Great customer service, I do have to recognize the employees of this location for not being PUSHY and actually quite the opposite which I can only describe as informative, patient and knowledgeable. 1) Dennis Dunning (Sales Man) with over 20 years of experience with great skills an desire to serve by fulfilling your vehicle needs comes highly recommended. 2) Salvatore (Closer) with a soothing voice and a patience unequaled, Sal explained the Closing Documents with ease and no jargon. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I was signing and why I was signing it, which BTW took me less than 15 minutes to do so. Overall, you can only describe this Location in one way which is OUTSTANDING. Thank you for helping me acquire my Wifes dream car. :) JMR

Roberto was very helpful and answered all questions before and after the appointment. He has been my service advisor in the past, and he is always very thorough.However, a complaint with the dealership - when I made the appointment, I was promised a shuttle ride back home. But when I got to the dealership, they said they were not doing that anymore. If you werent doing shuttle rides, why did you promise it in the first place.In general though Sheehy people have always been great to deal with.

I recently bought a vehicle in July 2021 and I must say the customer service I experienced from Salesman Craig Sargent was top notch. I was searching online for quite a while before going out to test drive some options. When I arrived at Sheehy Infiniti and met with Craig I knew my search was over. He was very knowledgeable of the features of the vehicle. Not only that but he made me and my family feel welcomed which is not too rare these days in this current climate. If you ever visit this location just ask for Craig and tell him Tony from Baltimore sent you lol.

My boyfriend and I were in discussions with Moses since 9/26 regarding a used vehicle. He stated that the vehicle was in the shop getting inspected and they were waiting on parts, that he would keep us informed. I texted Moses at 8:03 am on 10/1 to ask what hours he was available Saturday 10/2, so we could schedule a test drive. Crickets...no response all day until my bf texted him later that evening and he said he would be in touch the next morning with the status of the car. He texted my boyfriend on 10/2 saying the car was sold. Not the kind of service customers deserve. Wish I could give zero stars!Response: How are you really going to make this better? Are you going to get the car back? Moses even asked me at one point if the price was dropped $800 would I purchase the vehicle only to come back a day later and state that his manager did not agree to a decrease in price and in fact the price might increase as of Oct 1. Seems any reduction should have been approved before asking a customer if they would purchase based on said decrease. Just such a waste of everyones time, especially mine!

Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly is conniving, greedy, and money hungry, attempting to persuade their customers of make-believe issues that exist in their vehicles. I attempted to use an Intermediate Service coupon for $50 off my vehicles service from this dealerships website and I was confronted with a harsh refusal from David C. and the dealership to honor a service posted publicly on their website; with the COVID-19 global pandemic causing financial uncertainty, I would have hoped this dealership would minimize costs passed onto and maximize satisfaction for its customer base. Instead, this dealership callously neglected to accept their own coupon, and then deceitfully tried to convince me that I imminently required $775 worth of additional service done on my vehicle; this claim by the dealership of additional work imminently needed to my vehicle was false, egregious, and immoral because it was not truthful. Please think twice before going to Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly; I was lied to and unfairly taken advantage of, and I hope that other Infiniti owners read this before the same happens to them.

Was mistreated as well as insulted trying to BUY their car. I had to seek out a salesperson because no one approached me even though I was clearly looking at vehicles and was interested. I have a Miata and was looking at their preowned Miata that is just a year above mine except had an extra 30 hp and more features I wanted, and everything was going smooth until the salesperson took my license at saw my age (under 21) and then he proceeded to say I could not test drive it because they had a policy for younger drivers test driving sports cars even though I OWN THE EXACT SAME CAR, and the reason for upgrading would be to see how the car felt compared to my own. I felt like I was treated as a child and disregarded just because of my age, even though I was looking to Purchase the vehicle outright and not take any loans. saw other reviews that also mentioned lack of diversity training and am appalled by what that other gentlemen had been through

We went in for a test drive and looking to purchase a used QX80. We were extremely lucky that Chuck Vanderwall was there that night. He spent a couple of hours really taking the time to understand what we were looking for. Needless to say, he found us the right vehicle and thus the perfect vehicle for my wife and our family. INFINITI Qx50 AWD 2021- Dont do it! Ive had the car for about 3 weeks now and the CHECK ENGINE light keeps coming on. So far in 3 weeks I have taken my NEW Qx50 in for service twice . This second time around my car has now been in the service department for about 3 days and they still cant figure out what is wrong with it. The QX50 2021 doesnt offer THE INTOUCH service either after questioning about the service 3 or 4 times no one had any answers. Im sure our salesman knew but wasnt honest about it.This is my first time buying an Infiniti and so far Im not impressed. Im truly disappointed!

