Its the most pleasant place to shop. Everyone is helpful and friendly. You can find the owner anytime, very friendly. They actually ask if you need help out. No one does that anymore. I appreciate it because I am disabled.

Piggly Wiggly, is another one of my favorite grocery stores. Their employees, are always eager to help you find what you are looking for. Never, have I ever been treated rudely. And they do have a good selection of items.

I believe the rating should be higher than a 4.3 its one of the best grocery stores Ive ever shopped in and I wont go anywhere else the manager has worked with me in the past one stocking formula for my grandson and then my daughter no other store around here would do that for you. if you need to know where somethings located in the store they dont tell you it might be down there they take you and I actually show you the product unlike other stores

Never had any trouble with bigley piggly wiggly. The employees seem to be nice & helpful. Fruth pharmacy has the nicest & very friendly employees! Especially Tina & Marilyn!

If you have never been in this store then you are in for a treat ! They have everything you could want and I have never been in a neater more organized store! Everything is in its place every item is turned so that you can read the label! The produce is fresh and the meats are at the lowest prices in town expertly cut! A very clean store and a friendly helpful staff!

This store was small and cute. It was nice to visit but not what Im used to it was very limited

Service was friendly. However I purchased a quite of bit of fruit and vegetables. All of it was terrible except for the watermelon. I have to own some of it as I watched the employees pick thru and eat. They didnt like it so they just tried more. Shame on me I guess. Lol

Changed the rating to 5 stars. I just came from shopping and was very impressed by the customer service of this company. Imagine having all of the checkout registers open and manned for faster service for customers who are already stressed and in a hurry. Again. I was very impressed.

My friends have told me for a while that I needed to give this store a try. I wish I had listened sooner! I visited your store yesterday and was so delighted with the selection and cleanliness. One of your managers really impressed me the most though. I think he said his name was Bob. I was only there about 30 minutes, and in that time, I saw him getting things for customers, getting buggies from the lot, bagging groceries, and fixing problems for cashiers. This man was everywhere! What really caught my eye was the way he calmed another customer down who was visibly angry (I dont know why). Before he even said anything you could see the tension in her start to melt away! I was sure that he was the owner. When I was waiting in line to check out ( I didnt mind waiting. There was only one person ahead of me to check out) he told me that hed be happy to open a register for me so I wouldnt have to wait. He was very friendly and laughed when I said that I didnt see too many grocery store managers, let alone owners, running a cash register. He told me that he was just one of the managers there and that they do things a little differently. When I told him that it was my first time shopping there, he welcomed me to the store and asked if I found everyhting I needed, and then he even went and got me some Old Bay seasoning! What a gracious, intelligent and talented young man! He made me feel at home there. The store is really great and you have a wonderful selection of groceries, but Bob is the reason I will be back. I hope all your managers are like him!

I like this store because they sell things that I cant get at Krogers, but I only purchase what I cant get at Krogers cause there more expensive. Unless ur buying there sales items they do run a lot gd deals

Decent but slightly overpriced in a bit of a seedy area of town.

To start off their deli has a great selection plus you can order hot and cold food to go. They carry a lot of unique items that other grocery stores dont. Staff is very friendly especially the young men and women who assist and insist helping you with your groceries not only getting them to your car but also loading them too.

Pretty straight forward market. Prices vary and can be sort of steep at times.cmanagement takes forever to find if you need anything after normal business hours. It was like being stuck in a real--life automated system.

I was just in there yesterday to pick up a last minute personalized birthday cake for my baby brothers birthday and that was sincerely one of the absolute best cakes and best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. All of the staff was courteous and helpful and the girl that designed the cake was apologizing for being just a few minutes behind schedule which wasnt even necessary. Superb job! I will be back for sure.

I love their deli. Especially 2 of their Workers. Well 3 actually. One woman that introduced A 4 Blend Italian Cheese to us and blended with the Rare Roast Beef it is Mouth Watering. Another woman is like spot on, on making sure that everything we get is fresh and exactly the way we want it. The last is a young guy that gets my order Exactly Perfect, the first time every time.

Great shopping experience good groceries and great selection for a neighborhood store very clean and you can even get gas out front nice cashiers and super nice manager Karl Williams. If you need anything at all be sure to find Karl and he will make sure that you get taken care of whatever the problem. Every time I shop there he is out on the floor helping make the store what it is today very friendly guy go shop here if you need groceries its good ol hometown hospitality

Just had to return some meat that was bad. Went to customer serviceAnd did get my money back. He handed me my receipt without a word. When I asked if he had anything to say like “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” his reply was that he didn’t sell the meat. What has happened to customer service? And courtesy.

Store is presentable but dated, which somehow adds to the charm of shopping here. The prices are consistently higher on everything that you can get at Kroger just a few blocks away, so its more of a convenience stop for me than an actual shopping trip. The staff are friendly and theres usually no wait to check out.

Went in there for one thing bucket stake and had to wait for it. But didnt bother me none I love this store

Always have outdated food and beverages on display. Never fails I end up buying something without checking it such a a brisk tea from the cooler I didnt bother checking the date, got home took a drink and it was fermented and tasted like wine so I check the date and its outdated by 4 months. Check your expiration dates on EVERYTHING!! EVEN THE DRINKS FROM THE COOLER.
