Uncomfortable walking in the store, they are right next to you the whole entire time like if you going to steal something. They wont accept returns on anything even if your skin reacts ( how do you know until you try?) Learned that the hard way...and it was a couple days I had purchased th body product so she recognized me. Butoh and best for last...none to little knowledge of ingredient.

Friendly staff with lots of products.

The employees followed us so we could ask any details of the products. My mom who isnt very fluent in English feel welcomed here, since this is one of the few Korean beauty shops.

Customer service is not good. Most of sample products & Sale products are expired items. Even though it was regular sales, they put final sales/no refund stamp on each receipts.

As a young black woman, I’m aware that my skin color causes those to be racist and hate me. However, I did not know that while visiting a store to look for face masks and little lotions that this would come into play. I visited this location today, and if I could go back in time and not visit I would. My sister and I entered the store and immediately the two employees came to the front to greet us. (Mind you this is a tiny store, that you can see everything from back at the register.) I thought they were just greeting us, however I couldn’t be more wrong. Every step my sister and I took, the employees took the steps with us. I felt very uncomfortable and mentioned to my sister I felt we were being followed, and she told me she thought the same. We ended up buying about 14 items (over $30 together) and we left. I made sure to mention as we walked away that next time I would appreciate not being followed, and the employees skipped over what I said and told me to have a “good day.” The hurt and embarrassment I feel inside shouldn’t be, however I know this is a daily occurrence for many black people in this country, and world even. I hope this location is able to learn from their mistakes and stop the racial profiling.

This shop is really bad . I bought the YEHWADAM cream and it make my face itchy and have a red rash all over my face ,. I come back the shop and show them how my skin is and want to exchange a different of kind I used to use before but they don’t let me . They said they can’t do anything with this and can’t exchange either . They just want to sell but they don’t care about thier Product effect and damaging your skin. I told them about the cream and the problem and the worker told another customer about the problem. Very rude and disrespectful. Never coming back here again