3/2021: 2 hour preview of the QX55. I was disappointed that they didnt bring in one with the red and black interior that they have been advertising with. The black and white interior was dull and uninteresting. The red and black interior is definitely sharper and sportier looking.Updated: I dont trust their service recommendations anymore. Things have gotten worse the last 2 or so years. I feel that they dont inspect my car and/or check Carfax in order to give me an honest assessment on what really needs to be done. I sometimes take my car to another service shop because their prices are often a lot better (I.e. $400 instead of $1200 to replace some gaskets). All the work done at this dealership and the other service shop are entered into Carfax. It could be because they are not making much money from me because I get free oil changes and sometimes minor services from this dealership. I was planning on getting a new car soon. If I get another Infiniti, I am hesitant and unlikely to get it from this dealership.I have my car for 6.5 years now... how quickly time flies. Ever since I purchased my car from INFINITI of Chantilly, my car has never been anywhere but INFINITI of Chantilly for maintenance and regular service. To my surprise, I continue to receive excellent customer service from their service department as I got from the sales department. For someone who knows little about cars, I feel confident that the service recommendations are honest, and pricing is competitive. A couple of years ago, INFINITI of Chantilly changed to Sheehy INFINITI of Chantilly, I didnt even notice the difference in the service I received, which is excellent. They continue to provide high quality service as they have always been. The only thing I wish was different is the change in service managers. Of the years I have my car, I have gone through about 4-5 service managers. It is very difficult to build a long term relationship with one service manager. At the end of the day, Sheehy INFINITI of Chantilly continues to provide the top notch service, and it is the most important thing to me. Another thing I love about this dealership is that my car never leaves the dealership dirty. There were 2 occasions where my car was washed, but due to weather conditions, by the time I picked up my car, it was covered with pollen. My service manager sent my car back to have my car washed again before delivering it to me. I love that my car always looks shiny and clean when I drive off. Another thing I love about Sheehy INFINITI of Chantilly is their Express Service. It is difficult to plan ahead when my work schedule can be unpredictable. I love that I can show up when it is convenient for ME for service. As long as I arrived before the close for service for the day, I can get Express Service on the same day. Otherwise, I can leave them the car the night before, and they will provide a rental, if my car is getting services that provide free loaner. As for the Free Loaner, it is always a brand new car. It can be bad, that it is brand new, because the newer model are usually nicer than the older model. It is so tempted to trade up. I will be in the market for a new car in a few years. I already am planning on buying my next car at Sheehy INFINITI of Chantilly. Why go else where when I know I have the best here. :-) I highly recommend

Particular service personnel are absolutely unprofessional. I had a very bad incidence with one gentleman named Terry last Friday May 20th. I have Sheehy VIP service which promises vac and wash after every service visit weather permitting. On a nice sunny morning when other vehicles were also getting washed, I was told my car was washed - but when I checked the vehicle - I still had bugs splattered on the windshield and dust all over from my interstate drive the prior evening. Upon raising this with Terry, I was taken aback when the guy smirked - oh so you want a second wash - UHHH - Hello - it hadnt even been washed the one time.Terry says is gonna take half an hour and I agreed to wait. An hour later when my car is back - I notice a power seat button knob missing - and the passenger seat moved all the way back as if a big guy like Terry had just been sitting on it. I mean is one thing to not get good service, but intentionally damage a part of my car? Well sir - this is not right. Terry said the knob cover might have fallen off - I checked the drivers seat power button knob cover and it was not easy to take off. I asked it I could purchase the part - I was told I had to go to a different dealership. The part costs $130 bucks sir. I wouldnt bat an eyelid for a 10-15 bucks worth part - but is completely not right for you to damage my car. My girlfriend who was with me in the car the night before swore the knob cover was intact and in place and is willing to testify. This is simply outrageous. I need someone to take accountability and make my car restored to its original condition prior to the servicing done and the damage caused by Mr. Terry.

