I immediately took them my phone and was told 2hrs. 30 mins later got an email saying my phone was fixed!Went back and was amazed 👏 at the service that I received. My phone (rather “old” in terms of cell-phone years) was losing battery life very quickly. The local Verizon store recommended I try Cell Phone Repair. The service was professional, respectful, and prompt! I’d highly recommend this business!

These people are great! Im not sure the name of the person that did my work but everyone was very friendly & professional. My phone wasnt charging and I was anticipating having to replace the port. They took it apart, cleaned it all out, and had me on my way in 5min with a perfectly functioning phone again! I would highly recommend having them look at your electronic device if youre having any issues!

As a last ditch effort I popped in with my husband’s iPad to see if it could be saved. Of course, we already had replaced the iPad because somebody told us it was useless. I just didn’t want to believe the old iPad was a goner. I visited the Cell Phone Repair — Michael to the rescue — because he has saved us many times before. I have taken several broken iPhone screens and dead iPhone batteries to Cell Phone Repair before and been quite satisfied. These iPhones and iPads are expensive and CPR makes maintenance easy. I have never had a bad experience here. Anyway, remember the iPad I was telling about that was useless because the charging port was broken? Yeah the one I brought this time. It took Michael at CPR about 5 seconds to fix. Michael is the bomb! So here is the take away. Don’t throw it out. Give Michael a shout.Now, if only we could remember the pin code to unlock that iPad.

My Lenovo Yoga computer wasn’t working without being plugged in. It’s an older laptop but they were able to track down a new battery for it and install. I went to a few other places prior to being referred here and no one would even look at it or wanted to send it off. They were able to assess on the spot, give me a price estimate, and I had it fixed as soon as the parts came in 5 days later. I also liked that if it wasn’t the battery and ended up being something else, they wouldn’t charge me for their time or the part of it didn’t fix it.I couldn’t be happier and will definitely refer to them in the future.

This place is amazing went thru my insurance and having issues with them, which is off topic. But CPR had my phone fixed in about an hour and that was front screen and back glass. Professional and extremely quick.. people are helpful and understand their job..Definitely recommend whether you go thru insurance or pay on your own.

I got a new phone recently and trying to change out the SIM card between phones it was being problematic, Verizon was unable to help and suggested I go across the street to the repair shop. A very helpful and professional staff! They were able to get my laptop repaired quickly too! They quoted a week timeframe and it only took a couple of days. The service was good enough. I went in to replace a cracked screen protector which cracked less than a month later. Dont know what kind of protector it was but it was garbage.

From my first phone call to help determine my options to pickup of the phone I was impressed. Their website gave me confidence in checking with them. They shared their experience with many phone issues. Covid-19 protocol is observed. Multiple technical staff members allow for fast turnaround. Our Technician, Matt, communicated twice in a two hour period to share progress and options for completion of the repair. After all the work they stuck with their quote on charges. Impressive. We will use CPR Cell again. The location near Linndale Mall is very convenient.

They are very nice and patient! My 12 Year old son called... twice with questions about getting his PS4 fixed and they patiently waited for him to take the very long round about way of telling them what he wanted. After that they were able to tell him what was most likely wrong and give him a quote. We took it in a bit later and they were just as nice and knowledgable in person. He now has his PS4 back, its working just great and they fixed it for $20 less than they quoted us.

Highly recommended. A couple of months ago I went in with a question and the rep at the counter explained to me what he thought was the issue, what it would take to check and repair but made it clear that it was just a guess. He didnt pressure me at all or leave me in question. Today, had a minor emergency for another device, went back, up front cost, quick turnaround time. No complaints at all. Thank you.

The back glass on my phone kept coming off due to a different shop doing a battery replacement, and they could not fix it. CPR Cell Phone Repair reapplied my back glass free of charge and I was in and out of the store within approx. ten minutes. Awesome service!

My teenage daughter needed her screen replaced as it fell and cracked. They had parts in stock, were able to tell us what it would cost, and a super fast turn around. In fact, they were able to get it done in about half the time they told us. 100% recommend and I will definitely use again if needed.

Went to CPR (Cedar Rapids) with a severely broken screen. They had it fixed within 45 minutes and so happy that we were able to get access to the more than 25G of data that would have been lost without having it repaired. Today, everything is backed-up to the Cloud but without CPRs efforts, we would have been in a very dark place. I highly recommend using CPR to help out with your cell phone critical issues and repairs.

Went in to have them check out a problem with the charging port on my smartphone. It was a simple fix, so simple that it took only a few minutes and some standard tools. The guy who helped me (forgot his name!) was helpful and efficient. Ill be back in the future if I need help again!

Went in for a warranty replacement on a screen protector, and the guy put verizon to shame with how well he put the new screen protector on. Not even a hint of a bubble. Cant even tell its there. Amazing work and very nice people.

My experience with CPR was great! I thought I would be spending $60 or more and take an hour or more to fix my wifes cell phone. Instead, Michael took it for a few minutes, fixed it, and wouldnt take any money for the repair. I recommend them highly for your cell phone repair needs! I know I will be back if I need them. Came in for a very simple issue (woodchips jammed in my charging port, didnt have tweezers to get it myself), fixed it in about 10 minutes and didnt even charge me! Will definitely be coming back if I need more significant work done in the future.

I had a crazy problem with my wifes cell phone. It would not verbally notify with sound for an incoming text, everything else OK. After about 8 hours on line/phone with the manufacture and the cell tower provider I gave up and went to CPR. Matthew fixed it in less then 10 minutes by removing the App that I had loaded to clean the phone, thanks for great service.

I brought my S8+ here for a repair on a SquareTrade claim. It was my first time getting a phone repaired and first time using SquareTrade, so I had a lot of questions. Matthew B. patiently answered them all. I had problems with my microphone, speaker, charging port, shattered and unresponsive touch screen, broken back glass, and the hardware buttons were starting to get mushy. I didnt even tell them about that last one, but they fixed everything.

They did a great job replacing my battery. I have more battery life now. They also did a nice job replacing my screen protector. It took them only a couple of minutes to replace my screen protector and that usually takes me much longer. I will definitely use them again.

Michael was very helpful in repairing my phone, fast service. Oem screen had a defect. They worked with my schedule and replaced it again with a factory warranty and now it works great. Very quick service. Not thrilled with the note 9 all glass on durability or cost of repair, but that is for another review! I would come here again.

The person that helped me at the store was great. I am not techy at all so taking care of cell phone issues is a daunting task. The first time I went in I was told they could not fix the phone but thing gave me great information to help make the decision about what to do next. I went in a 2nd time to buy a phone. If not for the young man helping me in the store I would have had extreme difficulty making the change. Due to his help and explanation it was relatively easy. Never bought a refurbished phone but I am trying it since they have a 1 year warranty on everything they sell. It was such a good experience my husband is going in next week to get a phone. Fantastic service. Quickly (less than a minute) identified the issue with our phones charging port, removed a piece of metal that had become lodged inside, and didnt charge us. Well definitely head back if we have any issues with our other phones.

I needed my screen saver replaced. I have the lifetime warranty replacement screen. It costs $5-$10 when you go through the mailing system. I walked in and had the screen replaced within minutes for $10. So efficient! I will never hassle with the mailing system again.
