Great customer service. In and out.

I have been ordering thru Walmart, my packages come thru FedEx damaged, thrown on front porch. I placed another order, it was due yesterday. I took off work another day because it said it left Casper FedEx at 5:30 am today, sat here all day. Talked to two different agents thru Walmart who said it would be here before 9:00 pm. Still not here. I talked to Walmart again, the guy didnt speak much English but then became a smart a__. I screen shot everything. I will have to miss another days work

Lol wow it must be her first day on the job ! Waited 20 min total to hear that my package is out for delivery ! When I track the package it says it’s at the facility but this Yahoo can’t seem to find it for her life so her excuses it’s out for delivery lol yeah fukn right! does anybody know what the hell is even going on here!!?? 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ Wonderful waste of time for everyone !

My FedEx driver went the extra mile in delivering my package. I would like to recommend him or her for a commendation, but the FedEx phone system wont let me contact a real person. This may be the best that I can do.

My Normal driver John is outstanding. How ever we had a different driver this time.. I had an $800 ring shipped to me. We had it done where a signature was required. Now I understand with covid dont want us signing. But this driver noted that the package was handed directly to the resident and signed for. The package was left on the door step to a closed business. When I called I was told I would get a call back in 24hrs. Lol a week later I finally got a call back. Then was given 100 excuses on why it was left. What it boils down to is. The package came a day early so I was out of town and not there to receive it. The driver didnt wanna leave a note or drive back the next day. So he left it sitting on the doorstep of a closed business and reported that it was handed to my husband. When really he should of held on to it or noted it was left on the door step.

Says they delivered a package yesterday and I have on camera proof there were no deliveries. Called the office same thing they said it was delivered. 170.00 package gone and never made it to the porch.

They helped me ship my sister to the Galapagos Islands no questions asked....

I rarely have an issue with FedEx. I had made an order and it was suppose to arrive today. Cool. Prior to shipping I changed the address on file with the company who was shipping (I also have spoke with them) Spent a good amount of time to ensure it was being delivered to my workplace as I would not be home to sign for the package cause you know adulting. Anyways, when I tracked it said it was sent to the facility which closes before I get to them. And will try to redeliver tomorrow. Called them and asked what was up I was here and he said it had to deliver to my home first before they can change the address to my work. -insert sarcasm face here- Now call me crazy but the whole reason people change addresses is because no one will be at the original one. WHOA what a concept. The gentlemen was very nice so kudos to you,( five stars for you) but I asked him why it was sent there and not my work as I did not update through FedEx he said it was on file as the original address we have to try there first before we can change you shipping to the corrected address. So needless to say I will wait as it really isnt a huge deal but really just wanting others to be aware the policies if you change your address as I was not forewarned from anyone.UPDATE: After reaching out again(as it is near 5 and nothing.....I confirmed my mailing address they said they are en route to my address I needed it sent to. I get a notification that it was delivered.... to the wrong address.FAIL FedEx. Good Job I appreciate it.

FedEx driver didn’t deliver my package until after I made a big deal about it. The driver wasn’t even coming inside the building! . This company SUCKS!. I will only use UPS

I had a heavy package delivered. There was a miscommunication as to where to put itMark took care of me. He had a FED EX EXPRESS fella come back over and move it. Excellent! Excellent! Thank you!!

Poor customer service!

We had a package of live saltwater corals that was supposed to be delivered today, the tracking said it was all the way across the country still, so the sender upgraded to a Saturday delivery to ensure that the corals get here before the weekend is over. We called fedex and their automated system is garbage, fought with it for 15 mins and 3 different calls before we finally get to talk to an actual person. They inform us that our package is in Casper but they will not deliver it until tomorrow. We asked if we could come pick it up today so that the corals that we paid for don’t die and she told us that we couldn’t today but we could tomorrow. We informed her that the package contained live animals and she put us on hold before coming back to tell us that we have to contact the sender to basically get their permission to pick up a package that WE PAID FOR, and that they needed to contact Fedex themselves. I’m leaving one star, as this isn’t our first round of issues with this delivery service.. we will be avoiding your services at all costs and I will be writing reviews on every platform I can find.