WOW! THE SERVICE MANAGER CHRISTIAN PETERSON DESERVES 10 STARS!!! When initially greeted by the first customer service rep with a c-grade How can I help you, I tried to explain my Infiniti G25 noise, and that I had AAA out and my own mechanic out who said I needed to take it to the dealer...so I just wanted to know is it small, big, ...that rep didnt understand and suggested my car was not all the way in park. I asked for a manager...and Christian not only came over to my car to try to duplicate what I was hearing, but apologized and immediately took my car in for diagnosing it FREE...and being that he felt it would take longer than anticipated, gave me a loaner car FREE..while they checked it out.Its like I got moved to FIRST CLASS. I have already told about 10 people about this great experience....THANK YOU Christian...you are true to your name.

Just purchased our fourth Infiniti and second from Chuck Vanderwall at Sheehy of Chantilly. Just a fantastic experience. I generally hate buying cars but Chuck is more like buying from a friend. Told him what we were looking for and we had a very simple discussion on price and trade in and we were done. Easy process, in and out with the new car in less than an hour. No surprises. So I came to Sheehy Infinity of Chantilly to purchase an Infiniti I had found online on a Saturday afternoon and all was well until we got into the salespersons room. To which at this point, he proceeded to act as if he had never interfaced with a person of color in his life before, channeling his inner Jamie Kennedy from Malibu’s most wanted. But no seriously, The sales person continuously changed his voice to speak in an “urban” or “stereotypical black” tone. He constantly attempted failed attempts at humor dancing down that same controversial road, and overall just clearly made lots of assumptions and presumptuous statements based off nothing aside from my appearance alone. I provided no information regarding my background, interests, or hobbies, yet and still, the ill-informed man thought he was really making a connection and sharing common interests as he blindly tried to “make a connection” as a salesperson, I’m assuming. There were also other little micro aggressions in the conversation as well, such as him inquiring if I was certain that my provided DC home address did not have an apartment number that i forgot to include. In the moment and throughout the process I tried to limit conversation altogether, disregard most of the questions/comments, awkwardly laugh it off, and hurry through the purchasing process, but the experience only got worse. The dealership was unwilling to negotiate a single penny off the sticker price and provided no discounts or concessions even after repeated inquiries and questions in regards to the markup. Once in the finance department, that gentleman attempted to talk fast the entire time and rush through the deal. Transparency was the farthest thing from his intentions, as he only revealed my interest rate after I explicitly inquired what it was after observing my projected monthly payment at the end of the spiel. Come to find out, that rate was double was another bank was readily and willing to offer me. Long story short, this dealership has very unethical practices and they clearly need some sort of diversity training amongst their employees. When in doubt on how to speak with or interact with black people, I don’t know, maybe just try speaking to them respectfully like they’re a regular educated human being and as if you were a regular educated professional yourself. Just a suggestion! Surely this is not the tone or mannerisms presented towards “other” consumers coming in to their business to purchase a car. But wait there’s more! About two weeks after I was subjected to these awkward, humiliating, and inappropriate actions for the hours it took to complete the purchase, I was then contacted by the dealership saying that they did the taxes on my tags/title incorrectly, and that I would need to pay even more money to get my tags; to which the temporary ones that were provided weren’t even 30 days from my original purchase date. The manager was very dismissive and ultimately unconcerned about my issues and experience. Lastly, he simply told me that I signed a contract agreeing that the price I paid for my tags was merely an estimate and I would in fact have to go out of my way to provide them with the additional payment that was due, mainly because of their overall incompetence and lack of knowledge, research, and due diligence. This is not my first, second, or third time buying a car. I have purchased many vehicles elsewhere and have never had an experience like such. I don’t know why my experience was so different than many of the other glowing reviews I see below, but at the same time I also think I may have an idea. The manager even laughed when I said I would leave him a glowing review detailing my experiences too. I hope he’s still laughing when corporate investigates this further as well. Nonetheless, other potentials buyers beware and take your business elsewhere. They should know better and be doing better. Completely unacceptable for a company as big as Infiniti or any company at that, in this day and age.

