Leo is quite sickening as a person, playing on others hardships to make himself seem right or powerful when all he does is work at a Walgreens. He really think he knows more than a degree holder from a public Ivy League university. He had given me a hard time on multiple occasions due to his ego issues.

Consistently poor customer service. When trying to drop off FedEx packages, they often deny me for various reasons such as, package is too heavy, package is too big, or others... even when my drop off packages are 100% compliant to their rules.... I just dont understand.

I just want to give a shout out to the cashier that helped me today. I think his name was Clemente. He was the cashier and just such a nice, friendly and helpful person!! I asked him how old he was and he said 21. I have to say - probably the most pleasant and helpful 21 year old Ive met in a long time. He deserves a raise!!

Very helpful staff, manager thoughtfully brought out my elderly father’s online order so he didn’t need to enter the store to pick it up. Thanks for the great service!

I had a horrifying experience at this store, I wanted to ask a question about printing a photo, the lady shouted on me without even getting my question.she was so rude!

Way better than the CVS just down the road. The pharmacy staff were professional and courteous when I stopped through. A week later I get a call from the pharmacy staff asking if the new medication I was on was working for me or if I had any problems or concerns. Unexpected, but appreciated! Will definitely be going here from now on.

System has been down for days to sell any allergy meds behind the pharmacy. So much for Walgreens pharmacy. Save time, go elsewhere.

My 20-year-old grand-niece, who has bipolar disorder 1, borderline personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder, ADHD, and a severe case of PTSD drove up to the drive through to pick up her medications. The people at the window were so rude, did not initiate a thank you, or reply to my niece’s thank you to her as well. Even though my niece is so deeply sensitive, it is BASIC common courtesy to say thank you; or at least reply it. My niece had stated that the woman just looked at her blankly. She then drove to the Walgreen’s parking lot and cried for an hour.To the pharmacy staff: everybody has problems. The best thing you can do in this world is to be kind.

Absolutely no sympathy for a medical emergency. A simple prescription in desperate need of (no - controlled substance) and I have the bottle and they are not able to help at all. Disgusting.

My family and I come to the Walgreens on 13926 Lee Hwy, Centreville, VA, 20120 quite often. This is our favorite pharmacy in Fairfax County. And I am sure we will be coming for many years in the future. Their pharmacy department is doing an incredible job!Mr. Leonardo Garcia, the pharmacy specialist, at this Walgreens is the most helpful and attentive professional in the pharmacy profession I have ever seen in my life. He impressed me highly with his knowledge of drugs and their uses. It was an unforgettable experience! Excellent customer service provided by Leo (Pharmacy Tech) and Sandy (Pharmacy manager) during my visit for flu shot. I am a regular customer here, I like the store as its alway clean, neat and spotless. Staff is always willing to help. overall very happy to have this Walgreens near my home.

Extremely caring and professional staff. They make me feel special every single visit. There are many places I could go to get my prescriptions filled and I choose Walgreens because of the great customer service.

Flo is awesome! There’s a kid that works here who I think his name is Miguel? Anyways I was clearly next in line but he went to help another guy behind me buying deodorant sticks. I guess he figured that guy needed to be rung out first due to his bad B.O. something that Miguel can relate to...whoops! But yeah Flo is the only one who really works, I respect her work ethic!

I’ve been getting medication for my dog at the centreville/Braddock location and I often run into delayed issues w the pharmacy. There’s always some sort of miscommunication and I usually have to plan a week in advance to get my pet his medication. It’s super inconvenient and my pet is dependent on his seizure meds. It’s time to change pharmacy’s.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!Your manager at this location is the WORST she has ZERO customer service skills!!!! She is arrogant and rude to customers as well as employees.I have been to numerous Walgreens and this is by far the absolute worst! Its sad that the manger is impacting the whole store, I will not be back to this location I will drive out of the way to a different location. I think it would be in your best interest to investigate this individual thats impacting your store greatly due to her unprofessional rude arrogant ways!!!!

Much better than CVS and other drug stores! The pharmacists are always polite, focused and willing to help! Other store personnel vary (sorry). So far never had an issue with scripts...contrast that with the NextDoor reviews at CVS Pharmacies. I fear with how few people are there that they will close down.

Great people! They are always friendly and willing to help. It gets three stars because they frequently get your order wrong. They have send the same prescriptions to my doctor over and over when it wasnt needed and keep sending prescription refill requests to the wrong doctor.

9:30 pm isn’t a good time to start cleaning your floors with such extremely LOUD machine! I was there buying medication for my headache, imagine my surprise when I walked in there and this noise wouldn’t stop! The noise was killing me I ended up leaving.

A nice store. Friendly service. The parking can be a bit hectic but the service I have received trying to find an item was easy and friendly.

So I’ve been to this pharmacy for so long and never had at bad experience but today. Usually Leonardo is the one person who I deal with and he is awesome! But today 10/13 at 8pm I went to pick up my prescription like I do every month and the pharmacist (lady in the white coat) was pretty rude she was giving me the wrong amount of pills and when I asked why she pretty much blamed me and not just that but her tone was not really appropriate. I have never have a problem at this place even tho there have been mistakes previously the have handle it good and politely but this person today was really rude and you can tell she is not a people’s person!

Pharmacy is terrible. CVS is faster and more knowledgeable.

Leonardo is so knowledgeable and kind, and paid attention to our needs as well as those of other clients with great care. He was very patient and assisted us with all our queries and took time to get to know us personally. This Walgreens has hired quality staff!1) This review is for Damiana the pharmacist at the Lee Highway Walgreens. We are new clients and she was most helpful in getting us started and assisting with my husband’s medication and giving us important dates and information. She was exceptionally kind and patient. We look forward to returning.

The pharmacy staff are slow and not very friendly. They also will not accept coupons for epipens. Go to CVS where they have the same medications, accept coupons, and are friendlier and are extremely fast.

GREAT customer service. I had most of my prescriptions at the CVS pharmacy in Chantilly, tried to refill on a Sunday, they are a 24 hour store and they were closed. Called Walgreens and in just a few minutes they took care of everything in a very friendly manner.

Every once and a while I get a nice person at the pharmacy buy lately because every month I get my prescription here the ladies are rude or act impatient with me. they stand behind the counter laughing and talking as a line forms behind me and get irrated when they actually have to help. i like walgreens but someone needs to talk to the pharmacy people. last time they said 20min wait it took almost an hour and I did go back and ask if it was almost done and it wasnt the guy was very sorry but no one else cared. just thought Id say something and I never rate anywhere I go

Probably the better of the drug stores in the area. The store is clean and you can typically find whatever you are looking for here.

Awful experience! The staff is incredibly rude and bad vibes all around. Pharmacist messed up and refused to take the blame for not filling my prescription on time after I called ahead. Avoid this place!!

Pretty good variety but pharm slow

So much more helpful than any other Walgreens close by to my home in Fairfax/BURKE which wont even tell me over the phone whether or not they have my ADHD in stock because its against their policy... Which is total bs laziness and lying. Because when I call THIS Walgreens they immediately take down my info and check for me. So thank you for being SO fast in your drive thru and so nice and professional.

They sell expired products. My son was born on June 20th and doctor advised some formula milk also went to walgreens to get the Similac formula on June 24th and when happened to feed my son saw this expired date on the bottle and was shocked and worried for my son. Went to walgreens and the manager expressed her sorry and gave a replacement. I was not happy this might happen to anyone and worried my son might get stomach upset I wanted to let the people know that look for the expiry date inside of the box also. I saved the pics of my receipt and the expired botttle.
