I had such a wonderful experience here. I bought my first personally owned vehicle here and I’d been hunting for months before I found this dealership. From the second I walked through the door I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff here was very attentive, understanding, and friendly. They accommodated all of our requests and made sure that everything was as perfect as it could be. Ive been to a lot of dealerships lately looking at the same vehicle only to leave dissatisfied with the time I’d invested. That was not the case here. Stand assured if you come here you will leave satisfied investing both your time and money.

My daughter and I purchased her 1st car here and it has been nothing but issues with this place! If I could give a zero stars I would. We bought the car and 3 days later the car started to leak, my daughter took the car back so they could fix, it start leaking again so she took it back. It is now leaking again so we took it to Volkswagon who told us there are several leaks and the cost for repair is $7000! We paid $7000 for the car and they will do nothing to help us! NOTHING! This has been the worst experience ever and I would stay completely away from these people! We havnt had the car for a month, the car has been to them 3 times, lets not forget the $7000 is just for the leak, she also needs brakes and rotors, shocks and struts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I MEAN THIS FROM THE PIT OF MY SOUL! IT REALLY HURTS THEY DID THIS TO US!

I bought a truck for there 3 weeks ago and only put 200 miles on it before the transmission went out in it. I was never offered a warranty. I asked them to split the bill for the transmission to be replaced and they said no. More then likely that is all they have on the lot are lemons.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion in January of this year. The team at Queen City Auto Sales was courteous but did not repair quick issues that I pointed out when test driving. I was told these issues would be fixed before I came back to get an inspection. They were not. After passing the inspection, and purchasing the car, it lasted about 2 months before having major issues. This dealership either masked the issues well enough so they are not noticed by a general inspection, or is working hand-in-hand with a major Ford Dealership down the road from them. My car now needs a complete engine rebuild, but it is more cost effective to replace the engine entirely. The transmission also has problems now which causes shifting to be quite violent. (I do not drive erratically or have any reason to believe that I caused these issues in the last 4 months of driving the vehicle) PLEASE avoid this dealership, OR buy the extremely expensive warranty offered after purchasing. Bought a 2009 Audi A4 “Prestige” (12-21-18) and less than 2k miles later, belt broke due to a bad tensioner. Also, the valve cover gasket leaked, and so we took it to an Audi dealership and they found even more issues and that ended up costing us more than 5k to fix an engine that the seller specifically told us that he had “his mechanic” vouch for.10 months later we received a letter from the State of NC Department of Transportation. The letter states that our VIN number on the title they gave us doesn’t match the VIN on the car. Sounds like they are running a scam to me. Called them to see if they can address this issue.. the guy I spoke to told me he’ll call back in 30 mins... waited and never got a call. Doesn’t seem like they care about anything but getting their money. We had to contact the License and Theft Bureau and they asked if we would like to file a criminal complaint.. Strongly considering.Though I bought the car “as is” I feel like there should be some responsibility taken by the seller for selling bad vehicles to good people. If you’re reading this please take caution. I normally don’t write reviews but I feel like my experience should be shared.I see a lot of other buyers sharing their bad experiences. I don’t see how they are still in business. Karma will eventually catch up.

I went to Queen City after having researched their inventory online and found my 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. Yazan and Mustafa (hopefully I spelled the latter correct) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Being somewhat credit challenged, I got approval with a reasonable down payment which I was prepared for. The car was clean and sounded great. Even with my wife and kids in tow, the process was simple and structured.As for the vehicle itself, I had to put brakes on it and get the oil changed.It needs tires and a few other things. Let me be real clear, these are things that would need to be done as with buying a used car you inherit the its prior owner and conditions. I am able to slowly get these things in order and the truck runs great. I cannot be more pleased with my purchase and with this dealership. I will be visiting them again for my vehicle needs.

I bought a truck and a suv for two of my employees and 1 1/2 weeks later the truck was at the shop and needed repairs of $8500 I call this guys and they dindt seem to care they told me that the purchase was conpleted and was my problem and the truck was a flood veicle and they told me it was a clean car fox.Second car the suv had to do repairs for $780 and they said the same thing it was my problem thats why they push you to complete the interview with the bank quick because they know thats one of the first questions the bank ask if the car in in good conditions.When i was signing the paper for the vehicle they tried to raised the price of the vehicle on the paperwork, so be on the lookout when you are gettign ready to sign that the price on the paper matches the price they told you.And be careful to other families in need of a car because what appeared to be a $15,000 car ended up costing me $24,000 due to the repairs i had to put in the truck.
