BUYERS BEWARE!!!I have bought and traded cars for over 20 yrs and this was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication and respect to customers at this dealership is appalling. The vehicle I purchased from this dealership broke down on the side of the highway in less than a week. I also bought and paid for a $1700 warranty for the brakes. Well apparently the vehicle didn’t actually qualify for the warranty they sold us so it was turned down by warranty company. We’ve tried for the last three months to get the refund and to this date have yet to receive it. All they do is make excuses after excuses for everything that has went wrong, which unfortunately is a lot. Thankfully I found Land Rover of Greensboro. They are very courteous have great customer service and treat you like a dealership should when buying a expensive vehicle. My only advice is that if you are willing to spend the money on a Land Rover then do your homework and compare the two dealerships and others for yourself. I sure wish I would have.10/01 Randy’s response to Land Rover of Chantilly:Your dealership has had over 3 months to resolve this matter and have yet to do so. Therefore I’ll be finding a lawyer to speak with the dealership and Land Rover Corporate further on this.

Jennifer and AJ have been great this entire experience! Jennifer stayed late the first visit since I drove from Fredericksburg (over an hour) and I just didnt make it in time and she made an appointment with me on her day off to come in to complete the transaction. AJ was great at making the finance process painless and has been so kind and helpful, even helping with cancelling my warranty on my trade. Land Rover is lucky to have these two! This is my first experience with Land Rover but it wont be my last! They know how to make a customer feel important! Thank you Land Rover of Chantilly and Jennifer & AJ!

Jacob the Sales Person at Chantilly Landrover/Jaguar dealership have exceeded expectations over and over again. He us helpful in so many ways, even after selling me by beautiful Jaguar . He response to all my questions and help with me maintenance set up and delivery of my vehicle. He makes sure my vehicle is fully charged as well. He certainly goes above and beyond his call of duty to help his customers.He will definitely have my next purchase and purchases of my friends and family.

I worked with Jake exclusively to buy a defender online and ship it to Colorado. He did a 5 star job in all aspects of the purchase including assisting with finding a private shipping company. We had a couple loose ends to tie up after the sale was complete and the car was delivered and his word was good as gold. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Jake.

I am a range rover Land Rover owner. I am having my SUV doing a service at Range Rovert Chantilly. I dropped off the car on Friday, Oct 1st. I informed Anna, the advisor, that I had commitments over the weekend and needed my car by Saturday, Oct 2nd. Anna said this would not be a problem, so I did not make any other backup plan. But on Oct 2, I was informed that my vehicle would not be available today, and hardly on Sunday, because the service has not been started yet. I am filing a formal complaint here regarding misleading information that Anna gave to me, which has caused me huge inconvenience and financial loss. Please get back to me with a proper resolution, otherwise, I retain the right to escalate this issue with a lawyer. -Robert

Service Department is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Last month when my AC needed servicing I called to book the appointment I was told they were busy but if I waited 2 days they could get it in. When I took the car in I informed the service rep I was l leaving town in 3 days and needed the car. I was told “no problem”. No call that day to pick the car up. When I called later that evening I was told I hadn’t gotten into the shop yet. The next day I called again and was told I was told a new compressor was needed (5 year old Range Rover) and no warranty coverage. I authorized it and reminded them I needed the car in 2 days. After several more calls, including a call to Richard (the general manager) I got the car mi tied before I needed to leave, but at least I got it.Last week I noticed a small oil spot on my garage floor under the rear differential. Took the car in on Wednesday and Hubert (same service rep) checked me in and told me the car would go in first thing Thursday. On Thursday, no call so I called later in the afternoon. Left voicemail for Will. Eventually was called back and told the seal on the diff had gone bad and I needed a new differential (less than 75,000 miles on vehicle). Oh, and by the way, Hubert had been “let go” a couple days ago. Eventually, I was told that they weren’t sure I needed a new differential but only a new seal…hmmm? I asked if it would be ready Friday evening and I was told “possibly” but “definitely” on Saturday. they would call me that evening to let me know. No call Friday evening. Saturday when I called, Will said the tech wasn’t even in but he’d look into getting g a loaner car for me. It’s now Saturday afternoon and no call from Will, no info on a loaner call and no eta on repair.I’m fairly sure this review will get a response that says “they are sorry to hear about my experience.” I noticed all of the poor reviews seem to get the same lame response.

