Mattress firm was great! Lorel did in amazing job not being pushy or overwhelming. He was honest and helped us find the best mattress for us. Being a first time mattress buyer, I was a bit apprehensive about buying from a store and dealing with a sales person. The loss of one star was due more to the price. having driven to the clearance store versus one of the regular ones I was honestly expecting a few more mattresses at a clearance price. in case youre not sure the clearance mattresses are ones that have been bought and customers did not like so they were returned in sanitized and repackaged. Obviously selling a very expensive mattress is what they would like to do even though we ended up purchasing a clearance mattress the gentleman helping us was super friendly and nice and tried working with us to find a mattress that I wanted but also at a price point that I was willing to spend.

Purchased a mattress with an adjustable base last Saturday for our spare bedroom and had it delivered today (Black Friday).While the room wasn’t quite ready, we set it up in the living room to try it out.Best thing since sliced bread!!!!All day I had a pinch in my left leg causing pain and discomfort so I used the zero gravity setting (while I tv binged on my much needed day off).After just a few hours, the pain and discomfort went away.What a beautiful day this turned out to be! 🙏Lior our salesman assisted us by listening and asking lots of questions to satisfy our needs.He was patient. BEST Customer Service around!!!!!!We purchased a king mattress and adjustable bed base from this location. We had an issue with the mattress being too firm so I went in to speak with Joe the manager. He was happy to help remedy the situation. He was so helpful and willing to do what he could to help us. He actually came to our house!!!! He said the springs and gel inside had not been broken into yet so the bed felt hard. We pulled it off off the frame into the hallway and he walked and jumped on every square inch of that bed to get it to loosen up!! If this isnt going above and beyond I dont know what is!! Customer service is something that is almost impossible to find anywhere these days but Joe has restored my faith!!! Not only is he a super nice guy, he is honest, knowledgeable, listens to what your needs are, extremely helpful and has blown my mind with the level of service that we have received!