I spoke with Patrick one of the most professional sales person I’ve ever spoke with. I’d rate his performance a 6 out of 5 if i could. He represented his dealership extremely well.The 4 starts is because of the business antics and tactics that Infiniti financial takes. FIRST CLASS SERVICE!I frantically arrived at the service department because my brake lights remained on when the car was off. I didnt have an appointment since this occurred during a shopping trip. There was a gentleman waving me in to the service lane who greeted me. Immediately Tim Fitzgerald (Fitz), a service advisor, came out to see what my concern was. I was with my elderly mother who had not had lunch yet, we had plans lined up for the day, and this unexpected issue had me stressing. Fitz was quick to calm my nerves and gave me a loaner car to grab lunch while my car was assessed. My car was ready in less than an hour! The issue (loose wires) was a quick fix and due to an after-market part that wasnt covered under Infiniti warranty, but they took care of it as a courtesy. Best service ever! Fitz is the best! Thanks so much :)

My experience started with Isaiah, who setup the car for a test drive. He was friendly, courteous and informative about the car, gave a brief overview.I found the car online at another Sheehy location, contacted Craig to see if he could get the car from the other dealership - on his DAY OFF. And he replied, go the car in their possession and we went from there. This has been the most pleasant and easiest experience Ive in purchasing a vehicle. I did not have a good experience with this dealership. Bought a preowned car but ended up returning it, as it did not have the blind side warning system as we were told it did when we purchased. That was my only requirement! The customer service was horrible as I was hoping for some resolution so that I didnt have to return it, but nothing was offered, except other cars out of my price range!! When purchased, I was not given an owners manual or sticker that showed any information about the car. THE WORST part of the purchase, was the super fast talking finance guy who tried to sneak every extra cost in and if I didnt read the fine print almost signed for at the end! He went through everything real fast and wouldnt answer questions. He tried to get me to finance at a 6% interest rate, until I told him that I would walk out! He also told me that I couldnt finance less than $10,000, which I dont think is true, as I ended up purchasing another car from a different Sheehy (Tysons), and they allowed me to finance less. I personally would NOT recommend Sheehy of Chantilly!

I am a Sheehy VIP member so I take my car to the Sheehy Infiniti dealer in Chantilly. The first time I went there everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with my experience. Since then I’ve tried 3 times to go back and get my regular services (oil change, tire rotation and car cleaning) with little success. The first time I made an appointment through their website which allowed me to chose 7:30 as an appointment time option. It wasn’t until I got there that they informed me they send their mechanics home at 7. The second time I tried to book the appointment they sent me an email asking me to call the dealer because something came up. When I called on one answered or called me back. So I didn’t go because as they said “something came up”. The third time I got the same email but decided to call the service number provided online instead of in the email. This time they told me to come at my appointment time. I get there and they only have one technician and there’s someone else there who said they had an appointment at 6:25. There’s obviously no way they can get to both considering they close at 7. So they tell me they likely will not be able to wash down the car, a service I pay for. I wait at the dealer until around 7 and it’s like they said, they rotated my tires and changed my oil but no car cleaning. This is a service I pay for and they should ensure they can provide upon scheduling. I don’t know how it turned out for the guy with an appointment at 6:25 but I’m guessing he did not get what he needed. This dealer is 30 minutes from my house and not easy to get to. If they’re going to make an appointment they should make sure they can fulfill it.

There was no pressure from Curt, as I let him know up front that I was looking at a couple dealerships for the right Ford Explorer. Once I decided on this one, the buying process was straight forward. I even noticed a small nail in one of the tires after I had signed all the paperwork, and Curt had it patched up by the service crew before I drove it off the lot that same day. I was looking for a great deal for Infiniti QX80 and I found one here at Chantilly. The salesman Dennis Dunning was quite efficient. I spoke to him once on the phone and told him what we were looking to achieve and he said he was on it. He would call me back and give me details once he found what we were looking for. He text a few times for clarification. Then he got back to me in a short amount of time and had a great deal for us. There was no haggling or aggressive selling technique. Everything was clear and up front. We went in the next day signed the paperwork for a new vehicle and off we went. So I would definitely return here.