I drove to the dealer shortly thereafter and to my surprise, the vehicle was out front waiting for me and perfectly detailed. It is these little details that differentiate a fantastic sales representative from mediocre. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Agreed on price for my trade, drove 5 hours for them to change it when we got there. Saying we needed tires when it was just serviced and didn’t need tires. Has since listed our car for $8,000 more than they traded at. So all the disrespect over $500. Then sold us a damaged vehicle. Never apologized for issues. Spent the whole day after purchasing an expensive vehicle in the shop. Management is dishonest and rude. Heard them say something was wrong when they thought we weren’t listening. Still having issues. The vehicle broke down 3 days later out of nowhere. Sat on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting for Land Rover to get the car. The service department was nice and tried to help but managers put a stop to that. What kind of upscale dealership treats people like they don’t need their business? Apparently Land Rover of Chantilly. This review will be edited after Chantilly makes good on who they claim to be. Vehicle still in the shop. So we will see.

I’ve dealt with land rover in Chantilly for more than 2 years now and every time I come in they don’t fail to disappoint me in their service and what needs to be done with my vehicle. They are good at swiping your card for the service but not getting the job done. They fail to give me a call every time to pick my car until I call them (that’s after waiting 1 week or more). It’s convenient for me commute wise and I hope that they change their poor culture they have been carrying every time I visit but it just gets worse.

When you buy a luxury vehicle you expect a certain level of service to come with it. Unfortunately our experience from not just one dealer but now two different dealerships has been anything but luxury at all. We have received better service from our previously owned Mazda that cost a fraction of the price of our new Range Rover.This dealership service department really got off to a good start until they wanted to fight us on having warranty work done on an obvious body molding issue that came with vehicle when we purchased it. At first two separate issues were being covered under warranty when I dropped the vehicle off for service. Then I get a call from the Service Director Edwin of Chantilly who refused to cover the warranty on our 2021 Range Rover that was driven off the lot 8 weeks ago.The Service Director Edwin tried to say whoever applied the ceramic coating to the vehicle, tried to pry up the pillar on the back of the vehicle causing a small amount damage to install the ceramic coating when I explained that doesnt make any logical sense being a ceramic coating is like a wax applied to the vehicle with a rag and no parts were taken off the vehicle in this process and I proceeded to tell him that this damage could of very well been there when we drove it off the lot and we are just noticing it there at their dealership dropping it off for service, he then began to blame the other dealership and said that we would have to drive back to that dealer (5 hours away) to address the issue. When I asked why would I have to do that when Land Rover is Land Rover and what does it matter which dealer I come to for service and/or warranty work, Edwin continued saying not his problem and that the damage was our fault, not Land Rovers issue and that Land Rover would not be covering the damage no matter who caused it.We will not be investing any future car purchases in Land Rover or Jaguar. Serious disappointment in the way their customers are treated and valued for the price you pay for these vehicles.

This dealership just robbed $6700 with three back to back fake repairs (without resolving engine light issue) in July for my 2013 range rover evoque, very well maintained, single owner vehicle with no complaints until July 2021. I dropped the vehicle in the 1st week of July for regular service and with engine light ON. After delivery of the vehicle, drove it for a day and the engine light was on, brought it to dealer and they kept it for almost 12 days again and the moment I got it home, service required message and engine lights were on. Already they robbed $6700 and third time like charm I took car to dealership within the span of a month and they said it needs $5400 repair and said they can discount it to $4000. This is insane, they have no limit for robbing. Ive spoken to service manager/director to explain why they wasted $6700 for not fixing anything and doing wrong diagnosis. The answer was horrible and he said thats why I drive BMW M3 or M5. I am working on filing a civil suite in this week. Becareful fellas who live around this Chantilly area. I feel lucky that I didnt buy the range rover HSE which I was shoping for. I can dump my Range Rover Evoque and done dealing with Landrover dealers for my life. Ive also complained to Landrover USA. Will see what they uncover. Hope they dont encourage their dealerships robbing customers 🙄 😐

