I was a 10 year customer of EZ Storage which is now Public Storage. The people I dealt with at EZ Storage on Centreville Rd, Bobby and Candy, were wonderful.But today, Mr.Ram of Public Storage, showed me service better than any I had previously received.I walked in the front door of Public Storage today as a polite gentleman. But, I was unhappy about a situation wherein I thought Public Storage was in the wrong. Mr. Ram dealt with me, in front of other customers, for 10 minutes with courtesy as well as firm resolve until I came to realise that “nobody was in the wrong”. I wish to commend Mr. Ram for his gracious customer service.

I originally had my stuff stored with EZ-Storage before the transition over to Public Storage. The transition from EZ to Public Storage was seamless and by all accounts efficient. I personally had no problems and the building was still safe, clean and the management that took over is very professional and pleasant to work with. Im no longer storing here because I no longer need the storage, but I do highly recommend this location and this company. They do their best to help everyone to the best of their ability.

I rented a unit and then had to change it to a bigger unit. Cecilia, the location manager, was very helpful, prompt and friendly. The units are very clean.

This is the best storage unit and the best management team I have ever worked with. Bobby and Candi and their staff keep this place very neat and running meticulously. We have a large long term storage unit to keep things we don’t need in our residence and plan to keep it for many years.

Please do not rent space from EZ Storage. The rate that they promised online in their special was only if you also purchased their insurance and keep it for a minimum of 1 month which I did. Well after several months I decided to drop the insurance which was approx. $20/month. Shortly thereafter I received an email stating that they are not responsible for any damages to my property but I still went ahead and cancelled the insurance coverage. Well guess what, I received a letter in the mail dated the day AFTER I cancelled my insurance advising me that my monthly rate would be going up by $26. I emailed them asking them what that was all about and that I felt it was retaliatory and they wrote back letting me know that they conduct an evaluation of the rates every 5 months and every 10 months and that based on their review, they were going to increase my base rent.What a coincidence!!! Now here I am stuck with a storage unit that is overcharging me and I am out of state unable to travel to VA and move out and into another more reasonable storage. BE WARE!!! They act nice and professional in the beginning to rope you in and then they change the rates on you. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FAKE SPECIALS AND RATES.

Beware is a good term for this place! I have been a customer here for many years. I even came back after leaving for a few years! Well now with COVID n all the trouble customers might be in, they are charging astronomical late fees if u fall behind! The fees are more then the monthly rent, which has increased so many times I can’t tell you! When I called them to see if they would work with me on the late fees, they said “No, we’re an essential business!” Ok, what does that have to do with your late fees?? All I was asking for was work with me on a $170. late fee for being 1 month behind! I could have paid it all if they would have taken some of the late fee off! Well they were not hearing any of it so here is what we all need to do. Contact your congressman and/or senator & tell them your situation with EZ Storage & their fees. You can’t even make payments it’s all or nothing then u continue to get late fees added like every week! It’s a vicious cycle! If u have lost your job due to Covid n I have n you have rent or mortgage plus utilities n food u need to live on, how can u survive with this place taking every penny u have?! We need legislation passed so that these people can’t hold you hostage and take your belongings! Call your senator and Congressman and ask them to look into these places charging these astronomical late fees! It can’t be legal for these people to hold your stuff and continue to charge you late fees and monthly rent because you can’t possibly get caught up because they just keep adding charges to your account!! These people don’t care about anyone but themselves! I guarantee u they have received PPP loans as they will tell you they have to keep all their employees on payroll. Which would be the owner, his wife and another employee that works there. They are clearly taking advantage of people who are struggling to just feed their families right now! They can cut these late fees and work with you they just refuse to do it! I just paid mine (which took my entire unemployment check) and scheduled my move-out! I will NEVER EVER come here again!Call Senator and Congressman and let’s get legislation written so that places like EZ Storage can’t continue to hurt the very people they claim they are there to help!

This place is incredibly, really incredibly well run. Neat as a pin. Really well monitored, amazing staff attentive, and detail-oriented.Have the largest unit avail here, conditioned space, for about two years now. Last week, I visited to pick up some item in my unit, and then left. The next morning, Eduardo called me to say I had put my padlock on wrong, and I should come in to to re-lock it. Incredible! They miss nothing, and you feel very safe and looked after here, no question about it.

Just moved into a smaller house and needed a storage unit to put some extra stuff. The staff is very attentive, Eduardo was especially helpful. The facility is clean and climate controlled. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend.

I had rented a small unit here for over a year. The couple who owns and runs this place are very friendly, informative, and easy-going. Their intro deal is SO worth it. The rates went up a couple of times after the 1-year mark, so it kind of evens out, BUT you get what you pay for - climate-controlled, spacious, SQUEAKY clean (EVERY time I walked in there), pest-controlled (found ONE bug when clearing out my space, and it was dead - which means pest control IS working), and secure. They have huge platform hand trucks for your use while in the facility. If I need to rent storage space again, I would love to come back here if Candi & Bobby are still running the place!

Bobby and Candi are great and personable managers! This is our first storage unit and they made the process very easy. With 24 hour security, we feel safe knowing our items can be stored without any issues. The facility is clean and air conditioned.

These people are all grins and smiles until you sign your contract. Once they reel you in, they could care less about you or your property. So be warned, if you fall on hard times and are unable to make your storage payment, be ready for all the ridiculous fees. And they don’t care if you’re on your death bed...they make NO EXCEPTIONS...at least that’s what they say...but I believe they make exceptions for who they want. Go elsewhere. The only positive thing I can say is it’s clean.

I looked at a few different places and this was easily the best storage options. I also have nothing but positive things to say about the people who work here. Id give more stars if I could.

This place saved me so much money when I ran into a last-minute emergency during my move. My wife was able to get us a locker with no warning or reservation, the orientation and paperwork took maybe ten minutes and the staff were (according to her) extremely polite and helpful, it was extremely easy to get in and out, and it only cost us $54 to get a ten by ten unit for a month. They turned a nightmarish move into a minor inconvenience, and for practically nothing in return. I dont know if this is a franchise or a one-off, but its the only storage place Ill recommend from now on.
