The customer service was completely absent during this visit. After waiting almost an hour in the hot sun and I told Dakota we had planned to change providers, he did not try to find a solution. He just presented the current promotion. Our phones were too old, but he didnt offer any alternatives.

I had a phone update available, and despite restrictions in place, I think I only waited about 30 minutes. Jessie helped me pick my phone and even save me a little bit of money. He was likable and down to earth and helped me get a new phone without breaking the bank. Highly recommend Jessie for any help you might need at this store!

Horrible customer service. Have people waiting for help and team members are just walking around talking with each other or disappearing into the back. Other team members actually working dont have a clue what theyre doing. Took me over an hour just to pay my bill. Going straight to US Cellular after this. Screw Verizon.

It has been awhile since Ive been to a Verizon store,went here to get a gift card,very pleased at how fast someone greeted us considering how busy they were,after purchasing my gift card I decided to look at the phones,I really do need a new one,mine is a samsung galaxy s4,not very pleased that there was no info on the displayed phones,and no prices,after figuring out how to get the price on them,I also figured out you have to do the phone comparisons online at home,but its all good. Ill make an appointment when I go back to buy a new phone. Pleasant experience.

Im not a customer and tried to call them to tell them they have been sending someones bill for the last 6months. I went to their local store and the talked to the sales personwho said he couldnt do anything about it. He said he would show it to his manager and if they keep sending them to me just throw it in the garbage. He wasnt even interested in changing the address so I wouldnt receive anymore bills.The sales person acted like I was bothering him and couldnt wait for me to leave. I wont be buying anything from Verizon knowing how difficult it is to try to get ahold of a real person.

My experience at the store was wonderful. Very patient and informative in helping me decide on a new phone. Unfortunately, after my purchase, I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon trying to activate my iPhone 12 and now it is going on two days and they’re still working on it. I’ve been a Verizon customer for years and they’re saying they’re having troubles with their system.

Very dissatisfied. We waited 45 minutes in the parking lot before being allowed inside to view the phone selections and ask questions. When we finally got to out turn, the representative Kim was impatient, not helpful, snarky, and condescending. She also had her mask pulled down below her nose and mouth and got nasty when we asked if she would mind pulling it up. We ended up leaving as we were very uncomfortable with her attitude, and I felt unsafe. Very scary and disappointing visit.

Tried to get online to see if this place was appointment or what I needed to do to get a new phone. It said you can schedule but there is no requirement. I then tried calling this location to check in to see what they needed. Was on hold for several minutes.. waited and waited. No answer. Figured I’ll go check it out to try and get help. Only one other vehicle in the parking lot. Should be good news! At the door they have someone come out. I tell him I’m wanting a new phone he says youlll have to schedule an appointment, only one time tomorrow and none available anytime soon after that. I can order and pick it up. For me I want to check out the phones before I buy an overpriced product and trade in 2 phones. I asked why isn’t on the website (excuses about location). I asked why didn’t you answer the phone (no response). I left angry and the guy said have a good day? Really? I understand it’s covid. I have a mask. You weren’t busy. Let’s be a little more customer oriented. Stop using this pandemic as an excuse to have poor customer service.

Normally this would be a good review, in fact yesterday I was in the store and Desmond helped us in a timely manner and was on the ball. Now for the bad, I returned today to finish the deal Desmond had set up for us and it was busy so a small wait, no big deal. However while waiting the employees skipped me not once but twice, and after skipping me I was only acknowledged after I decided to leave and was half way across the parking lot. The only way I will be returning to this location is if I’m dealing with Desmond personally. It’s sad that the sales man made the sale for a new iPhone 11pro and a series 5 Apple Watch 44mm and the store employees don’t have the integrity to help that happen. I’ll be contacting corporate to make sure the salesman gets the credit for his sale he made.

Worst experience ever, all they want to do is sell you stuff. They gave us a number to their loyalty team to try to help. Turns out there isnt even a loyalty team. Verizon does not value their customers all they care about is money. All a bunch of hoopla, been back and forth on the phone, to the store, on the phone again. NO ONE CAN HELP YOU.

They were great, when I was exhausted with trying to get my employment status updated so that I could get the discount I went to see them at the Verizon office over near Westdale Mall. They are the best Verizon office in the Marion/Cedar Rapids area. I was stressed out but they were patient, sweet, gentle and kind. They are also great listeners and new exactly what to do to help me. I could just hug them all. Thanks Verizon! You are the best in customer service and helping people. God has a blessing with your name on it 🤗

The staff are always great! Helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic, try to address concerns as they come up. The company/corporation is still criminal at best: if they had any competition that they didnt squash or buy up, if change in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, I cant get the rural coverage I need anywhere else.

Went looking to upgrade my phone to a Samsung device. Salesman wanted to up sell me to another price point - went as far as to tell me the phone I wanted was not in stock. Verizon is shipping me my new phone (the one I wanted) for free. Don’t bother with this retail store - sales and service online is much much better.

Verizon has the worst service of anywhere I have ever seenNo one ever answers the phone. They say they will be with me in a few minutes and no one ever answers. They charged me 11.67 for a new phone even though they made a mistake telling me I needed one and they had agreed to no charges. When I see the charge on my phone no human being is available to correct the problem. They are absolutely terrible and I strongly recommend you go elsewhere which is exactly what I am going to do this afternoon

I upgraded to an iPhone. The new store is very nice and clean. Check in was prompt. I had to wait a little longer then I expected but they had some iPads for my kids to play in which helped entertain them. Once we started the upgrade process everything was efficient.