We recently bought our second land rover, a defender, from the Chantilly dealership - Jake delivered personal service and worked to help us find the exact vehicle we wanted. He stayed connected until and after we took delivery.The reason we returned to this dealership? Quality of service. About 10 months ago I scuffed the paint on our ranger rover entering our garage - I took it in to have the damage assessed and the dealership manager happened to be in the service bay at the time. He took a look and rather book it for repair he said he would try and rub out the scuff - more impressive was he did this himself - we like the brand, but service and team engagement is what brought us back.

I booked appointment online and received a notification in my email few days before my appointment. The day of my appointment when I went in the rude person sitting there tells the email doesn’t mean anything to us but we only call and you can now leave because we are busy. I would give it below one star if it was possible. If you are looking for a decent place with good customer service that would behave like a good human being then avoid this place.

I worked with Jennifer and Richard (Sales Mgr) on the purchase of my vehicle. I had to wait until the vehicle was ready and as it turned out I was on planned vacation when it became available. Both of them worked with me using face time, lots of pics and really gave me the velvet glove treatment holding the car until I returned back to town. Super easy to work with and they both gave me top-notch service. The purchase process was easy as well. I give high marks to this dealership for their attention to detail, service and friendliness. I came to the dealership and started working with a lady named Jennifer who didn’t think i was qualified to buy a car from this dealership. She quickly passed me off to a salesperson named Jake Faircloth. At first i was concerned but it happened to be the best thing she did. Unfortunately i didn’t purchase the BMW M4 due to finding the M3 i wanted, but Jake provided everything and anything you could possibly ask for in the car shopping experience. I visited Jaguar -Landrover in late February for an airbag error noted during an inspection. During my visit, I was informed of the backlog of cars due to staffing mainly impacted by the pandemic. The service attendant confirmed my appointment for March 4 2021. I dropped my car at the designated time and was informed that my car would not be ready by close of business; subsequently, a loaner would be provided. A couple of days passed , so I visited the location and was informed that my car had been taken into the service area and needed a new airbag. I reviewed/approved the estimate and was told car would be ready by end of week. A week passes, I do not hear anything until March 24th . My service advisor left a voicemail notifying me that a clock spring was ordered to complete the airbag installation as the tech thought this piece came with the airbag. Again , no communication about the additional part nor cost . I contacted Hubert; my advisor, and communicated my frustration with the lack of professionalism, poor communication and length of time for the repair.( 20 days. I simply requested a call from the General Manager or the Service Manager to discuss the matter . Another couple of days passed , Hubert leaves another voicemail stating he had been in contact with his Service Manager who authorized a discount . I was told that the Service manager was in meetings and completing a test drive . I again expressed my displeasure for the lack of customer service from this location . On 3/31/21, I picked up my vehicle without a call from the GM nor Service Manager . I requested to speak with Mr. Martinez who welcomed me into his office. I found Mr. Martinez to be unsympathetic and and lacked integrity as he denied knowing of any issues with my vehicle. He simply stated there were staffing issues service , he was new and addressing the issues. Unethical , unprofessional and the worse in customer service.

Too bad I didnt get his name, but very helpful, best customer service ever. Ok. So these guys were beyond awesome. I had AJ from finances and Jake from sales. I actually live in Maryland but passed several other landrover dealerships to come to Virginia because these guys made my dream car a reality when all the other dealerships could not. I researched, planned, ordered and waited for my custom vehicle to be delivered and it all happened without a hitch. Jake kept me posted every single step of the way up until my tags were in. I thought it was important that I wait until the very end to give a review so as to show my entire experience from beginning to end. If I had to do it all over again, (which I probably would when Im ready to upgrade) its a no brainer. It would be landrover Chantilly. Ask for Jake!!! He is the very best!!!

