Clean, good customer service, and over price 👌 and late charge is reduculis..

Not very efficient or friendly.

Went to the front door because they said they open at 10 a.m. There was a sign that says sorry for any inconvenience had to run to the bank. I waited 30 minutes to see if anybody was coming back. nobody returned to the store. I left very displeased very mad. why would you have an open sign on if no ones there.

Gavin has great customer service skills unlike his Mgr. Drive to the other side of town to pick up a phone because there side was totally out of all three styles I was interested. The Mgr hung upon us when we asked for a discount on another one. Bug Gavin rocks. Phil the Mr is another story

Being there made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable with the employees checking her out and making comments about her thinking that we don’t hear. Mitch doesn’t know how to talk to people. The other worker seem to not care about the job and shows no effort into helping a customer

They dont know how to do a phone plan

I have had three phones from Cricket in three years. Each cost about $180. Two of them quit working within a year. Other one is not hot spot capable so I keep it for backup.Just waited till 10am to buy a usb c cable. Walmart was sold out of them. This Cricket store had to discount the cable more than 50% to get the price reasonable. Original price is $40. Just for the cable without the 110 volt adapter. Walmart price is $17.Cricket is a merchandise scam. I am going to try a different carrier. Tired of this ripoff. Decent price for monthly phone service but that is where the scam is. Low cost phone service but they are selling poor quality phones for high quality price.

Great place. Manager Phil and especially Kevin were very patient with us, and when my sons phone was stolen, we had to come back several times. Kevin was very knowledgeable with products and services. In 6/15/17 I came back to add mobile hotspot/wifi with my iphone, and Gavin showed me how it worked very kindly. He took his time for my questions. These guys are the best in town!

This company is a rip off. They DO NOT have good net work for internet, When ur not in ur service area. And if u which ur service befor the end of ur billing cycle the will NOT prorate bill like other companys. They keep ur money, my advice is to stay away from this company if u work for ur money. Wish I could give them no stars.

They lie about their hours. Website says 5p on Saturday. Drove up to store at 425p door has no closing time for sat, then the employee says they are closed. They closed at 4p!!! This location sucks!!!!!!!