Would give zero stars if I could. Last three times in this place, no help at all. The last time an absolutely rude response from a worker. The problem is the behavior that ive seen in this store is that you, the customer, should be thankful youre in their store. No customer service. The last three people that helped us, or More accurately provided no help were rude. The last was talking about us in front of other customers while we were walking out. I will not go here any more. We went across town and finally had a decent experience.

Great help when I somehow lost my voicemail and messaging on my phone. Someone else at a satalite store was checking the battery and lost them for me. Wont go to the satalite shops again. Will only go to the real one. The gentleman got back my voicemail even though I dont get notifications that there is mail. Better than not having it at all.

Went in, tried to get a double charge corrected (the 2nd charge was from a location I have never visited before) and the customer service rep was incredibly rude, not helpful, and kept blaming my bank. Long sorry short, I had to call Verizon corporate out on Twitter and the mistake was corrected in 5 minutes. Will never visit this store again.

Upon purchasing my new Google pixel it was broken. The speaker was messed up and I couldnt hear anything. The man helping me was passive aggressive and Everytime I visit he has this distained expression as if me coming there to have my phone fixed is a problem. In sorry, this is an $800 phone... I want it fixed. Even calling goggle and having to talk to two people they still didnt send me out the box to have to replaced. I am not a pleased customer at all.. if I knew I was gonna have this much trouble. I would have stayed with my old lg phone. 😡😡😡😡😡

Verizon is my favorite mobile company and I always recommend it. Theyre expensive though! My prepaid family plan is worthless because I always finish my data before the end of the circle. I went unlimited with them and paid $180 per billing circle which is too expensive for me! $80 for my phone , $80 for my wife and $20 for the jetpack!

Pandoring staff. Mediocre coverage. Decent data speeds. Most expensive in town. Several dead spots in Cedar Rapids. But most of all, they breached their contract by raising rates on grandfathered plans. I dont do business with unethical companies. Good bye forever Verizon. Remember this moment. Youre so big that you think you can treat your customers poorly and it wont matter. You wont be the biggest for long. You lost 4 lines in my house and I will share my experience with others when it comes up. The only way Ill deal with Verizon is when a class action law suit is filed. Ill be first in line.Update: I answered to every Verizon employee that asked me what they can do to keep me as a customer to keep my old, promised rates. A year later they have better rates than I had before they unexpectedly jacked my rates. Whoever is in charge of setting prices needs to be fired. They lost me and countless others when they didnt honor their contract and within a year offered better rates. Lost lots of money on that decision. Oops. US Cellular has superior coverage locally. But if you regularly travel out of their service area it may not be for you.

When they get busy it takes forever to get to talk to anybody. I have waited 10 mins in this place without anybody talking to me. Thats happened at least 3 times. They see you and ignore you. When you get to talk to someone they are friendly but I have left twice. I order my phones through the app now. They show up overnight shipping and just need activated. Takes 5 mins. Way better option for me.

Everytime I go to that store there are issues placing an order or modifying my account. I always end up angry leaving that store. I am specifically calling out the North side store because I have went to the south side store and ordered new devices and made changes ro my account which were progressed fine. The manger at the north side store is very rude and interrupted my wife every time when she was calling in to get the order straighten out. I would highly recommend going to the the south side store or just ordering online to save you a lot frustration.

Would give negative stars if possible. When you call, it puts you in automated phone loop and they never answer. Also, dont go into the store because you will either get no service, have to wait over an hour, or get rude service. I do not recommend.

I went in to buy a screen protector for the Moto Z force (Verizon). Its expensive to buy their screen protectors, but I couldnt afford to wait for one to come via Amazon.While I was waiting my turn, I saw the staff helping someone that came in after me. So I approached the staff and she forgot what phone I had requested a screen protector for.She searched but they were out of stock on the screen protector. So I asked for a case that flips over to cover the screen. They were out of that too. Couldnt give me the display model though...I feel like its bad customer service to not stock anything for a phone thats a Verizon exclusive and came out just last summer.

Bought and returned Note 7 twice, the first time the store rep was excellent she reactivated the old phone and plan.... Not the same experience the second time, I waited in the store for over an hour, wasreferred to the 800 number where I waited on hold for over an hour several times, each time they said they had to fill out a form and nothing ever happens now on week 3 of this foolishness

My boyfriend came in today after spending an hour on the phone confirming he could pick up our two new phones which were in our names. The manager turned him away nonchalantly and had a horrible attitude. If you like be talked down to and like wasting your time with managers that shouldnt be managing anahting-this is your place. Didnt even have to walk in to give this place and the manager 1 star. It should give me the option of zero.

I waited for 45 minutes to be helped while the two managers stood behind the counter chatting. (mind you there was 4 people ahead of me, and only two sales staff helping people) When I was finally helped, the lady had a attitude! My screen would not work, went black. I was told I did not have extended warranty and that I would have to go to Video games etc to purchase a used phone. Instead of trying to defuse my anger from the long wait. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN! POOR POOR POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE! Instead I will call customer service who are quite friendly.