Only if there were zero stars. Can not speak to sales but the service department service is terrible. Our previous two services for our Land Rover Discovery have both been awful experiences. The first we were recommended to have both sets of break pads and rotors replaced (front and rear). We received our estimate and based on the cost we decided to get a second opinion. Not only were the OEM parts significantly less we actually did not need to replace the rear break pads and rotors.Most recently we had a check engine light come on. We decided to take it back to the dealer for this since it appeared to be an emissions issue. Based on the diagnostics which cost $400 (found out after the cost is half that at other dealers In the area) they quoted us an $11,000 repair expense. When we started researching the repair it appeared as though the repair should be covered by the 8 year 80000 mile Federal Emissions Warranty. When attempting to discuss with the service manager he accused us of not driving the vehicle hard enough and basically stated there was no such warranty and offered no empathy or assistance in the matter. Only assistance was to tell me call Land Rover direct which I did to open a case which I intend to follow through with.After that conversation we started digging into the quoted parts list and every part quoted could be obtained OEM for half the cost of what Land Rover Chantilly quoted not to mention in our case not all the parts are likely even required. This dealer is assuming people don’t know or understand their vehicles and will blindly accept the service recommendations. Based on this we picked up our vehicle and signed to decline the service. Low and behold our emissions light is no longer on. Not sure if will stay this way but at least I did not blindly give this dealer $11,000 based on their service recommendations.Good service is a dialog and centered around a sound experience and value neither of which this dealer provides. You spend a significant amount of money on a car and specifically in this case a Land Rover or Jaguar you should expect better.

Customer Service in the Service Department leaves much to be desired. Service consultants have no authority to do anything beyond following a script. When I purchased my Velar earlier this year, the front license plate was not installed (I purchased my car at a different local dealership because of color and options). Chantilly was willing to mount my plate when I brought the car in for an inspection (which was not complimentary like most luxury dealerships). The service consultant tells me after an hour that I don’t have the back-bracket to mount the plate the way it should be mounted. So although it’s something required on a vehicle they wanted to charge me for a cheap bracket -huh??? The consultant has no authority to comp a license plate bracket! I didn’t buy my vehicle from Chantilly, so it’s not their issue... After a few minutes he came back to tell me that it was actually there all along.I was also told that my car has 3 recalls (one related to the cooling system), but when I asked if I could leave my car and just get it done, I was told no, we’re backed up. You’ll need an appointment for that.This is NOT what I expected from a Land Rover dealership service department. Guess I’ll be driving past my closest location to a Land Rover service department that values the customer. I’ve owned Acuras and Infinities over the past 20 years and am shocked by the customer service I received at this location. I expect a Land Rover experience no matter which dealership I’m in. I will not be recommending Land Rover Chantilly.Update: I did not get charged for my inspection, so 2 stars

Jake Faircloth took great care of me on a recent used car purchase here. I found them during a lot of internet searches for a specific make/model that I wanted. I was buying from out of state and Jake and Jaguar Land Rover Chantilly in general made the entire process smooth and straightforward. They let me work out details via email ahead of time, had the car detailed and ready when I arrived, and made paperwork painless. The car is great and so was their service. Highly recommended!

I worked for the great sales guy who hustled to find me the product I wanted at the price I wanted. It was an all-cash deal since it was from my credit union... Then the finance guy started coming on and making me sign more and more documents and kept trying to push things on me that I didnt need. He didnt listen to the customer. Im keeping the car two years and hes trying to sell me five year extended warranties!

