I have purchased mattresses at big mattress retailers,department stores, and even online. I sort of dread the experience to be honest with you. It’s full of gimmicks and sales tactics that just tend to get on my nerves. Nonetheless it was again time to get a new mattress.So I came across this Happy Back Mattress Company, read their about section and was intrigued. I called and made an appointment to come in and talked to a guy named Josh. Josh was very personable and did his best to work with my schedule so we set an appointment.So me and my husband get there and I am greeted outside the door by Josh who has a huge smile on his face. He graciously thanks us for coming in and shows us all the mattress options he has. No sales stuff, just shows me what he has, answers my questions as best he can, and helps me find me what mattress works best for us as a couple.We ended up buying a Sapphire Sleep Cool Tech memory foam, king size :) and WE LOVE it! It feels nice and cold when we get into bed, supports my husbands back, and was literally 1/3 the price of similar mattresses I had seen before coming here.5 STARS all the way from this lady. Josh is such a nice guy! He answered all my questions up front and met me with smile. He showed many different new mattress options that he had available and once I picked one, set it aside and let me come back for it when I had a truck days later. He was very punctual and has such amazingly low prices! Will highly recommend to all my friends and family! Thank you again Josh!

The FIRST ever mattress I purchased was from Josh when he was at Mattress Firm. Since I was right out of college, I’d only had “hand me down” furniture/mattresses, and didn’t have a big budget to work with. I’d been to other stores to check them out, and felt extremely uncomfortable with their reactions to my budget restrictions, especially when they all wanted me to just finance. Josh made sure to help me find something extra comfy, that was in my budget, without financing. I will definitely be going to him very soon to get mattresses for my new place.If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, and cares about you and your mattress buying experience (not just making a dollar) Josh is your guy!

Great display of several mattresses to see which felt better to me. He was very knowledgeable about my health issues so he recommended which mattress he thought would feel the best for me and after trying all of them I ended up buying the one he suggested. Very fair prices also. I highly recommend checking these mattresses out before buying elsewhere.

Great service, great quality and you wont find better prices for a brand new mattress anywhere. Josh was great to work with. Wish I would have just went here 1st when I started looking for a mattress. Got me everything I needed in about 10 minutes and even kind of went out if his way to deliver and accommodate for the holiday when he didnt need to. This is how you run a family business
