This UPS Store is my go to, I literally wont go anywhere else. The staff are always extremely friendly and the owner Matt makes sure whatever you mail gets where its going in perfect condition. Im beyond pleased with my experience here and will continue supporting this store as I wish every place was ran by such kind people!

During this period of craziness, I’ve learned to rely on buying everything online. I’ve been pleased with this new method of shopping but was worried how I could handle returns. Now I just ask the supplier to give me a return authorization code and take my packages to this store. Your visit here will be pleasant, quick and safe.Upon entering a clean well lit store, you are quickly greeted by the staff that always seem eager to please.

This UPS store has a new owner and it is night and day from the previous ownership. Customer service has been great and they are very professional!

Friendly, but incompetent staff. The 1st copy of the airway bill had a pre-printed label with addressee. Of course, they didn’t use that one. The package was returned to me because the only visible address was the return address.

I love this UPS store! All of my shipping & postage needs are met here. The staff and owners are phenomenal. Always very helpful and quick. This store is in a great location! You wont be disappointed at this UPS store.

They are completely incompetent in this store. I dropped off an Amazon return for a package two weeks ago, and required a code for a return label before I left the store. Why did it take two weeks, for the store to realize they never printed the label necessary for return? Or perhaps they lost it, and were trying to cover for whoever messed up. A mishap that should’ve never happened in the first place. Communicate better, and learn to own up to your mistakes. If I could give negative stars I would. 🙃

Owner if she was the owner, Krinkle, Kinkle, must mean lazy wouldnt give me a receipt for my package just wanted me to throw it in a box. Very rude I called corporate and will continue to follow up as I am not going to accept bad service. She needs to do her job and get off her high horse.

My first time to visit this location. I have used other UPS stores with positive results and was not disappointed. Antonio was wonderfully helpful and provided me with excellent customer care. Will absolutely return.

Friendly staff who are willing to help. Youre going to pay a little more than just using the UPS website. Plenty of parking. They seem to have a new policy about not accepting large parcels but Im not sure what the rules are. The UPS shipping hub is close by on Estes Rd but they dont offer packing supplies and that location doesnt open until 3 pm.

This store is beyond horrible I would take your packages elsewhere they overcharge they’re completely rude just not a good store to go to

Closed 5 min earlier. Locked door and shut off lights as i was knocking on the door. Unbelievable. Never go to that location.

Its much easier to locate this store if you do not follow google maps direction. The service is good except no one smiles at you. I have a item to return to Amazon which is 7.5 x 28 inches (diameter x length), UPS staff charged me $11 for packaging which is much higher than what I expected.

Quick and easy return of an order.

This store has extraordinary customer service and stays open a little later than other stores. During the holidays they had extra hours on Sunday for getting packages off on time. I really appreciated it because I am too busy at work to get away during the week.When my printer at home was broken, they let me use a computer to print labels there at no charge.Leslie

Horrible experience with this UPS. The store clerk, Ann, argued on the phone with me about a package that didnt have a suite number on it. She argued saying the woman that helped me would ALWAYS tell me to check the address before signing my slip...however, I had a MALE help me and he just told me to sign on the bottom line. I was never told to check the address to make sure it was correct....Ive NEVER been asked to do this when shipping a package. So Ann tells me that I need to pay for shipping AGAIN, when it cost $11 in the first place to ship something that isnt even a quarter of a pound in weight. The fact she sat there arguing with me and HUNG UP the phone when none of this was my fault, and I was misinformed on checking the address, shows how unprofessional this staff is. I called back once I was rudely hung up on to talk to the manager and he told me I either needed to pay or pick up my package. This is not right and customer service was awful!

Worse service ever, please please do not use that office, very messy and lost two return packages of mine to Amazon

Always fast and easy. It may be a bit pricier, but its worth it for the service.

Service is a hit or miss depending on whos behind the counter.

It says it should be open at 8:30...it’s 8:50 and still closed. Other customers coming n leaving.

They were super helpful and worked really hard at packing and delivering for the least amount of money. Very friendly. Packages just arrived as promised.
