUL! They did work on a Ford F350 diesel, paid several thousand dollars for them to replace engine and all parts under hood. The only part not replaced was turbo. 3,400 miles later the NEW fuel injector goes bad. They require us to drive it to their diesel mechanic in the woods to confirm it is fuel injector and promised to fix it under warranty. Once diesel mechanic kept truck for a couple of days and confirmed the fuel injector was the problem, Precision still refused to cover it !!!! They dont warranty their work on diesels apparently! Very rude, not professional, liars! Do not use Precision. They do not warranty their work or stand by by their word! They do not do quality work.

They topped off all the fluids check the tires an added air.

The oil change was quickly done and the service rep was very thorough. He showed us how dirty our air filter was and we had it changed. The service rep’s mannerism was very professional yet personal. I wished I got his name as he deserves a huge shout out! This was our first time there and I now believe we have found our car care place! We highly recommend them

Ladies be ware! I called a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for routine maintenance of my vehicle and got a very reasonable price but then my wife called today and mistakingly asked for a quote when she was only supposed to ask when she could drop the car off. Well the technician she spoke with quoted her double what I was quoted on the same car! It seems they target women and upsale and them as compared to men. Shady practices, I suggest shopping around before allowing this shop to perform any repairs!

UpdateRUN AWAYIf you are not a mechanic DONT GO there,They will rob youI sent my little brother there, he was charged $120 without fixing his car nor telling him whats wrong with it. It turns out its a cracked hose cost less than a dollar to replace. This mechanic didnt even bother to open the hood. Unbelievably dishonest.(update) telling me what the codes are does NOT equal diagnostic. I already know the codes. I need to know why i have the codes. You just provided a list of possible reasons why the codes are there.I tried to call to either get the diagnostics done properly or get a refund which I have all the right to do

Good service and friendly people

Fixed my ride and although the part took two weeks it wasnt there fault and they did as much as they could to keep me informed on my extended vacation. Thanks to Dwight for putting up with my wife and I on our honeymoon freaking out as if the world was ending 😂. They had amazing customer service and I am glad they were the shop I chose.

The employees are very nice and respectful. I only take my car to them because theyre are very reasonable on their prices and they get you in and out. God bless all of the workers there.

Had the opportunity to try out Precision Tune Auto today as I was in a jamb with one of my older vehicles which we use to commute. I called these guys at 10am and they said bring it right over. A hour later the car was running great and at an unbeatable price. This will now be my repair shop for all my vehicles and will be recommending them every chance I get. Thank you guys been looking for a shop I could be confident with and I just found them.

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had in response to an almost devastating day. After a VERY stressful ordeal of trying to make a job interview which resulted in overheating my car, I was pretty emotionally exhausted to say the least. While one gentleman consoled me the rest of the team acted fast. Within a few hours I had a new water pump, a smile and a new mechanic. Highly, highly recommend.

Oil change in less then ten minutes

Being from out of town and stranded on a Saturday morning, needing to be at a very important wedding at one oclock pm on Sunday - 686 miles away seems to be a nightmare of disappointment. Being towed to an AAA approved repair shop which happened to be Precision Tune Auto Care proved to be an awesome joyful experience. As the team showed up at 7:30 in the morning and assured me that I would be taken care of in an expeditious fashion, I walked out the door an hour and a half later with a new alternator, serpentine belt and a renewed confidence in Auto repair managers and mechanics, all at an affordable price, and my car is running better than ever. Thanks to Manager Steven Woisin and his crew and Precision Tune Auto Care.

They replaced the altinator in my wofes lexus they did it on short notice and i loved how fast they got it done and took and shared a lot of pictures for future maintence to be done like certain areas that may have had a oil lek etc etc etc air filters tire pressure etc... i feel like they went above and beyond !!!!

Ive been coming to this location for as long as i can remember but today was by far the best experience Ive had there. I didnt catch the mans name working front desk (muscular guy who had tons of tattoos on his arms) but he definitely Knew how to run the front office professionally. Lobby had two before me, two was coming in behind me and phone was ringing. He managed to do it all. The oil change wait was one of the quickest and today they had it pulled up front with door open for me to get in. Never before have i felt catered to like that there. I just wanted to give that man an A+ for going the extra mile! He deserves a raise!😁

I took my vehicle here twice with appt and neither time could they take my vehicle in. I do not live close so its a disappointment to drive 45 mins to get turned away WITH appt twice. I Will not be back.

They quoted us $480 for a repair. When I went to pick the car up the next day the total was now $692. The original diagnosis was wrong so they just added another part without checking with us to see if we could pay the added expense.Misdiagnosis... No communication

Well oil change was fine, but when you get your car back you expect it to be in the same condition as when you took it. Side view mirror was knocked if of her car, like I appreciate it. 👎🏼

I used to rate this place at 5 stars every time I went, but maybe its under new management? The technicians were all over the place. They started work on my car without quoting me a price. One employee came over and interrupted my tech to show that he had brought pizza. The whole thing was a mess and I wont be back

Ive been coming to Precision Auto Tune on Gunbarrell road off and on for over 10 years. They always fix what I need fixed in a timely and professional manner. Their repairs are always good and they always explain anything else on the car that may need fixed. Highly recommend.

I tried out this location when the one on highway 58 closed because Rich has been servicing my vehicles for almost 2 years and I wont let anyone else work on my car. The price was great as was Richs service and expertise as always. Im not sure Ill be back to this location though. The first problem was the seating. I have a bad hip and was unable to use the high stools so I walked around outside since it was nice out. While doing so I heard a man (I believe he is the manager, name on his shirt was Steve) cursing at and belittling an employee. Based on the many religious decorations at the location I was shocked to hear such behavior. His loudness and aggressiveness made me very uncomfortable.

I have been to the Precision Auto Tune on Gunbarrel Road and was very pleased with the service. The techs seem to really care about your car and take the time to make sure everything is fixed correctly before you leave. I was very impressed as I have had many bad experiences with other auto service companies.

I was out of town visiting family and saw that I had a small oil leak and decided to have my oil changed and have the leak checked before heading home. Went here because they were running a special for a $20 oil change. First, they charged $18 just for looking into the oil leak... ok fine. Next, I knew my truck took synthetic oil but thought it wouldnt be too much more since they were running a special here on a standard oil change. I was wrong, they were going to charge $65 for the synthetic oil change. Told the guy I paid less than half that last time I got my oil changed back home at the dealership and he told me they mustve been running a special. I told him I was going to take it somewhere else. Called the closest dealership and they said they would do a synthetic oil change for $34 so thats where I went. The staff there was nice so thats the only reason I gave this place two stars. Moral of the story: dont go here if you need synthetic!

Tried going to Goodyear for a new alternator on my truck, they gave me a ludicrous estimate, were wishy washy about the estimate and cost of parts, I felt like I was getting scammed. Called Precision Tune and spoke with their manager, and he was instantly professional, straightforward, told me EXACTLY what my options were, that he had parts in stock, and his estimate was 250 bucks less. They have my business now!

They didn,t tell my husband the truth about his car he had to get a second 0pion and they told him the truth and fix the problem.

Had an air conditioning problem on the road July 4th weekend. They verified a previuous diagnosis, resolved and replaced the compressor. Back on the road that afternoon. I was impressed with the professionalism, commuincation and workmanship. Cassie was technically savy, patient and friendly; a model of how Customer Service should be delivered. .The fact they had 8 bays full, attests to the quality of their work. Recommend this location for car repair work.
