I went there for my 12 month/10,000 mile service on my 2021 Lexus ES300h sedan. I also needed to replace a tire and have the rim/wheel repaired due to a curb rash incident. The tire had to be replaced because rubber was gouged out of the sidewall. They were able to get the rim/wheel repaired to look like new for $116. A new rim/wheel would have cost $800. I was very placed about the repair and the cost savings. I was given a loaner car. Mike Underwood and his associates did a terrific job. I would highly recommend the people in the Hendrick Lexus Service Dept. I used them for my previous Lexus also.

I have been traveling so needed a check up for 50K miles. Of course, I know nothing about cars, so the video that the tech sent me (via text) was awesome. In my past, there was always a little worry or concern because we never know if they are telling the truth. But sending me a video of the work performed gave me peace. And Vanessa was so nice to me, answered all my questions, and when I called and bugged her twice, she picked up and spoke to me both times. I really appreciated that.

If you have ever bought a Lexus from this location you know that a Technology Rep sits with you to ensure you understand how all the bells and whistles work in you new car. I am pretty tech savvy so it was quick and easy but the rep that helped me, Tony Agyei, was amazing. Great bed side manner, funny, knowledgeable and very thorough. Well I bought a car, a used car, but a very pretty Lexus. I was treated like a 5 Star VIP. We all have had the hard sell that makes us leery of the whole car buying process. I think I can fairly say this is the norm there. The showroom was clean. The staff was professional and friendly. They have a coffee machine that you have got to try. My hubby had 3 cups of the cappuccino. You can tell them I sent you!

Great Dealership experience. Amazing cars. Nice customer service… until they assign an inexperienced representative. I was promised an APR that was never going to be possible for them to give me. After one week of visits and finalizing everything, I was told that my APR would be more than twice of what I was promised moments before taking the car out. I would’ve passed if the car wasn’t what I was looking for!

Several weeks ago our tire on our new Lexus was going flat. Luckily we were only 5 miles away from the Hendricks dealer! Brian, who was the service consultant said we only had 9 lbs of air when we got there. Brian got us in immediately and we were so happy that Lexus could fix the tire instead of replacing it.
