I could not believe the unprofessional behavior Peter exhibited. I looked up the website to find the owner and HE is the owner.He was degrading and unkind to an employee in front of three customers. He shamed and berated her for making a mistake. While the mailing services might be fine, I’d suggest using a different location where employees and customers are treated with basic dignity and kindness.

Postal magic! I went to UPS and was quoted $12 for a book to arrive 9 days later. I went to Pack It Ship It and somehow it was less than $6 and got there in a few days! Plus the recipient was notified by email that the package was being delivered. Theres also a lot of cool old paintings, books, and music you can buy on the cheap. Great service, way better than UPS or USPS- I never knew shipping could be a pleasant experience until Pack It Ship It!