Fantastic sales and service experience - repeatedly!I have had three purchase experiences - buying a 2012, 2016 and a now 2020 - all new full-size RR.Richard Grzesiak has been my sales manager on each buy. He has a great style, knowledgeable, expeditious with a no nonsense approach. Customer service like I’ve never seen at any dealership. In fact the 2020 purchase was so efficient with this power team, it was done completely over the phone, text & email. THEN....Richard personally delivered the RR to our driveway at our beach home in Delaware. Where we finished up the paperwork and keys dropped in my hand, followed by my huge smile! Living in MD, I wasnt planning to head to Chantilly to purchase my used Ford Explorer, no less a Jaguar/LR dealership, but Im glad I did. Salesman Jake Faircloth was honest, transparent and fair and attended to my needs as if I were there to purchase a new luxury vehicle. Never once did I feel presured. I walked away feeing confident in my purchase, and comfortable knowing Jake and LR Chantilly would be there for me if I had any future issues that required resolution.

We just purchased a Land Rover from Jaguar-Land Rover in Chantilly, VA and we can not say enough great things about this dealership. They treated us just like their own family. The entire staff was friendly and helpful but definitely Dave and Amir went above and beyond their job duties to be sure we were 100% happy with our entire experience before we left the lot. Amir was extremely patient with me while I was taking my time and asking so many questions about each vehicle before I finally picked one. I went there for info on getting a trailer hitch installed on my 2017 Range Rover HSE Td6. They gave me a quote of $2,181.65 for the parts and another $1,116 for labor. I ordered the parts from Land Rover Tampa for $1,347.40 (plus $247.48 for shipping). I guess that extra $834 is to pay for their new showroom (which I walked into on Saturday about 1pm and saw at least 5 employees, not one of which offered my wife or me any assistance).

Amazing experience!!! Me and my husband bought a Range Rover last month and our salesperson was TATI and she did way more than I expected, she went above and beyond. Since from the beginning she was very pleasant to work with, and showed great project knowledge guiding us through the whole purchase experience. You can tell a lot about a company by how they handle problems. I recently had a leaky windshield, causing water to drip into my fairly new car during heavy rain.I immediately took it to Land Rover Chantilly and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and support I received. Adam made the intake easy, explaining the thorough check and repair service for this type of issue and quickly got me into a loaner so I could get home (it was 6pm and I had my 6-year old). True to his word Land Rover fixed the issue and replaced not just the windshield but also carpets, some of the console and any other parts they believed could be compromised. It felt very thorough and reassuring - my new car still felt new! Adam and Hubert turned a bad experience into a good one. That’s great customer service - Thank you Land Rover 😀

I went to Land Rover of Chantilly to look at a Range Rover Sport that I had my eye on and to get a feel for the dealership and worked with Farris. I knew the vehicle I wanted to look at but didnt really understand all the features of the vehicle. Farris took the time to explain and show me how they worked. He was also very personable and easy to work with. During the process I also worked with Dwayne and AJ. I really liked that there was no back and fourth and I was never pressured or no attempts to talk me into anything. The finance process was fast and AJ really worked to get me the best possible deal. I will definitely recommend Farris, Dwayne and AJ for anyone I know looking for a Land Rover. Great overall experience and I am more than happy with the vehicle I purchased.

Worst car buying experience!! I never seen such a horrible managementLeased a vehicle around new year finance manager messed up the paper works since then they still havent able to fix it. Because every month its under new management and new managers comes in and blames the old managers. At the end I got threatened by the General Manager Richard If i post any negative review about this issue they are not going to service my vehicle.This a terrible dealership and horrible customer service.

Maybe a little to thorough for me but I dont hold that against her lolWhat interesting is that a incident happened where Ms Margie and was looking at my (now owned vehicle) and a customer who was dropping off their Range Rover hit our car in the parking lot while it was parked. There was damage (small -$1000 worth) but they took the car anyway. Of course they didnt give us top dollar what the vehicle was worth.However, two great people(AJ in finance) made us feel welcomed and I appreciate them for that.I know this is petty but I wouldve liked healthy snack in the snack machine. There was no special send off after buying their vehicle.I dont regret buying my vehicle atAll!!

The SUV was immaculate and there were no other SUVs that came close to the options and price that this one had. I worked with Annamarie who was my sales consultant.
