I love this store! The customer service is great, which really means a lot being black. When I went in there looking for a cushion foundation, the employee was very helpful in matching me and did not discriminate. I especially love coming here for lip products and face masks.

Very clean and tidy inside! They have a point system for every dollar you spend. Just like sephora. Also members have more benefits and better deals. Some items may be a little pricey but so worth it.

There was a promotion that give an eco bag for the customer who purchase more than $50. My sister and I purchased $250 and we asked for 2 bags. But the manager(I think she is the manager) says, It was one purchase so we can give one bag only. If she said that before we pay, we wont purchase together. They need to learn a customer service skill.

NO REFUND policy.For the first time, I purchased air cushion yesterday and with my curiosity I looked up on Amazon since I have Amazon Prime. The same product and It was more than $10 cheaper. Thinking I may want to return it and looked at the receipt. NO REFUND. only exchange. I was supposed to be notified about this before purchase and I did not see any sign in the store. I do not want to exchange because other products probably are overpriced. I love korean cosmetic products but why would I go to the store who has NO REFUND policy? Look I learned Amazon has Korean cosmedics and even cheaper. More impotantly they have great custormer service & reasonable policy.
