Neil in the front office is awesome. Quick, efficient, pleasant and knows the property. Delightful to do business with. Ive rented at this location earlier and it tends to be clean, heated and air cooled. A bit busy on the weekends, especially in the warmer months.

I used to think storage companies were seedy businesses with terrible customer service, I honestly blame shows like Storage Wars. The ads alone had me thinking: A day late? SOLD! Yet when it came time for me to empty my parents unit I found the staff extremely friendly. Darryl was super helpful. Should I ever have the need for more storage personally? Id definitely consider Public Storage. The hire good staff folks.

Bryan could not have been nicer or more helpful! Great personality, took the time to tell me about the facility and explained all of my options thoroughly. The facility is very clean, well-lit, and easy to get to. The climate-controlled unit is a great feature, I am confident my belongings will be secure and will not have a musty smell, etc. There are a ton of moving supplies to choose from if needed.

Iris was super nice and answered all my questions without rushing. She even measured the size of my truck and recommended appropriate storage size. She was polite and very professional and highly recommended this storage place.

I was going to use this place since it has a $1 first month offer. So great, a special deal that is much cheaper than any other place. Turns out that there is a $24 one-time administrative fee. Ok, so my first month is going to total $25, still cheaper than any other place. Note that when you make a reservation the total is stated to be $25 in the confirmation email.However, once I arrived there it turns out the total is actually $61 for the first month. What?! I asked where the extra $36 came from and the manager said it was from the cost of the lock and required insurance. There is literally a big sign that says $1 First Month but once you actually get into the details, youll have to toss in an extra $60. Im no lawyer but this seems like a bait-and-switch scheme. If your wondering, almost every other storage facility costs ~$60 per month so just when you think that this place is a bargain, its not.Also, all these 5* reviews, take it with a grain of salt. The manager tells you to submit the review and stands by you while you are given the option to review. Nothing stand out to you that makes you want to give a 5*? Dont worry, shell give you a list of suggestions of things to write about while also check your phone just to make sure that it is genuine review.

Aida was my manager today and she did an exceptional job of helping to explain what would fit in my storage unit. She exemplified customer service and helped me find exactly what I needed for the best price; looking at other public storage facilities that could accomodate my jeep.As far as the facility is concerned, it is well taken care of and the climate control should be able to store all of my electronics with no issue. I would recommend this storage facility as a great value for the price.

I was looking for a 10x10 unit. Aida asked about the things I will be storing and showed me the unit and went through all the other options as well. Really great service. I would recommend this public storage for anyone.

I checked in to my unit today. The facility was very clean, and Aida was very knowledgeable. I had check in online, so we only had to verify my information, not enter it all from scratch.Aida was able to take me through the check-in process quickly, but she made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns.I was very comfortable and I anticipate a continuing good experience with this property.

I stopped by the Chantilly Public Storage today to check out the facility and see what was available. Aida assisted me and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She cheerfully answered all of my questions and readily showed me some of the units that were an option. The common areas and all the units we opened were completely clean. I hadnt planned to but rented 2 units today because of my positive experience. Aida is a 10 in customer service and definite asset to Public Storage.

Handles changes to contracts/storage units and any paperwork efficiently and with a gracious attitude. My experience at the Public Storage facility in Chantilly was very positive. The facility is clean, easy to access and the staff is professional and patient. My initial goal was to rent a storage for 3 months; but after the sale of my home and downsizing I had to rent 3 different storage units. As I sold furniture I was able to consolidate down to one unit after 12 months. Nabila made my transition out of storage painless and hassle free. I will definitely rent here again if I have too!

Keith was superb in helping me transition from a bigger space to a much smaller space. This transition was seamless and I cant thank him enough. Furthermore, he was able to help me again as I forgot my keycode to enter the facility. Simply put, he is a model employee and appreciate his efforts in helping the customer out.
