I ran in here with my husband and daughter to print out a document on the self service printers and was met by a hostile employee named Z. She was rushing us out and telling us that they close in 3 minutes when the website stated that they closed at 8 p.m. not 7 p.m. What I needed to do would take approximately 45 seconds yet this woman talking and trying to stop us from using the printer made the process longer. Perhaps FedEx needs to invest in some training for their employees on how to service the clientele. We went to Staples instead and was treated much better!! My company will be doing business with Staples exclusively from now on, we even opened a business credit card and rewards card due to the awesome service we received at Staples.

They didnt have what I needed (DVD blanks), but I got personal help, figuring this out. Great Service.

I had a cardboard cutout signed by Roy Williams to ship and everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. It was packaged perfectly and got to me quickly. Would definitely recommend using FedEx in chapel hill for any of your shipping needs!

Great service. Needed to ship 3 packages and they were ready to go within a few minutes. Everyone was wearing masks and had appropriate safety measures in place. Overall a very pleasant and efficient experience.

Excellent service and speed! Last Sunday, I had made some Valentine’s for my girls to be able to color in their own Valentine’s. I needed 10 copies printed on card stock. I made the mistake of going to Staples first who told me they would need the entire day to print 10 copies…baffling. Fortunately, I called FedEx Print... they said to come on by and they could print them on the spot. Valentine’s craft saved! Made some little girls very happy they could color in their unicorn valentines! Thank you!!

A plus service all the way around they greeted me with a smile. Printed what I needed in a timely manner. The Associate I thin his name was Shaun even punched out the holes with another machine because that part of the printer was down. They texted me when my order was ready.The parking is tight with only four spaces but the service is well worth the drive if you have to walk.

I have frequented this location for shipping for years, but today was my first experience for printing. Could not have dreamed up better service. Everything that I was struggling to do in the online portal, the team members sorted out and had in their queue to print within five minutes, ready to pick up an hour later. They even let me know about the UNC discount, which I would never have thought to ask about! Highly recommend this print shop.

I am a long time resident, home based business person, and UNC-Chapel Hill alumni, and so Kinkos has been here a long time, I used to come all of the time as our kids were growing up here. I am returning because the hours are good, and the machines are SO SO much better than the ones at Staples. The Staples store is closer to my home, but their self serve machines are SO SO slow. Staff friendly too. I will be back!

This is a great shop! Although they are overworked and understaffed, they always get the job done and they are courteous and efficient (especially Jim). I put in several orders for wedding signs and each came out perfect with no hassle. They need more staff because the guys are overworked, but other than that no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely entrust them with future projects.

Professional and accommodating. They worked quickly to correct an error that occurred with a print job (that was probably my fault, honestly), then provided advice for how to do it more efficiently and cheaply. I ended up with a better product at lower cost. I went at a quiet time (Sunday midday), and received excellent service.

Every time Ive been in there it has taken at least 30 minutes for them to simply hand me my prepaid online order. Just recently I went in to pick up one single piece of paper. There was one person ahead of me. It took 30 minutes. They dont seem to consider their customers time whatsoever. I do not recommend this store unless you have plenty of time to sit there. Bring a book.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I was very impressed with how friendly and attentive the staff here was. I accidentally came in with a shipping label meant for UPS. The staff member I spoke to immediately informed me of this, but offered to still pick my items into the box if I wanted. While I waited, multiple staff asked me if they could help me and asked how I was doing. Its rare to find such friendly customer service today. I highly recommend using this FedEx location.

After reading the poor reviews, I ventured to Staples to have my exam notes coil bond. However, the guy at Staples say it would be Monday before my order would be ready and directed me to Kinkos. When I pulled in, I pulled right into a space, which is unusual for Franklin Street. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. The gentleman took all of two minutes to bind my notes. I had a great experience and will be returning in the near future!

I just went here to drop off a package. A lady wearing a mask came out and took the package from me through the car window. Way to go FedEx!

I called to inquire about a quote to send some docs to an international destination. 3 times I was placed on hold & wach time a new person picked up who again asked me what i needed and to hold :( very unprofessional -I wasted 10-15 min and in the end didnt get the answer that I called forNot recommended!

I called inquiring about shipping regulations. While the staff member who helped me, Jim, was knowledgeable, it did not seem like he wanted to help me. He was abrupt, and when I asked for clarification about a regulation he was extremely rude and dismissive.

Worst customer service experience. The store manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

This Fedex is the SLOWEST. One person working and a line of 4 people and each one takes about 20 minutes and on top of that the employee keeps taking calls. This happens every time. Not enough staff at this location.

They spelled the recipients name wrong and were very rude.

I brought in four stacks of papers to be spiral bound (punch holes and insert spirals) over four hours ago and am still waiting. This job takes at most 10 minutes at FedEx Office. There is one employee and apparently he has been busy with other customers all day. Half my day has been wasted.

Their hours say they close at 6:00 on Saturdays, which I was counting on. Got there at 5:54 and they had already closed. Next time Ill take my business elsewhere... too unreliable.
