I have rented a storage unit from Extra Space Storage in Chantilly for almost 5 years! I chose a temperature controlled unit to keep my furniture protected. The location was ideal for me. The facility is always well-maintained! I could go at any time of the day or night and feel safe! I have always received excellent service from the management there! Staff is great, pricing is competitive, but beware of their advertising of units. The units are not 10x10, they are only 9x10. When you have a lot of stuff that is being moved from another location and you know you need that square footage, it is definitely deceiving. I was told by them that all storage unit companies just estimate their square footage, and nothing is the size they say, which I find hard to believe. If it’s only a 9x10, they need to advertise it as a 9x10 unit. I looked all over the site and couldn’t find anywhere stating that “unit sizes are an estimated size.” JUST BEWARE. If you need all that extra space like I do, measure it first.

The service at this Extra Space Storage is amazing. I was doing some last minute maintenance on my car the evening prior to travel, but had forgotten socket extensions necessary to do the job efficiently. The friendly manager came by on his cart as I was working. He offered to let me borrow some of his tools. I gladly accepted. Thanks to him, I was able to prepare my car in time. I can’t recommend this location enough.

Everything here is fantastic! The customer service is top notch, Hung reached out constantly and facilitated everything and was a pleasure to work with. Definitely the place to go.

Had a GREAT experience with this place. Reasonably priced storage units with temperature control and place kept clean. Staff was awesome and were always willing to help. I finally moved my stuff out after a year of trying, but if I ever need a storage unit in the future—I’m going back there!

First time renting a storage until for family. After researching around the area, Extra Storage place was where I found the space needed (climate controlled 10/20). The area is clean.Mr.Wayne, was very helpful over the phone and in person. I was able to get a good deal considering how last minute we needed a storage space. My family and I were walked through the whole process, super easy. We were shown how to use the gate and where our storage space was. Overall great service and help.

I rented two storage spaces at the Extra Space Storage on Daly Rd in Chantilly, VA. Wayne and Hung are the two men who run that site. They couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. I reserved my units online at a special web rate. But when I didn’t rent right away the corporate computer changed the rental rates. Wayne promised me he would honor the lower rate. Then when Wayne was out, Hung followed through. He contacted corporate office and got my rates adjusted. Hung also looked at all my stuff with me and made sure I got the right size storage rooms. Wayne and Hung are both very helpful and very friendly.

The manager, Wayne, was awesome! Super friendly and made the process extremely simple. I am beyond impressed. A few days after I started my lease, we stopped by to drop of some stuff and Wayne noticed us come in and came out to say hello and make sure we were happy with our unit so far.

This is a very well maintained facility. Parking lots are paved , lots swept, no trash buildup. I have never had any issues here and management is courteous. I have a long term storage unit, but they were very helpful in getting me a second short term storage unit when I needed it in a hurry. Would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a CLEAN storage facility.

Best storage I have used. I relocate for work frequently and have to use storage every time. This is the best one by far, very clean and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. Highly recommend

Ive been working with Gentry and Doyle over the last year, have made a couple adjustments decreasing / increasing my unit size and they have been extremely helpful every time. Guaranty Self Storage is an incredible company and very well run. The facilities are always very clean and the staff is always helpful and kind. I highly recommend using Guaranty.

The price is the best around, but that doesnt mean you get cheap service. You never feel like they are trying to take advantage of you or hit you with fine print, like some other places. The manager here is one of the nicest people Ive ever worked with. He even came out to offer me water one hot Saturday morning when I was loading and unloading stuff. They even provide the lock, which comes with three tubular-style keys. If they have any open units, dont bother looking anywhere else!

First of all, Im not a reviewing kind of guy. Guaranty Self Storage , however, is worth the effort. Two days ago I rented a place from another storage company in the area, but quickly found I couldnt access it when I needed to. My kids dont go to bed till around 9, and thats when the other Storage Company closed. I guarantee I got a rental with more space, at a lower cost, and with drive-up access. At the other storage location I was paying for a 4th floor, indoor, more expensive, climate controlled, yet still extremely hot unit.Also, the staff at Guaranty extremely helpful and accommodating. This might sound like a paid for review but its not. Theyre that good.

Gentry made my move in experience a simple process. He explained the terms of the rental clearly and made me feel confident that the rental facility was safe and secure. Rented a unit from Guaranty Self Storage in Chantilly for about 5 months. Their facilities were spotless, security infrastructures properly in place, and the people that work there are really nice. Moving in and out was a cinch. Had no issues whatsoever and my experience there was nothing but good. If I ever need a storage unit again I wont go anywhere else but here.
