Very clean and organized grocery store. Nice variety of some fresh options and vegan based foods. The oatmeal vegan cookies was a pleasant surprise!

Ive never left a poor rating for Publix. However, I went in there for chicken salad & diet lemonade. There was no chicken salad & no diet drinks in the deli. The teas & lemonade bottles were sticky from sugar. Your customers are diverse. You have diabetics, customers who had surgery & cant tolerate surgery or carbonated drinks, etc. There should be WAY more diet options for tea & flavored lemonade in the deli.

The representative at the customer service counter had a nasty attitude. My youngest daughter picked up on it and remarked on it. I was so proud of myself. I did not feed back into it. Ive noticed that at this particular Publix, the people that they have at this counter are nasty. Now, that Im writing this review, I wont attend this Publix anymore. And if I run into another Publix, Ill just stop shopping with them. Its very off putting and disrespectful.

I really like the Publix on Sam Rittenberg Boulevard in West Ashley as it is one of my favorite places to get groceries. This location is very convenient from just about anywhere in West Ashley and not too far from Interstate 26 and it is easy to get in and out of with a parking space close to the store usually available to find. This Publix is very well run and managed as everything seems to be clean and well stocked. the staff here makes shopping a pleasure and goes out of their way to make sure that you have exactly what you need and does it with a smile. I have always had a positive experience shopping here and have consistently found what I was looking for and even more.

Great subs sometimes no white bread for subs but overall great store.

I went to Publix for Lottery. Jordan was ABSOLUTELY a Blast!! He not only was professional, but funny. I didnt want to leave....he has Great Attitude and made sure I had everything I wanted.Publix in South Carolina reminds me of being in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with my family. 😔 Wish I was still there at times but too hard....my Twin Brother Shannon died 6/16/20......I will continue to go to Publix, most likely closer to Hollywood... the Publix on Main/Hwy. 17th.

My favorite Publix in the Charleston area. Its a large store with plenty of room. Bakery, Deli and produce department are great. Ive always been greeted and helped in the Deli department. Great customer service.

Good selection. A little high on prices. The cashier forgot to ring up all my items so had to go back in. Hopefully it was just a moment.

Easy access for parking and always has everything Im looking for and then some! Great customer service and even has a drive through pharmacy!

I always feel comfortable walking in and shopping at Publix. Their products are the quality i look for when shopping and its never a bad experience. Most of the employees Ive met there have superior customer service and as a manager myself thats always what I notice first.

First time in this particular store. Was visiting my son, daughter in love, grandson and twins on the way. So we had to get some groceries going on. Love the experience found every thing we needed.

Love it here. They have some really hard to find merchandise. So glad I dont have to run all over town anymore for most of my unique ingredients... Like real smoked paprika. Not that fake junk but the real deal....

I did some grocery shopping here this afternoon. I was pleased with a number of things; the store is large and well stocked, its clean, the staff is courteous and helpful, there is a pharmacy. The main reason I went there was to find deli corned beef and the fixings for a corned beef sandwich. Their offering, made by Boarshead, looks very good and I cant wait to try it. Publix is an upscale grocery chain. When youre looking for quality products, they are a good choice.

Place is nicer than other grocery stores. Costs a little man the other stores, but also has many coupons amd stuff. Good place.

Good selection but pricey

Exceptional experience, customer servicing, and their willingness to go above and beyond was apparent. I went in for ice cream only on this trip, but ended up with two bags of groceries. Although I only had two bags, the young lady that was bagging my groceries still asked me if I wanted help to my car. I am still young and vital by Gods Grace, but she still offered. The cashier greeted me, smiled and was also very happy and pleasant! Way to go Publix!

Nothing but the BEST from this Publix. As senior , in midst of Pandemic all is a challenge shopping. Caden in Customer Service does a stellar , above & beyond duty to help me via phone or in person to get needed items ( even it means checking w / another Charleston area Publix for items ). One of the many reasons why I will stick w/ this Publix as my go to store! All staff are friendly , cheerful , helpful and happy to be of aid or just say “Hi & welcome to Publix “!!! Thank you ALL!!

Sushi chef custom made my sampler due to not having a variety i was in and out like any other visit.

Good fruit, decent specials. But expensive overall. Only go there for certain things

Ordered a whole sub ahead of time due to limited lunch break time. Got there to pick it up and it was a half sub. Waiting in line to get it corrected. Get back to my break room at work and the sub is incorrectly made. Unedibale. Soggy and cold. I will not waste my time or my money again. Never even got an apology. Lady told me it was even ready ahead of time. Bad idea for a hot sub wrapped in paper. Hire someone with some common sense!
